Getting two stars because the car bought was good quality. The people who run this are all over the shop. Got a trade in price and then paid the difference, they then contacted me saying they wanted to go over my trade again and I may have to pay more money. I told them that felt wrong and I wanted to pull out it went unanswered for pretty much a whole day (they were basically uncontactable) and then someone rings and says no we will honor the original agreement. So went ahead, no contract given to me at time of sale. Took ages to get one out of them and details completely missing. When I looked over the car I said it needs a new drive belt they said they would get one on before pickup. That wasn’t done and had to do myself. Then they took ages transferring car to my name (in their defence they say something like it’s in case you don’t like the car). Anytime you have a problem they take so long to get back to you. I wouldn’t use them again felt like it was their first week in business. They need someone at the physical location who can call the shots. It felt like it’s run from an overseas call centre. In response to your comment: I think it’s highly unethical to say we will give you this amount of money for your trade in all you need to do is pay the difference. Then after you pay you have someone completely different you’ve never spoken to say no we need to virtually inspect your car now and you may have to pay more money. This was never explained to me and I wouldn’t have done the deal if I knew because it’s shady as. How bout have an actual dealer at your business who can do the inspection? Rather than someone calling from India. In regards to the drive belt it was old and brown. I’m not saying it would cause a non road worthy status but the girl at morningside said it would be replaced before delivery. It wasn’t done and I wasn’t informed it wouldn’t be done either. You all need to communicate with each other better. I’m changing my rating to one because you can’t take responsibility for poor customer service.

these guys are a headache to deal with, their systems are all over the place. Their website is different whether you are on you phone or computer. There are multiple contacts that don't seem to speak to each other. Some of the business is based in India and some locally. Their technology is unworkable, ie, uploading driver license didn't work with no Plan B offered. Virtual inspection for trade in occurred as an afterthought to be scheduled after the booked in pick up time of the new vehicle. I have wasted a whole day chasing them. I have paid the new car and had to miss the collection deadline whilst India sorted out tech problems. I am starting to regret using them. Update: whilst I lost the best part of a day chasing my tail, they did put this right the following day and extracted me from the pain of the online system and had a local manager on the job that smoothed the rest of the process. The full steps were easy to sell the car. It started with an online estimate on a Saturday,a virtual inspection on Sunday.Agreed the price( less than offered in the estimate).Because we live very far from car24 place,it cost around $1300 for them to pick up the car and that's probably why we got less. If you live closeby you may get more. We signed the online docusign contract the next day after virtual inspection.They deposited $100 to bank account after signing the contract. We received the rest of the money the day before pickup in the afternoon. They picked up the car next day morning through a local pick up company. So it took only 12 days for the full process from online estimate to pick up the car. Ronald was very helpful and prompt to send email communications. Car24 is a good place to sell the car quickly. You get better price than from a local dealer but less than from private sale of course as you know.

I was so happy to find this convenient way of shopping for cars. With the promise if you did not like the car you could return it within 7 days. After driving the car we noticed the back support of the front seat was broken and alot of minor scratches on the car that were not noted as imperfections , I understand there is wear and tear but a deep scratch should be noted before buying. I tried calling cars24 leaving voicemails and I sent numerous messages with no reply. How was I to return the car within 7 days when the customer service would not return my calls. They were more than happy to call me and message me once I had a deposit down looking for the rest of the money

CARS24 made contact with us over a period of 8 weeks when we listed our Mazda CX5 We decided to have a virtual inspection and receive an offer. During the process we worked with Abhinav he was very professional and kept in touch throughout the process. We had a contract within a day and the money was deposited into our account prior to the pick up of the vehicle. Buying/trading a car with cars24 at Morningside was a great experience. Any questions I had were always answered within a reasonable time and concerns were addressed quickly. Shoutout to Thomas, Kylie and Pip who helped me out at different stages both onsite and over the phone. The online trade in valuation was a new experience and a little odd to me however the final trade value was fair and very close to the original online valuation which saved me the hassle of selling my car myself.

Purchasing a car on line (sight unseen) was a different experience. The descriptions were accurate and an assistant would always answer your call to walk me through the process. My car was covered by a manufacturer warranty (as well as 3months from Cars 24) and with extremely low kms it was an easy decision. Collecting the car today was a breeze, no surprise last minute contracts or extras. Thank you to the Brisbane team for their customer service.

Purchasing the car was easy and all the staff members that I spoke to were great. The main reason for the 2/3 star review is due to the fact that I need to spend $950 to replace all 4 tyres with brand new ones as the ones that were sold with the vehicle are not safe and are starting to crack. I went through the log book and found the previous service invoice which states that the tyres will need to be replaced, the service was taken 16,000kms ago.

Just bought my car from the Brisbane dealership, a quick and easy process. John was the usual not pushy salesmen and helpfully answered my calls/ questions. My car is in excellent condition exactly as advertised. The only downside is that there seems to be a lack of communication between the floor staff, finance team and the website which caused some confusion but John was easily contactable and cleared it up. Absolute time wasters. Sellers beware! If I could score lower I would. I jumped through all the hoops to satisfy their requirements and after a contract was signed, before the car was even collected, they opted out because they were not happy with the cars service history despite all the history being supplied and two safety certificates also being provided.
