I had a bad experience when I went in this time there was an 45 minute wait just to turn it one I only wore once and took me forever to get help with the problem when I came in then they were charging me 10.00 to fix it and I only paid twenty for the outfit. I also had my one year old daughter with me throwing a fit and I step out of line and said to the lady I only have this and I've really have to go my daughter is throwing a fit.. well she was very rude and said that I had even step out of line and needed to go to the back of the line.. I was so UNSATISFIED with this that I got Into it with the lady and this dress is still in my closet months later and I had such a good experience my first time there Felicia she help me with dress accessories and shoes I really love her and her personality that I came back to fix the problem and was even looking be back quite frequently but I just dont like to be treated disrespectfully and really been missing comic there..

Everything went well except at the end of my shopping when I was going put the cart in its designated area. I was unable to unbundled my child's seat belt. I went back to seek help, and found three guys working a little beyond the entry door of this store. I interacted with one of them and he showed little interest, and the second guy, even though he did unbuckle the belt, was giving me a surprise look at how I was not able to unbuckle the belt myself. Excuse me, but the belt is glued or broken or something.

Great place for shopping and fun. It has a large parking area and a food court too. This mall is near to Fisher, IN So many different stores so you can find everything in one place. I found 2 lids store here, overall fun and easy for shopping here. This mall always has great deals, new fashion stuff, and Variety. Castleton mall is a little busy mall but not bad, This is a lovely spot for a family outing a few stores like TJ Maxx, K&G, and Burlington in the same Plaza, I didn't have to do a lot of driving

Let me tell you about this place. Really I should be telling you about this places. Because it is not really one place it is lots of places. You could get some Mexican food you could get some pizza you can even get your haircut. And you know what else? There are parking spaces where you can put your car while you go into the shops. I love it when shops have parking spaces because I live far away from it and I always drive my car there. The parking spaces sure come in handy

I went looking for a suit and stopped at K&G but needed it tailored that day. I was told that they wouldn't have time to get it done for a couple of days or I would have to pay extra for rushed service! I guess this is a way to make extra money? Anyway I don't know if they even do a decent job or not seeing I didn't get anything done. The prices seemed reasonable for adjustments.

This place, while only a strip mall, has some good venues. Although I am not a fan, White Castle is the place to go when you are here, in an effort to enjoy American culture and cuisine. You can find some other places here, but Castleton Crossing always seemed a bit empty to me. Still, it is set up well, and it's worth visiting if not for the experience.

Went to Torrid only.. poor selection and way more expensive than online.. The same items in the store on clearance was $29‐30 more.. So I'll just ALWAYS shop online... Example a bra was $84.99 in the store same item $24 online so u really aren't buying 1 and getting 2 free and the selection of clearance stuff was limited unlike online..

This mall is fairly clean and a decent option if you are looking for a one stop shop. It has declined in quality a little over the past ten years but recently I have noticed them taking steps to improve the experience. During the holidays Santa Clause is here and he is always an exceptional Santa.

Visited both Burlington Coat Factory and Tj Maxx/Home Goods. Burlington was not my cup of tea. Clothes were not organized well. I did not see an elevator to get to the second floor with my daughter in her stroller. TJ Maxx and Home Goods were great! Lots to choose from and great prices!

I love going to the mall alone or with friends. It's always clean and there is stuff to do and see around every corner. The solar panels outside look really cool, too. It's a nice place to be, and most of the workers are really friendly.

Decent options here. Parking lot is always crowded, but I can always find a space. Love home goods and TJ Maxx. Occasionally I'll go to the Dollar Tree and Five Below, but I'm never very impressed. Burlington sometimes worth a visit.

It's a reasonable shopping area if that's what you're into. However, given that most people aren't in the brick-and-mortar anymore, it's definitely run down. Gives strong "meh" vibes. Ready for a revitalization for certain.

I'm not a big mall shopper never have been but since the covid hit in 2020 life has changed retail has changed I don't buy like I used to buy I don't visit the stores like I used to visit I rather order online

I will not shop here again. There is always something wrong when getting your items. Communication is horrible. Still haven't received the knobs to my bedroom set . ATTITUDE is horrible very UNPROFESSIONAL

I don't understand why peyote are so mean here? Castleton area shop owners, show LOVE not hate!! Beautiful aesthetically, very nice area, well maintained, but does not rectify being mean to consumers!!

Variety of stores still available at this mall. Contact less pick up available. Be careful of your surroundings, do that really everywhere you go. Quick in and out shopping or stroll around the mall.

This mall is amazing very expensive in there tho specially in the restaurant area when feeding a family of 5 we spent almost $100 it was crazy. But mall is big it's nice and great for walking around.

The strip mall is clean & well lit. Typical of what you would expect. The parking is better for the high end stores and gets worse from north to south, price point by price point.

Too busy, about had a panic attack trying to get around everyone. How clubs have a maximum capacity limit, should be the way some of these stores run their businesses as well.

I hate malls so I'm only there when I absolutely have to. My eyeglasses place is here so I'll pop into JC Penney and see if I can find a deal on clearance. It's always clean.

Usually craziness ensues in this store.... Service is meh, selection of men's clothing isn't the best. And the extremely long checkout line takes about 30 mins to get thru

If I could give ten stars i would... Man this is definitely a good place to buy a suit... Big selection... Many colors... Great staff they definitely beat the competition!

Other than the rude people honking because we stopped to allow other cars to back out from their parking spots It was a great shopping day employees were helpful friendly

I've been visiting castleton shopping for many years and have also enjoyed it, they have a great selection of stores and it's always on our list for the holidays!

Nice middle range furniture. But you get what you pay for. We were there half an hour and were never greeted by a salesperson. That's not good

Great place to shop and kill some time. So many stores to choose from and everyone is so friendly. The cleanness of the place is amazing

Dollar Tree and Five Below are great for getting party favors. I even get honey from Dollar Tree. 8 ounces for 1.25, love that price

Always a good experience at this shopping center. The parking lot was recently redone and it is always clean.
