Went in to buy a Glenlivet they advertised on special for $66. Low and behold it wasn't one the shelf, (as per usual) just the specials tag hanging there. Asked the older male worker if they had any and he proceeded to tell me not available, even said not available anywhere else, and said if I could find some anywhere else 'good luck'...well I did Biff, just went to BWS kingston and guess what full shelf at $65 each. I shall not waste my time again.

UPDATED: Way better customer service received in my second visit, keep up guys ! OLD: Poor customer service, not friendly at all, you will feel ignored in the shop. Guy preferred doing paperwork instead of helping me and it was my first visit.

bad customer service, rude behavior, i recommend BWS good service and friendly sales person. if you guys want to improve please consider changing your sales person, a rude pig on his 40's

Really helpful staff. Called around to other stores to find the product I needed to gmsave the leg work. Knowledgeable and friendly with a great range of products.

This place is dark and gloomy, as are the staff. Prices are ordinary, as is their range. BWS one block along the road suits me better.

Poor selection of craft beer, moderate selection of wines. If you want the basics it'll do the job.

Condesending store attendant, heaven forbid you ask him a question about a product. Avoid!
