Soooo disappointed with this place. Came to SD to celebrate a friend and had chosen Cascade based off reviews. Booked our 10:00 AM appointment 2 weeks in advance for 4 head to toe reflexology treatments which were $50 each and fully confirmed with their reservationists. Upon arrival we are told that the rooms for the massages we booked are being used so we need to chose a different massage. (As wrong as this is I did not express any frustration yet because I didn’t want to ruin the mood). I asked what rooms were available and the lady at the front desk said rooms for a full body. I asked what the price difference is and she said $66 however $60 if you pay cash. I said that is fine and we will do 4 of those massages. I then said I was expecting and would it be possible to modify my massage and not touch certain points. She kindly agreed and said that she’d tell her team not to touch certain areas. We went in for our massages (2 separate rooms even though when we booked we asked to be all together- still I did not complain). Our massages were fine nothing spectacular but good for the price. We definitely felt a bit rushed and uncomfortable as they don’t show you restroom facilities they just take you to the room, do the massage, and take you out. After our massage we go to pay and the lady at the front tells me it’ll be $60 for my 3 friends and $80 for me. I asked her why when she quoted me $60 cash for the 4 massages and she said because I am prenatal. I told her she did not clarify that when I asked for areas not to be touched it would be an additional $20. She told me I was wrong and did not seem to care at all about customer satisfaction. And to say the least the fact that the massages they confirmed with us they had just double booked already forcing us to get a more expensive massage. She said “well it’s on our website” and I said I understand but when I asked you how much you said $60 cash. No apology, no remorse, she just insisted mine was $80. I regretfully gave her the amount she was asking. After walking out our other friend said they never even massaged her feet. So on top of removing certain areas on my massage and charging more for it they also never even gave every member in my group what they were paying for. So inconsistent and disorganized. I myself am a business owner and this is absolutely not how you treat your customers. Loyalty is important but they don’t seem to grasp that concept clearly.
OVERALL EXPERIENCE: decently priced and enjoyed my massage! I do wish that they wore masks, since they tend to hover over your face while massaging your scalp and face. AMBIANCE: Relaxing. DRESS CODE: Come comfy and in casual clothes! Ditch the makeup if you're doing the steam room or facial massage! EXPERIENCE: My friends and I came and we all got the Ruby Package (120mins for glass of champagne or white wine, steam room, reflexology, and body massage). - The steam room was nice, but I prob wouldn't recommend bringing your drink in with you (due to the steam, I had droplets from the ceiling fall into my cup :| gross!). I wish they provided water to you when you come out. - Reflexology was good (please note that you are in a room with six other people). Eddie was assigned to me and his strength was perfect for me! I felt he could've massaged my scalp a bit more, but he did a great job on my legs and feet! My friend felt that her masseuse did not do a great job and was a bit "laxed" with her feet and toes. - Body massage (we were able to have a private room for us) and it was amazing! Eddie really got my knots out and the pressure was perfect! - At the end, I wish they provided warm/hot water rather than cold water. ADDITIONAL INFO: - The women's locker room has two showers, no toilet (located in another area). There is a table and blow dryer if you wish to get ready/look more presentable. - If I come back, I would prob bring a small face towel, as I feel it would be more sanitary (at least for me) - Bring your own water bottle, as their cups are very small - Bring cash for tip! You can pay for the service with your CC, but cash is highly preferred for tip. PRICE: Ruby Package was $168 (with card) $160 for cash (120mins total) PARKING: they have a few reserved spots in a small parking lot a block away (across from US Bank; please note it is not at US Bank). Look for the spaces marked 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 (I think those were all the numbers), but they also have a sign indicating "Cascade Spa" and you can always call to confirm. Service: 4/5 stars Venue: 4/5
I took my wife to Cascade for one of her Christmas presents. I gave her the option of taking her best friend or me, and she chose me to go with her. It was our first time, and I called the day prior to see if, by chance, they had an availability today, which they did in the afternoon. We both had a great time and felt so relaxed after our spa date. I must recognize all those before me who wrote a review for the heads up of what to expect: 1. You get there and change into slippers which they provide, then escorted to the changing room/locker room/shower area. 2. You change into a towel and robe before going into either the steam room or the dry sauna (you have to tell them which one you'd like). You leave your robe on one of the shelves outside. My wife didn't last long lol. 3. You collect your robe and take a quick shower. Next, with underwear or without (not sure their preference) wear the robe, and you are escorted to the foot spa area where we got the facial, head, and feet massage...Amazing btw. This area had around 5 or 6 tables, so you may not be alone. 4. Then you go to the full body massage area, where we were sat down and given tea for a few minutes. I am not a tea guy, but I had to try theirs, which was terrific. 5. We then had our massage together and my gawd the tiny little lady put out serious strength. 6. We were given time to put our robes back on and escorted back to the locker room to change, then back to the front where we gave back the slippers and were given our shoes back with a cup of water they offered. We both had great massages and a great time. I am local, so I promised my wife to make it a date at least once a month. Thanks Cascade.
My wife and I had a very negative experience at our couples massage. Immediately prior to the massages, I took out exactly enough money from an ATM to cover the cost of the massage plus tip. I double checked that the cash was right after it was dispensed from the ATM and immediately put it into my wallet ($200). I had $210 total. The massages were very rough, uncomfortable and overall not relaxing. There was also a language barrier, and there was very little ability to communicate with them. At one point there was a sharp pain in my knee when the masseuse pushed on it, and it is still uncomfortable a couple of days later. The biggest issue is that when the massages were over, I went to pay with my cash that I had just taken from the ATM immediately prior to the massages. I discovered that I had $60 missing from my wallet. I know it was in my wallet immediately prior to the massage, and it was missing immediately after. I mentioned to the front desk, and three other masseuses in the lobby that I was missing cash and I asked if I could go check the room. They opened the doors and let me proceed back to the room to look in the area where we left our clothes. There was no cash found. Because I had no more cash at this point, I had to walk over to the ATM to withdrawal more money to cover the tip. I'm still out $60, and all I can say is I had it when I entered, and at some point while my wallet was away from me (it was with my clothes that had been put to the side of the room while I was receiving the massage), $60 went out of my possession. Due to the overall negative experience, I cannot recommend this spa.
-Lavender Eucalyptus / Jasmine Eucalyptus Steam Sauna or Himalayan Salt Sauna - Organic serum scalp massage - Moisturizing beauty facial mask - One hour full body massage - Foot reflexology, massage with Lavender Sea Salt foot scrub to smoothly exfoliate the skin and increases circulation - A soothing herbal melody tea, creating a tranquil and calming treat - Hot towel wrap with a gentle and relaxing foot reflexology massage - Complimentary glass of wine or champagne ** This is what is offered in our package that we bought. This is just my experience. I love getting massages, facials, chiro, acupuncture, etc. There were NO questions asked. Allergies, injuries, etc. There was no cleaning of your face before this face mask went on. It felt like one of those Michael meyers face masks you get at Walgreens for $1. The sauna is a steam room. No option of jasmine of Himalayan like stated. It was torturous in heat. The scalp massage was him rubbing the sides of my head to tangle my hair in a ball by the end. There was no option of either wine of bubbles. Just bubbles. It was my birthday and my friend had called to ask if she could buy a bottle of wine for us as a surprise and they declined. The price was $295. He rounded to $300 when I was charged …. The entire thing is a marketing scam. Go get a regular full body for $100 at a good place. Don't let all the bullet points fool you. The massage hurt and was repetitive in the same motions and spots.
To me, there are a couple different kinds of massages. One where the masseuse goes through the motions, covers your whole body, doesn't ask you much or say much. Totally fine. These massages tend to be cheaper than the other type, where the masseuse asks you questions about where you're hurting, asks you how the pressure is during the massage, all that good stuff. Unfortunately, Cascade is priced like the second type of massage but sits squarely in the first bucket. I went for a deep tissue and it was decidedly not deep tissue. The masseuse didn't ask me a single question, didn't once ask if pressure was okay, didn't bother to stick around obvious pain points. It was very clear she was just doing a generic routine. We paid for 90 minute massages and were hustled out at the 75 minute mark. The only reason this doesn't get a 1 star is because the lady at the front was nice enough to let us know there was a parking spot available if we wanted it. Please don't come here. You can find this sort of massage for a third of the price. It's like going to a steakhouse and getting a fast food burger patty instead.
I visited Cascade the first week of January. I had a massage that was OK. I asked them if they had couples massage rooms, and they said yes. At that time, I bought a gift certificate for couples massage for my daughter and her wife, and I also scheduled their couples massage with female therapists for them Sunday, February 13. Knowing it was the Valentine's Day weekend, I knew to schedule early. To be safe, I then called Cascade one week before the appointment and got confirmation that they were scheduled and all was OK. Now, several months later, I just learned that when my daugther and her wife arrived, they were told that there were no female therapists. Then, they were told there was no couples massage room available! My daughter didn't want to hurt my feelings, so she never told. After I did everything possible to give this special experience to my daughter and daughter in law, I'm so frustrated how unprofessional and unethical Cascade is. Please be warned that they do not consider being honest an important way to do business.
Disappointing experience. Facility is decent with nice decorations. Poor staff, service and communication. Booked a couples package and confirmed on the phone that the pricing was for a couple. Then at checkout she doubles the price, we asked where on the website it said per person, even brought up the website to show and no where did it say per person. Also, during the massage I asked several times for "more pressure", and "harder" and it was still soft fingers. Both massage and foot "reflexology" were light and not massage. So it was over $400 for a few minutes in their cold sauna with a few "salt blocks", a brief dip in the extremely hot jacuzzi (104.8°) that smelled bad and then a massage that was just barely rubbing oil on skin. The cheap sheet mask she unexpectedly slapped on my face was not pleasant either. Scalp massage was her just playing with my hair. We asked for the jacuzzi heat to be lowered and she just ignored us. While this place looks beautiful we will not return and advise others to seek a different spa.
I am not kidding when I tell you that the massages that my partner and I got raised our standards for what a "good" massage is supposed to be. We were in town for a few days and decided to get a massage-- called the place to see if they had last minute openings and the guy on the phone said we could just walk in (note: it was a Monday so I'm not sure if that changes availability). When we came in to ask for an hour-long massage, they asked if we'd like to be in the same room and we said yes. The rooms are private, and we watched one of our therapists prepare our beds with new linens and covers. My therapist asked me if I'd like "medium" or "hard" pressure, and I responded with "hard". It was very satisfying and actually relieved so much of my muscle soreness, since most places still massage too softly even when I ask for deep tissue. Both my partner and I have scoliosis, and we got leg and hip stretches as well. All of that was only for $145 total-- for both of us. Needless to say it was the best $145 we've spent.
Found a wonderful couples package off Groupon, got 50% off! The atmosphere was the most impressive I have EVER seen in any spa yet. You feel like you're walking into a completely different world. We got 35min in a steam sauna, showered, then had a mini facial/pedicure then went on to our hour-long full body massage. I will say on the pedicure the hot stones when they first put them on burned they were so hot (me and my bf, no injury or anything- just yanked my foot back out of natural reflex like touching a hot stove). They provided this amazing tea after the pedicure and before the body massage it was delicious. The music was relaxing and matched the atmosphere. The technicians didn't ask about any injuries or problem areas, in fact they didn't speak much English at all but they were very sweet and asked if we wanted medium or hard pressure. Oh, don't forget to ask on the phone about their free parking area so you don't have to pay to park. :) overall love this place.
My girlfriend and I got the couple's package and enjoyed each step of the package. When there was an overlap in customers that had us waiting a bit longer after the steam sauna to be taken to the next stage, we were given the use of the salt lamp sauna for free. The massages were solid and we did feel it was a good spa visit. The only thing that could use any improvement would be some communication about what the customer would like. As mentioned, there is an option of a steam or heat lamp sauna in the package. After changing, we were taken right into the steam sauna without us asking if there was a preference of which we preferred. The same goes for the massage. It may be a one size fits all massage and that would be okay! But in every other massage I've ever experienced, there was a conversation about focus areas. They only asked about what pressure we would like. The people there were great and we did enjoy the experience overall.
These days it's easy to put off your health/ self care days, but I'm glad I took the time during lunch to walk in and schedule an appt for the same day at 5pm (Monday). The man at check in was kind and welcoming, not hesitating to summon my masseuse when I walked in 15 minutes earlier than scheduled. I felt calm instantly as the place is very clean and gorgeous inside, giving the feeling I'd been transported to distant lands. The Deep Tissue Massge was exactly what I needed! My masseuse frequently checked on my comfort and moved so skillfully I was surprised when she told me she had only been working for 3 years as a massage therapist. There are a ton of other amenities I unfortunately did not have time for, such as a salt room and sauna, which I love. Water and tea are offered on the way out. Remember to leave a tip A must anytime I visit from now on!
Got a deep tissue massage, the place did not ask for any medical history or injuries. They did not have you sign a waiver prior. Needless to say, the masseuse exacerbated an old injury by going way too hard and deep on my neck. I told him I had an old injury there, and he still worked on the area. I asked him to go lighter and it was too late. Less than 24 hours later, I was in excruciating pain with non-stop headaches. Moral of the story, don’t get a massage done at a place that doesn’t go through the safety precautions to prevent injury. 5 days later and my neck is still stiff, I’m still requiring pain meds and muscle relaxants and the spa will not give me a refund and is demanding my medical history forms from my doctor, which is absolutely out of their scope of practice to ask for that information.
Definetly not a memorable experience, the place was beautiful and clean. But too many things went wrong for me. -The lights were never dimmed -The oil wasn’t warm -The wait was long even tho we had a reservation. The decor is very beautiful and calm, my masseuse was just not very good, felt flat overall and asked too many question DURING the massage instead of before. And the CHAIR noise drove crazy, they sit while they massage so of course I could never get into that full relaxation stage. Subpar experience. My husband liked his masseuse but agrees with lights, wait time and overall experience. The staff was great!
My husband and I went for the staycation package because we saw all the good reviews. When I called and booked the appointments I asked if my massage could be a prenatal massage since I am very pregnant. They said yes, no problem, just an up charge. I don't think the massage therapist knew what a prenatal massage is because he had me laying on my back for a good portion of it which was very uncomfortable and not a recommended position for pregnant women. I am also more sore after the massage then I was before. My back and neck are very painful today (day after). I don't recommend this spa for pregnant women.
We did a couples massage and overall everything was great but there were a few red flags.. 1- the masseuse had my whole butt out the entire time I was on my stomach. Like full butt, pulled the sheet underneath it. 2- they massaged our feet AND THEN our faces… pretty gross lol luckily we had showered before 3- they didn’t ask about the pressure we wanted before getting started. We both had to ask twice if they could go lighter Overall, the aesthetic was nice, staff friendly, pretty reasonable price but just a few things were off.
I was able to get an appointment the next day at a time that matched my schedule, the receptionist was kind and helpful. The decor is beautiful and I instantly felt relaxed. My massage therapist was attentive and checked in on me through each step of my Cascade Lily experience. I loved the sauna, the jacuzzi, the body scrub, and the massage. I felt pampered, my only responsibility was to breathe and listen to soothing music. I left with huge smile and can't wait to return.
Was having a horrible start to the day so I popped my head in to ask if they did walk ins. They did, got me in promptly, and got my stress reduced by half in an hour. Respectful, kind, and non judgemental, with good relaxing music just barely audible, low light, and no overly smelly oils that would further agitate my migraine. This was my first full body massage I have ever gotten too. Made it a wonderful experience I would seriously consider getting at least monthly.
This was my and my wife’s first time here and we were immediately impressed by the incredible ambiance. It only got better from here. I also got the best massage that I’ve ever had. Perfect pressure and very thorough. Everyone was incredibly friendly and I felt 10 years younger after my treatment. Definitely coming back and would highly recommend for everyone to take their significant other! Thank you for making us feel so special and making us feel like newborns.
Came here for a couple staycation package ($300) and left 40 minutes into it. After the steam room, the masseuses led us into a public massage room and proceeded to give us massages with latex gloves on. Didn’t personalize the experience at all, no communication, and nothing romantic about this experience. Still charged us $130. Unbelievable. You’re better off going to a cheap massage parlor. Costs much less and you’ll probably get a massage without latex gloves.
Every time I need to distress or pamper myself I try to go here and have a Mini spa day here. Staff is always nice especially the owner Shirley (spelling). The pricing is not bad for the experience, the atmosphere and obviously the massage. Each room is decorated uniquely and they offer lots of spa procedures. I have been going to Cascade Spa for over 6 years, all the way before they relocated to this larger spot. They even have a Himalayan salt sauna now.
We went to this spa on a Wednesday afternoon and had the best experience. We got the Pearl Package, which included a steam, jacuzzi, body scrub, foot/head detox and all-over body massage. We were there for the afternoon and it rocked. We were in separate rooms for each service (it was a couples massage). We had wine and champagne, the place was beautifully decorated and the staff was accommodating. Will definitely do it again!
I had a phenomenal experience at CASCADE! The atmosphere was peaceful and serene. The staff was excellent! My husband and I purchased the mind package and enjoyed every single moment of it! The price was very reasonable considering all that was included in the package. The order of which each treatment was completed relaxed you for the next. We walked out feeling the best we ever had after any spa experience!
Like many others I'm very satisfied with my experience here! It was my first massage/spa experience and the masseuse was phenomenal. We got the diamond package and every step was worth it (sauna, body scrub, seaweed wrap, and massage). Y'all even though it was a petite lady, she packed a powerful massage! Can't wait to do this again and bring more people next time! Such a good value and so well decorated
I visited this establishment on my birthday in 2022 as a birthday surprise, and my 2 sisters met me there, and it was a 15 out of 10 experience. From the time I walked in the door to the moment I walked out, the service was excellent, we were all well attended to and the masseuse were all in tune to what I needed! I'm headed back this week. Hopefully I get the same experience.
The steam and sauna rooms should be pre heated before the clients go In, and better you tell the therapist how hard you want them to go because if not they will just rub you little bit, I like my massage, was pretty relaxing but I wish every 90min massage is totally fully body they forget my hands, but all the rest good, the place is really really nice!
Im not from san diego but was in need of a body massage and i found this little gem. My mother and i got body massages and i must say IT WAS THE BEST! I literally fell asleep there for a minute. Not to mention how beautiful the entrance is with all the asian artifacts. So beautiful! I definitely saved this place for when i come back to san diego.
I have gone to this spa several times! They never disappoint, the best service I've ever gotten. I've taken my mother in law whose speaks very little English was amazed and wouldn't stop praising this business about their service. Definitely would recommend anyone to go here. And the price for the 160minute massage I've gotten wasn't bad at all.
This place contains a large variety of relaxation options which includes steam rooms, saunas, jacuzzis, and many more! I was long overdue for a massage and so glad I went here for a couples spa day. I haven't felt so relaxed in so long! The staff was mostly busy but just goes to show they are great at what they do and the business is popular!
Came because of Groupon, booked an appt. Ahead of time, and best experience! Did an ionic couples massage, worth the price, and the staff was very kind and respectful. Atmosphere is so relaxing I struggled not to dose off so I could enjoy my entire massage. Thank you for your excellent customer service! I'll definitely be comming back soon!
Very professional and inviting spa. Did the couple's massage for my boyfriend's birthday. Convinced him we were going to the dentist, so needless to say it was a wonderful surprise Massage pressure was extremely hard, definitely felt a little sore afterwards, but in a good way. Would recommend, great value for the price …
Amazing experience! Called and got same day appts for my friend and I for 50m massages. Felt like heaven- incredibly relaxing and thorough and the therapists checked in a few times to see about pressure. Can’t speak to deep tissue massage but for relaxation and feeling incredible after, I highly recommend- especially for the price!
The massuses took care of my whole group, making sure we were looked after through every moment of our experience. The massages were relaxing in every way. They nice touches of champagne and tea just added that extra little umpf to the experience. Looking for a little daycation, i highly recommend this place! Enjoyed every second.
This place is AMAZING. I'm in town for work and showed up on their door as they opened. The gentleman let me in and called Shirley to see if I could fit in. They obliged and my wonderful, wonderful caretaker was Emma. The ambiance in this place is fantastic and the services are performed with care. I will be back next December!!
Great experience at a very reasonable price. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had the salt scrub, mud wrap, sauna and massage treatment. My therapist did a great job. What a treat! The spa just moved to a new space and is clean and well laid out. Hardest part is finding parking... leave extra time for that.
My wife and I got a 90 minute couples massage here. We showed up early but they showed us right in after waiting only a few minutes. It was my first time getting a massage of any time. It was great. Would highly recommend. I didn't come with any aches or sore spots and I exercise daily. Still, it was very relaxing.
We had an amazing spa experience. We had the Cascade Couples Staycation and it was a very great experience. The masseuse definitely worked really hard throughout our package. The only issue we had was there wasn't enough towels to rinse off after the massage, other than that would I would definitely recommend.
It was outstanding for the price. We went in for a couples massage during quarantine after a long massage hiatus, and felt very clean. They changed the sheets in front of us so it was apparent they were new. My masseuse applied a great massage, and I prefer fairly deep tissue massages.
My dear friend and I came to cascade spa and we enjoyed every minute of the experience. We went in the hot tub, got a body rub, and finished with a full body deep tissue massage. I ended falling asleep during the massage, that's is how relaxing and comfortable they made us feel. …
After this morning’s visit, I will give it a no star rating. My daughter and boyfriend had scheduled a package, after I highly recommended, just to have jewelry missing. It’s very disappointed, and also to hear another gentleman “lost” his sunglasses in the same day/visit.
What a great experience! Super easy to get in for a couples massage. The staff were very kind and professional. They listened to exactly what we were looking for. The decor in this place is top-notch — gorgeous! Would 100% recommend to anyone and will definitely return.
Great services and masseuses. My sister and I got the diamond package and really enjoyed all of it. Calming atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Would definitely recommend, especially the full body clay therapy with the facial mask; almost fell asleep it was so relaxing!
Very, very relaxing. Great service. Most relaxed I been in a very long time! Great price! Great massage and masseuses ! Everything was perfect, clean and peaceful! Came for anniversary and it couldn't have been a better idea. Leaving here a more relaxed me!
It was my first time there this past weekend. I was immediately impressed by the ambiance and decor! I felt I was really transported to a place in Asia! We had the couple's massage. Massage was great! They hit every muscle and limb! Definitely returning!
Today was my second time coming and I will definitely be back again. The staycation package is everything. Staff is super accommodating and they definitely ask you how deep you want massage. Super professional and relaxing atmosphere. I feel refreshed.
My wife & I have done the couples staycation twice here, & we can definitely say that Cascade Spa gives the best spa experience for couples around! Peter & CoCo gave us our pampering treatments & deep tissue massages... AMAZING & HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Amazing Thai massages - Linda is fantastic! Feel night and day more relaxed and with vastly less tension; among the best massages I’ve had in SD. The lobby is absolutely beautiful, with tons of interesting decor. Lovely eclectic ambiance here.
Great experience from start to finish. I got the diamond treatment package and every but of it was superb! The skin treatments were relaxing and left my skin incredibly soft. And the message was the best I have had. I will definitely be back!
For my first spa experience this place definitely set a high bar. My massage therapist was perfect in every way. I forgot his name but I appreciate him making my first time so comfortable. The atmosphere was so calming and relaxing with the
I’ve been going to this spa and 4 times they called. Me 15 min before my appt and wanted to extend it a hour because my requested therapist was doing another massage. Why is it if I call a week in advance for a specific therapist that they
I have been getting massages for about 15 years and, in my opinion, this place is the perfect combination of quality and affordability. It's quiet, private, relaxing, and, best of all, easy to park at! Every massage therapist I've had is
This place is amazing! My husband and I enjoyed our time together, they are very professional and well organized! Highly recommend this place! A few moment to get away for few hours and much well worth it for every penny you will spend!
I had called my usual spot but both of my favorites were booked and they had no openings. I came to this location which was prior to them moving to 5th street. It took me forever to find their parking lot that I almost missed my
Shirley checked us in. Amazing experience all the way around. Alan was my massage therapist and I can honestly say it was one of the best I’ve ever had. I’d be a regular here if I lived in the area. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Came here for the first time based on all the other great reviews, it did not disappoint. We had the couples massage package and enjoyed it so much we came back a few weeks later for regular massages. Parking is easy too!
This was my first spa experience. The inside of the spa is gorgeous. I loved every minute of every service. The sauna was awesome. The massage was so relaxing and they adapted to any request. I can't wait to go back
I’m from Riverside Ca. There’s no spa like this one! Lots of options. Staff is very friendly and accommodating! Very clean but best traditional Asian massages hands down! Thank you for getting me nice and relaxed!
Lili and Coco were UNBELIEVABLE. I’ve had back problems and muscle stiffness my whole life and they worked in to all the right places and I left feeling brand new. Can’t wait to come back!
I juat had my harmony bliss package and couldn't be more relaxed! I definetly reccomend getting a package! Ans jessica gave me one of the best massages I've ever had!! 10/10 reccomend.
It was my first ever total spa treatment. I've had massages before, but these are several levels above that. Totally relaxing. I had the Jade package. There are several to choose from.
We came here for a 21st bday party and we chose the orchard spa 140min. It was the best experience in the world. Totally worth it. Just make Sure to bring bathing suit.
Amazing experience! My mom & I can and everything about this place was amazing. We got the staycation couples massage and we loved every minute will come back! …
Me and mygirlfirend took staycation package, price was not worth for all the ones listed. Massage could have been better. It’s neither typical deep tissue or Swedish
Did a spa day with 9 girlfriends and they hosted all of us with no problems. The service, ambience, and decor was a 10/10! We highly recommend this place.
Wet sauna was absolutely filthy. They make you use sandals that they don’t seem to ever clean… and the massage was a 2/10. Definitely not returning.
My spouse and I booked a couples package here while on vacation. It is not possible to overstate how wonderful the experience was. The atmosphere
I’m a regular at the spa . It’s on point with the foot massage and the full body massage. I also enjoy the sauna . Very nice and friendly staff.
Phenomenal! I thoroughly enjoyed my entire package experience! Will definitely be back. Great welcoming staff and wonderful massage therapist!
Although the language barrier made it challenging to communicate, the spa's serene atmosphere provided a peaceful escape to another world!
Eason gave me a great body scrub and 90 massage, thanks also for the time in the jacuzzi. I enjoyed my personal pampering day. Kim March
Eason was my massage therapist and he had wonderful service and pressure. Staff was very friendly and helpful! I would come here again.
First impression was not the best impression. First upon entering, it is beautiful in the Asian atmosphere but too busy with decor.
Absolutely horrible, was just being rubbed no method at all and painful at times. Save your time and money, so not go here
The girls and I had an amazing relaxing day at this place. The staff is so nice and friendly too. Thank you so much!
Manager is unprofessional and could care less about the guest experience. Go elsewhere!!!
