not thrilled with the customer service i saw this week from one of the employees at all. 1. it was busy , yes 4-6 people in line and one girl with redhead and glasses working maybe mid 30's, yes, it was busy at 4:30pm Tuesday 2. A lady two ahead of me in line is being "helped " however when she asked for another pen to use to girl proceeded to raise her tone and with snide questioned "WHY?" " I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY YOU NEED A PEN""i HAVE NO OTHER PENS " clearly English was not this customer primary language, so she ended up just trying to get more ink of of the pen. 3. OLDER GENTLEMEN IN FRONT OF ME - asks about mailing a cheque (sure out of the ordinary but it's an older gentleman ) to the USA , this girl again proceeds to explain in a louder then normal tone " WELL , USA is the only country we dont deliver to , i just blame trump " did not offer an actual reason or situation of how this is or why then just recommends he sends it another way. 4. NOW im up , ill be honest , im a younger adult 25-30 , not exactly knowledgeable on how it is when mailing to other countries, in this case it was the USA, a box , now i am asked to fill out the form , fine and dandy , i miss two boxes to check mark and she remarks " YOU NEED TO FILL OUT THE WHOOOLE FORRRRM OK" so i stay quiet look over it again , yes i missed to checkmarks and a signature , i didn't honestly know how it was during this process, I give it back to her, only thing i missed was a signature and she literally laughed in my face very loudly turned around went threw the back door and got another lady who was very helpful i might add as she helped me before with my mail as im starting my small company and learning the mailing process At that point even one of the guys from the back sorting room was in the desk area and remarked to sort of ease of strange reaction " Its a long process i know man " I WILL NOT be back and i am disgusted by the way your employee addressed people with such rude and condescending tone in a CUSTOMER SERVICE position. This female with red hair and glasses has not done this one but again one time before when i was there to a lesser degree of talking about her political views on Trump. Please Hire Someone WHO DOES THERE JOB

I sprinted here on a bicycle to pick up a parcel before they closed, only to learn on arrival that their computers shut down automatically at closing time. While of course customers should not make a habit of arriving late, life happens and it is ridiculous that staff cannot exercise any discretion in this matter. I hope whoever made this decision at Canada Post winds up needing gas or groceries or prescription medication, but they can't get it because "oh no, the computers automatically shut down, so sorry". The Information Age shouldn't mean abandoning basic humanity, or putting staff in such an awkward position.

Usually not so busy place with in shoppers drug mart. at the back left of the shoppers inside building. Friendly staff. Able to pick up/drop off packages from other companies. Bus stop out front. About 6-7 minute walk to cibc and Scotia Bank. Great deals on boxes/package bags and tags/ tape and labeles and stamps.

I have never had a problem at this location! It can sometimes get busy with so many students in the area, but staff have always treated me with respect! I really love when Sandra is working. She is hilarious, kind, and amazing at her job. Canada Post is so lucky to have her!

Just mailed some things out and the lady working this morning (wish I got her name!!) was SO helpful and welcoming!! She was funny and nice and didn’t rush me AT ALL even though I was mailing a lot of items!! Thank you!!

Absolutely amazing staff here! They are so helpful and knowledgeable. Sometimes there is a line because of peak periods but they clear it fairly quickly.

Staff is too rude.. it’s not first time. need proper training and computer skill..
