Where do I even beging. This parking lot is a complete scam. As of this posting, a monthly pass costs $190. Your car will get damaged and/or broken in to in this lot. The company that owns it, Canada Wide/Blinkay WILL NOT help you if this happens. Additionally, you get charged for a monthly pass a full week before the start of the next month which is totally unacceptable. If you want your money back for this pass for the next month which hasn't even started yet? Too bad - they never answer emails or the phone. Even if you set up a monthly pass to NOT have autorenew, they will still charge you and there is no way to get a refund. Absolutely one of the most predatory companies I have ever encountered and had the misfortune to deal with. Park your car somewhere else and save yourself the thousands of dollars in overcharges and insurance deductibles that you are guaranteed to accumulate if you park here.

Had a very rude attendant make me feel unsafe during my parking experience. When i first parked he was right at my window where he demanded me to move over 1 inch (and i am not exagerating) ... so i complied and then walked to the machine to pay where he yelled at me to pay him and cash ... he then asked for my keys. I was like ... why do u need my keys ... he said in case you are not back by 4:30 ...i said i will be an hour ...he then talked over me aggressively and started yelling at me. I was like ... what is your problem ... so i walked away. What a HORRIBLE experience and beyond unprofessional for an organization that is suppose to be corporate owned!!! Never will park there again or recommend to any women as this man clearly has an issue with women! I did nothing to aggravate him but try to use the machine to pay other than cash to him!

Customer service is terrible for monthly pass holders, 98% unresponsive to phone calls and e-mails. Prices are ridiculous for lots that have huge potholes, are not plowed or maintained in any way. Do not recommend at all.

Scammers. Charged my card despite app not working and being unable to process transaction. Avoid using any third party apps. Customer service is unresponsive and I had to dispute with my credit card company.

Good prices. Cheaper than any other lots around here. Good selection across the city. Lots are not well maintained though. Communication is adequate with the company and vendors. So far alright

Your attendance - Patroller cwham - in the Burlington lot has physically blocked me from leaving while writing a false ticket even tho I showed him my actual ticket and even proof of payment.
