Branch managers Veronica and kris lai are dishonest and rude. We had a threeway call with the call center and Veronica was saying dishonest info and talking over me as well. Kris was saying "you dont need to tell me about other banks" when i was just comparing features lol
Horrible customer service and they cant speak or understand english. We have to keep repeating ourselves
