Damages, negligence, poor overall experience. Went to purchase some new tires and have them mounted, at the start they asked where my locknut keys were, I told them in a plastic baggy in the spare wheel well in the trunk, they proceeded to call me 30 minutes later saying it wasn't there, I asked them to check again and headed back... I came back and at this point they closed in 30 minutes so I was told to come back in the morning(which they could not garuntee me an appointment as they were booked). They even suggested to drill out the lock nuts for $30 a wheel!! an extra $90 because their own negligence! I suspected I must've taken the lock key out when putting my spare on.. nope it was exactly where I said it was and when I looked in the trunk. Came back when they open in the morning, to their credit the man at the desk was polite and got me in right away. I did not realize until I went home and cleaned my car but 2 of my rims are severely damage from a poor job done mounting the tires, and on top of that one of my red cloth seats has a black streak on them and a grubby hand print. worth noting I even asked if they put seat covers on to which they replied, yes we put a paper pad down.. apparently they forgot the passenger seat. unfortunately I did not take a photo of the seat before cleaning it the best I could since I wanted to wash it while it was fresh. A hard lesson learned, not getting service here again. Hopefully at the very least I can get my service fee's reimbursed.

I love the CT on Gardiner's Road here in Kingston. Sure we have 2 others and soon to be one more so I have heard. But the township one is the biggest and usually has the best selection and sales the other two don't it seems. The staff at this location are ok for most part if u can find one, they are usually cordial but kinda short with you it almost like ur really botherimg them. I swear they train them how to make that annoyed exasperated sigh before they address u every time. Where as the staff at other two in this town are great. It's to bad the could all be model after the same principles. But putting that aside it's still the best CT between Carlton Place and T.O. So be sure to pop in I'm sure u will find something you need or want here. And leave smiling like a cashmere cats

An amazing experience. It was Sunday. The automotive staff was busy with winter and tire changes. But! But... I had exemplary personal help with Mike at the front Auto counter, and Avery in the shop area. Both gave me the attention I desperately needed and got me on my way. Canadian Tire should make both Mike and Avery 'Employees of the Month!' They are for me!

I have had a lot of work done on my vehicles through the years at this Canadian tire auto shop on gardeners road. I don’t know about everyone else but speaking for myself I’ve had great experiences with these boys in the auto shop. They’re all great technicians and I think they strive to please their customers. Visited this store earlier and LOVED IT!!! They had so many deals, great prices, clearance items - you name it ! The staff were amazing, store was immaculate I will absolutely be back there! My son was obsessed with these monkey banana trees! And for only $13.99 SUCH an amazing price. Definitely worth the visit

It was nice to see a range of microwaves to choose from with good pricing options. Many stores have so little inventory and it is frustrating when their websites do not carry the proper information. We are more than pleased with Canadian Tire and you can usually find staff available to help

We got our tire flat and damaged, needed to be replaced. Being a Sunday, all other stores were closed. We walked in the store and Young man named Jacob at the service section here, helped us and got the new tire installed on the same day . Special thanks and appreciation.

Do not ever leave your vehicle here. Because they have the world's most professional experts. Among their employees, the only person who can puncture the intercooler pipe while lifting the car. Now, you can be proud.

Good store, but be careful purchasing a new 20lb propane tank. Most are 2021 made. I'm a moth it will be 2024! Only good for 10 yes. Should prorate the price but they don't.... …
