Nice technician's,however receptionist are not qualified . Today I phoned to follow up on my booking which was done 2 days back and I asked to add my child for same booking. Receptionist confirmed. When we came we set next to each other with my child . Technition just started my daughter nails and suddenly receptionist came and told Technition to move my child to another spot. I asked why and receptionist told me that she will give this sit to client who booked. I replied that I booked too. I felt that I came to do my child nails for free and moreover how my child felt? Emotionally streesed, she is only 8 years old. I don't have words to describe this terrible situation. I reported this matter to manager as aparently owner is not here.

I would highly recommend ⭐Kaye⭐ one of the most talented nail technician at Casa Bonita. I'm a loyal customer since 6 years (January 2017) at Casa Bonita. Every month I go to Casa Bonita mostly for my manicure & pedicure. Kaye always does my french manicure OMG, she is super talented and passionate about nail arts and design. Kaye is indeed very professional, talented, creative, patient, polite, welcoming and friendly - she always ensures every customer is happy with her work! Hence, I would like to express my sincere gratitudes to Kaye for her outstanding customer service and patience Big Thank You Kaye for all the wonderful manicure ❤ Keep it up

So i give this salon a rate of 20/10. Ask me why? So basically their customer care is on another level, not only they show respect, they carry on their full attention to you through out your experience until you leave the door. They also have probably the most professional technicians with very beautiful smile on their faces and unforgettable passion to what they are providing. I’ve seen that with my own eye, from hair care, to nail services, to henna to whatever services they are providing. Thank you casa bonita for they spectacular experience. Never the last time♥️♥️♥️

احب شغلهم وايد شاطرين و أسعارهم اتيينن اتينن و دايما يسوون عروض و الاستقبال روعه و اصحاب الصالون روحهم حلوه و دايما متواجدين بالمحل و يهتمون بكل شيء. عندهم كل شيء تقريبا و حمامهم المغربي وايد حلو تحسين البنت تشتغل بضمير في زحمه بعض الأوقات لكن للامانه شغلهم حلو . بس ملاحظه صغيره بكتبها لكم مسج خاص عشان يكون نقد بناءباذن الله .

Worst receptionist ever. Disrespectful,not having knowledge about customer service . I wanted to pay for service and I had 1000AED,receptionist told me that she has no change and instead taking initiativity and finding solution she simple told me that I have to find solution as she don't have change .

كان عند خبيرة البشرة موعدين بنفس الوقت عملتلي وجهي بسرعه بربع ساعه وما نظفت الرؤوس السودا كلها او الزيوان وبعدها حطولي ماسك ٤٠ د لخلصت من الزبونه الثانية قعدوا ربع ساعه يشيلوه عن وجهي من كثر ما نشف ولما شكيت للإداره ما تجاوبوا وطلبت ارجع اعيد تنظيف البشرة قرؤوا الشكوه وما حدا رد او اتواصلوا معي
