Poor banking services. They are only focused on their targets by opening bank accounts. Thereafter they don't care for the account holders. A completely new staff is required for better growth of the bank. If not many other account holders like me might require to close the accounts from them.

Visited branch to close gold loan.Branch manager helped to download ai1 app and explained features.We could transfer due amount to gold loan using mobile app.

Good bank and few employees are good in helping but not all. They should learn to give respect to customers instead showing attitude.
