I am opposed to this company's claim of being a parcel/postal service. It used to 'deliver' parcels, but doesnt anymore. It's more like a storage unit. You pay $50 bucks to have something shipped from elsewhere, and rather than walk 5 steps to your elevator and knock on your door, they automatically drop a card off at your house telling you they attempted and you werent home, when you were home, to come pick it up. So you have to spend another $25-$50 on a taxi to pick it up and take it home. They dont deliver parcels; but they do ship and store it for a bit. Delivery is non existent. But for shipping out, this place does a good job of at least giving you the illusion they will ship it. Expensive! what China and India manage to ship for free and the UK ships for $15-20 bucks - Canada Post charges $80-$150 bucks. Canada was built by two major companies. Hudsons Bay Trading Post, and Canada Post. These crucial peices where essential in the supply chain that made the building of Canada possible. They have been hijacked by comunists and shut down for a reason - To destroy our country! Needs to be boycotted and put out of business. After calling them and telling them their carriers were useless, and need to be replaced, they decided to try and have me charged with uttering threats and they've discontinued my service. Filthy, disgusting people!! This country is no more!!

I find the staff friendly and helpful. That’s the only positive unfortunately. I hate the location. I have to park underground , lug my buggy upstairs, get help from the staff as it’s usually something heavy. Get it into my trunk and get back home and have to get it up to my 5 th floor apartment. Oh have paid for parking too. My main, major complaint is I know for a fact that, yesterday, the driver didn’t even attempt my delivery. I was home all morning. I checked my mailbox at 1 p , m to find the attempted delivery tags. Never been so upset, angry and frustrated! What’s the point of on line shopping? Where’s the convenience in that? Any point I’m actually complaining to Canada Post? Probably not.

Anyone who lives in the downtown area who has a parcel to be delivered to them by Canada Post is in danger of having their parcel sent to the inaccessible post office in Jackson Square.. No one can park anywhere near this hole in the wall in the center of Jackson Square. Since CANADA POST DOES NOT CALL the recipient of a parcel like other delivery services do, I recommend that if you order something that will be delivered by CANADA POST, tell the company you will not buy from them, unless they use another small parcel delivery company. Not only is this Post Office inaccessible, they never answer their phone.

Honestly .. I just read all the bad reviews and I really haven’t dealt with any of the issues people say. I really love this post office and the employees there are always super chill and nice. Yes Jackson square isn’t the best for people who drive but if your postal person is giving you slips it’s on you for not being there or if you were working (respect) it’s on you for living closest to that post office. They don’t control that stuff so yeah it’s frustrating but not their fault.

The hours posted on the Canada Post website AND on Google Maps have been wrong for months. Canada Post was informed of this weeks ago. It’s a simple act to update the posted hours, but a big help to customers. However NOT doing so is a huge inconvenience. Customers are travelling to this location expecting it to be open and it’s consistently closed early.

I got a call to confirm my Apartment number and I had been told that my parcel would had been delivered by tomorrow morning between 9 to 2 pm but there had no update, I cancelled my morning shift and I did not get my parcel for 3 days after that call. Its totally unacceptable, very poor services, did not get response on calling the site.

it has taken them 3 weeks to deliver a package i sent march 31st and its now delayed and all i get are excuses and apologies like thats wat the customer wants to hear we dont want excuses we want and demand answers since thsi postal service cant do there job properly

Not open during posted hours. It takes two seconds to update Google and website. Apparently COVID and Easter are the excuse. But now I'm expected to venture outside a second time and risk additional exposure because someone couldn't be bothered to update their hours

Went to this location today to find postal code. They did not have postal code book and young employee apparently does not know what a postal code is. Disgraceful...How is the licensee allowed to carry on at this location?

This particular location in Jackson Square is the best! Their (she) is always so helpful. There is another location (King and Dundurn) that I refuse to patronize due to the attitude and poor service from the clerks.

I sent a modem from cogeco to be delivered this was about 4 weeks ago cogeco just email me saying I owe $250 because they still havnt receive the modem!! What did you do with the modem I gave you?? …

Pros- helpful workers Cons- Parking problem, sometime get crowded. Sometimes because of normal rain, they closed office and didn’t post on google maps so you have to go back and forth for nothing.

Kinda complicated to find like everything in Jackson Square so look at the maps (#71 on it). Some of the staff members are efficient and nice… Location doesn’t close too early. It does the job!

Multiple times I've gone to this location after my receiving notices and they have either closed 45 minutes early or open 45 minutes late. Why have store hours if you aren't using them

Not an easy place to get to. The location is NOT shown on any of the information boards in the square. There isn't any unpaid parking

Stuff you send has a 50% chance of getting lost. Please go somewhere else.
