Didn’t even want to give this review of one star however, it was the only way it would let me leave a review. The atmosphere in the store is very unpleasant. The gentleman who works here is extremely rude. Has zero customer service skills. Looks you up and down when you walk into the store there’s no hello. Good afternoon good morning thank you for using our store zero appreciation for their customers. The lineup at the Canada post is always long or takes forever the service is very slow and all the staff who work there seem to be very unhappy. I would not waste your time going into the store for any convenience because there’s nothing convenient about this store.

After waiting in line for 10 minutes to solve an issue with FlexDelivery, I was told to "contact customer service"... isn't that what I waited in line for? I mentioned their 1800 number is not accepting incoming calls. I was then turned away with no solution to the issue, and am right back to square one. While I understand staff is legitimately stressed, their customer service model should be able to handle inquiries of this type. I also shouldn't be made to feel like a nuisance as the questions I asked were reasonable and communicated with kindness and respect. Ultimately there is much room for improvement here at this location.

Not happy went over to pick up my package yellow pages said they were open gentleman told me it was closed not happy. Canada post failed to drop my package off at the door didn't knock or leave note on door I had to go to the post office to pick it up....I paid to have it delivered to my door!!! Canada Post website had proper hours Uno Stops ad in the yellow pages said it was open until 10pm. Gentleman refused to give me the package I told him about the hours on- line guess he isn't aware that the yellow pages ad was wrong.

Usually the service is okay, but a certain older gentleman who works here is never nice to me. When I came to ship my package the post office was closed earlier than the stated time - pls communicate with customers so we don't waste our time, energy and gas to come here for workers to leave 30 minutes earlier than closing time. The worker working the convenience section of the store did not even apologize for the hassle and I left without being able to ship my package.

Very inconvenient service. I had to drop off two packages, I dropped off both of these to the store, they only scanned one of these packages as I was able to see only one of my package’s tracking, I had to go again next day to the store to check my package’s status and at that time they scanned it and eventually I was able to see the tracking status for the other package.

Service is VERY SLOW. It is unacceptable that the same person that is running the convenience store is also in charge of Canada Post. Even with long lineups, we all have to wait until there are no convenience store customers before the post line is served.

Extremely rude service at this location but unfortunately I need to use them because that’s where my packages get delivered to customer service is non-existing at this location

Says it opens at 08:00am on Google and on the sign on the door... not open at 08:15... and in the middle of the day when they are there the service is awful

Showed up before work to pick up a package and the place is closed even though they open 8am and now is almost 8:30… ridiculous

Service is always very slow and both men and the woman working there are unpleasant and never replying to simple hello or bye.

There is no order to this mess! Horrible place! They are supposed to be open at 8:00am and no one is even here! It’s all dark

Most unreliable service. Complaining doesn’t get you anywhere.
