Last year, I bought a bunch of car wash coupons or booklets. They told me as long you come to the exact location we will honour it regardless of the expiration printed on those coupons. They changed the management, and now they cannot redeem them. I went last week (Thurs or Fri) late at night, hoping to redeem one of them. I was informed by the cashier guy that they have changed management, and now they cannot redeem them. I was like, what? Eh, that is not good. I still have three of them. So, he made me write down my contact info so he could pass it along to the manager. I went yesterday around noon time expecting to speak with a manager. A lady told me the manager left an hour ago for vacation, but she could take my contact info and pass it along to the manager on duty. I am still waiting to hear from them.I went a few minutes ago to gas up and inquired about my situation. Eric (cashier from the night shift) was very polite and explained that they could not redeem those tickets anymore. Well, I really tried to be polite and dropped those three unused tickets/coupons on the counter. Losing a customer for something they cannot honour, which I have paid, is the dumbest move from a business standpoint. Anyways, if the management team is desperate for money, I guess that is a way. This is very unfair to a loyal customer, what a shame!

Shame on you canadian tire! I brought my autistic brother into the gas bar because he wanted to pick out a holiday gift pack(olg) for our mother. He is 19 and I am of age as well. After going in and having a discussion with him he picked out what he wanted to get her. We then proceeded to ask the cashier for the gift pack. His reply was. I need I'd from both of you to complete the transaction. Which I completely understand... however I am a regular at this store literally every Sunday fill my gas tank.. literally every Sunday. So I tell the young man..hey sorry you know... he's got autism and he has some anxiety when we go out.. he forgot his wallet.. he is of age and I promise as a loyal customer we are buying these scratch tickets as a Christmas gift for our mother.. needless to say he refused and this gas station has now lost a loyal customer.. as a result they will also lose the buissness of my family members and friends. Shame on you candian tire where's your holiday spirit u completely ruined this young man's night..... Thank God there is some real human beings around and cheaper gas half a block up the road at pioneer!

This place is my go-to for car washes unfortunately the carwash never seems to completely wash my car there's always residue left on my windshields and I really dislike paying $12 for a car wash only to find out that my car is still dirty you guys should really get your chemicals fixed so that this doesn't happen to people but I do like the fact that you give people a savings if you buy multiple car washes at once if you could only fix your product people would be much happier and I love your 48 hour weather guarantee so that we can get a free rewash if it rains or snows

Hello everyone specially for attention to the owner of this location please take care customers otherwise u will loose big clientele from Hamilton cab and Blue line ur attendant always busy on phone not asking clients if they need anything else besides gas never asked me for lotto or something she doesn't pay attention to clients just keep talking on phone while charging to customers that very unprofessional way of business

The girl working at gas station so dirty rude, she wants me to cone inside and request to open the gas pump, her job is to sell the gas for the company, she sits and watch movies and talks on the phone and never looks up if anyone waiting for pump to be open. This location is very nicely organized with wide aisles that don't feel like you are getting cramped as you move the cart around. Sections are easy to find and staff knows where things are. Very nice tools section and items are usually in stock. Also has a car wash which I frequent for the ultimate wash.

I bought gas at 1.88L I put in $20 worth and it only gave me less than half a tank usually at that price I get a little bit over than half a tank. Do not go to pump #7 apparently Edward the owner said there was nothing wrong with their pumps, when I was the second one complaining about it. May 10/2022

The store it self is very clean customer service and cashiers and all other employees are always willing to help this is a great place to go and their financial services department is an amazing place so if you're also looking for a credit card then this is a credit card that you need

Love the 91 octane, ....0% ethenol, the best for all me older engines and fuel systems, a must for long term storage and reliability. Bravo to Canadian tire for stocking this hard to find and much needed quality fuel.....nice staff, good wash, neat and well stocked.

Needed the washroom but an *employee* was in there and made me wait for over 15 minutes... I get when u gotta go u gotta go but he knew I was waiting& still took that long... almost made me late for my job interview. Guy at the desk was nice about it though

It's not one of the newer super stores but it's still big and carries quite a bit in Stock. It's pretty easy to find your way around and the staff at this location seem friendlier than other locations (ancaster I'm looking at you)

They got rid of the 48 hour rain guarantee. For a $12 mediocre car wash where you gotta wait sometimes up to an hour, this is unacceptable. Spent thousands here over the years....what gives? Unfair to your loyal customers, shame!

The car wash didn't get everything off the van, but it did get most of the van clean. I mainly went for the weather guard and to get rid of the salt, so I'm not worried it. The people who work here are very friendly.

I was out of gas. Took taxi went there for a can and gas accidentally pay $20 and can filled with less than $7. I went in to get reimburse, they make me wait and refused afterward. Realy bad experience.

Wanted propane... No one there certified to help me.. went else where .... This was at 2:15 in the afternoon... Girl was nice and apologized... Not her fault.. Management

The staff have the unique quality of being extremely friendly and positive; they ask how my day is every time, but with actual interest, and are invested in conversation.

Not only did they price match the product I was interested in, they beat the price by $50. A much more sucessful visit to Canadian Tire than I would have anticipated.

The service here is always pleasant. Earn Canadian Tire Money. Get a car wash and get propane tanks filled. This is my go to gas station in the neighborhood.

Great gas station. Comparative pricing. With point card its well worth filling up as you get avg 1.50 in ct money on each fill for aprox 40L .

I went to get my car clean and the manager said the car wash is 60 years old go to different one it doesn't work properly.

This station has fairly competitively priced gasoline, and the grounds are well maintained and kept clean and tidy.

Normal Canadian tire merchandise, staff is a bit elusive if you need help, but helpful when you find one.
