Took my tires here to get changed for summer and noticed my tire pressure sensors weren’t working after. I took my car back after the 50 some odd kms to get the tires tightened and asked for them to look at the sensors and fix them since they worked perfectly fine before I got my tires changed but the customer service rep just said it’s normal and they didn’t need to fix anything… mind you they still weren’t working. Fast forward to yesterday when I got my winter tires put back on at Kal Tire and they said they found both my driver side sensors missing, my front passenger sensor floating in the tire well, and the back passenger side was cracked and broken!!! Staff there said that Canadian tire probably broke them when they put my summers on and did not want to say anything. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism, honesty, and skill that the Canadian tire presented.

Just an FYI for anybody that wants to bring their dog to any of the Canadian tires specially, the one on division Street the manager himself told me we don’t put dog salt down or better known as pet friendly salt because I’m pretty sure every adult knows what happens when you put road salt in water and bare skin together Let’s say you might as well. Pour acid on yourself just thought everyone that owns a dog and wonders why they’re freaking out licking their paws and stuff. Well that is why. FYI, it is first capital construction that is laying the Salt

Don't forget to do your 5 mins of administrative activities before every checkout - that's right - open your app, look for the offers, see if they match anything in your cart, if they do, add those offers to your app so you can get the deal when you check out. Forgot to do this at checkout? You get to feel like a sucker that just lost a couple bucks for the rest of the day! I just love this feeling of disappointment in myself every time I visit the store. I had a fantastic experience shopping at Canadian Tire. The store had a wide variety of products, from automotive supplies to home essentials. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my shopping trip enjoyable. The prices were reasonable, and I found some great deals. Plus, their loyalty program offers excellent benefits. I've shopped at this location many times and most often I am highly satisfied with my experience. They did recently reorganize the store which was confusing but it is well labeled overhead now. Things to be aware of, they are the last store in town to receive stock so they usually have limited quantities and many not get any. They also have no self checkouts so cashing out can take some time. Otherwise they do have a good selection and reasonable amount of parking. Great overall.

I have questioned whether the oil on my car was even changed on Sept 27. I actually believe there could possibly have been a mistake made however the manager on duty on 4 Oct told me that my car was on camera on the 27 and so I asked to see the footage and was told no due to security reasons. I have been taken by workers into the oil change area with no required special permission from the owner. Something smells fishy.

Excellent customer service and great quality goods. We ordered some cookware through the website, and then did curbside pick up. The pick up process was super easy -- took literally seconds! Service was friendly and fast. And we are beyond thrilled with our purchases. Both items were super discounted (1/4 the original price), which is astonishing for such high-quality cookware. I was returning an article for an exchange without my original receipt and was very impressed with the service I received from the individual who was quickly able to identify all of my purchase information based on my points count card which I really appreciated. The customer service rep was knowledgeable and very skilled at undertaking this task!

Wanted to buy an ice scraper. Cathy asked if she could help. There were none on the floor so she went to the stockroom to get one. It wasn't what I was looking for. We shopped her phone and found it. Again she went to the stockroom and brought it back. All with a smile on her face. Great Customer Service!

I purchased Heritage The Rock frying pan which was heavily discounted and therefore, a very good deal. I wanted to buy another one of a different size but it was not in stock, so I purchased a second pan of the same size. The pan is very good quality so overall it was a good purchase.

Very nice staff, good stock, items online reflect well as to what is in store. I broke my soda stream, looked it up on their app, turns out they had it on clearance, 4 in stock...when I went 3 were left on the shelf. I frequent this store and it is 100% my favorite one in town!

I found the staff very helpful. I asked for two particular things and a young man told me what isles to look for. I am quite old and small so it was hard for me to see the numbers, also I had not been to this Canadian tire before. Everyone was so helpful and kind.

I was delighted to have a staff member get me around the store and help find the numerous items I was looking for, and to engage in dialogue over some products. 2 items were on sale and with great prices. The wide variety of choices was also very pleasing.

Waiting on installing two new Tires so slow leaks with a damaged Valve makes it difficult to use Car Wash Air hoses. Twice the Mechanics have filled my two leaking Tires with Auto Shop valve hose with no charge and no complaint. Great Customer Service.

The staff are all smile and offer help if needed. The product was easily located and the inventory matches the website. The staff knows the products really well and could even give a good advise as per your requirement.

Scored 4 different kinds of tomato plants for my mother in-law who is visiting all the way from Britt, ON. She lost hers while her visiting from the last frost. Nice plants too and was only $13.05 for all 4 …

The staffs at this location are with great attitude, they are very friendly, polite and overall knowledgeable. they know how to deal with a customer and make that customer feel comfortable.

The product I wanted was in stock. Easy to find. Found quickly as display was very good. The cashier was friendly, asked if I had a triangle card. Asked if I found what I was looking for.

Store is close by with friendly helpful staff. Store is very clean and bright. Have had stock in store when I need or want if not they look in the back or search another CT in the city.
