I contacted them to get my taxes completed which they assured me would be complete and filed before the deadline when penalties would arise. Everything went well to start with then when the deadline came up I had heard nothing from them. So I called to try to get ahold of the accountant I was dealing with. I Have now, over the span of several weeks, left several voice mail messages, talked to the reception to leave a message (twice), sent several emails etc. No returned calls or anything. I am now owing significant penalties on my taxes due to this. If you are wanting to not owe the government extra money in penalties, I would not recommend. update for 8 months later - My taxes have still not been submitted to the CRA and communication is virtually non existent. For every 10 calls I make I get 1 in return.
