"I am a little perplexed after a recent experience here"
"Excellent micro brews"
"I went in here on Tuesday the 24th of November with my friend to get a few beers, and bought my id with me, my friend who is 19 (legal age) accidentally paid for the alcohol with her card, when she did not have her id with her, and the lady was very rude and unprofessional, although my friend apologised numerous times, and I did pay instead, she was still rude to her"
"This is the only bottle shop I go to now, and that is almost entirely for the exceptional service I receive from the great staff, (most particularly George and Blaire)"
"Great selection of boutique beers"
I am a little perplexed after a recent experience here. My partner made a late night stop in to grab a 4 pack of alcoholic ginger beer only to get home and realise that there were only 3 cans in the pack. I rang the bottleshop to be greeted by someone who quite frankly sounded drunk. He was incoherent, giggly and unprofessional. He put me on hold to check if they had the stock to replace the missing can and hung up on me instead. I know that some people are eccentric but this gentleman's demeanour was very odd. My partner had to go back and retrieve the missing can at our inconvenience. No apology was made, the gentleman just found it highly amusing. Safe to say we will avoid this bottleshop in the future as customer service isn't taken seriously.
Excellent micro brews. Some of them are quite potent! Very friendly service staff. I have to drop 1 star for inexplicable naming of this lovely watering hole; is it "Cellarbrations at The Abbey" or is it "Worlds end brewpub" as advertised in one of their marketing posters inside the establishment? Google did not allow for my suggested edit to include both names in this manner: "Cellarbrations at The Abbey (aka "Worlds end brewpub")"

She made my friend cry, which no customer deserves.
This is the only bottle shop I go to now, and that is almost entirely for the exceptional service I receive from the great staff, (most particularly George and Blaire). Though this business also has a great range and reasonable prices, I find it is most often the staff that really make a business stand out, and on this point Cellarbrations Sandy Bay is certainly no exception.
Great selection of boutique beers. I especially like the IPAs. Regulars lije Shambles and the Dreamfeed Hazy is my new fave. The wine selection is good too. There's always some specials and some quality wines including a comprehensive Tassie selection. The staff are very friendly and super helpful too.
Visited Hobart for the first time and popped into the bottle-O tonight to ask for a few local recommendations and the young woman was super helpful providing a good range of options and also what was popular with the locals, loving what I’ve had so far
one of the worst customer services in Tasmania, has never failed in disappointing me with their terrible & unprofessional attitudes. Want good service, go to BWS. Want good range of craft beer, go to Dan Murphy.
Form when you walk in great atmosphere trendy lounge and bar area and chilled staff has cheap drink options and range of seating very interesting wall art plenty of colour seems to had events on through week .
Terrible customer service! (Rude female)
