"Good for quick grabs, a couple fast food options, small grocery store, deli, and produce market"
"This plaza has everything - fast food restaurants (burger, pizza, Chinese, etc), produce stores, bakery, bank, library, liquor store, etc"
"I like to go to the greengrocer and hairdresser at this shopping centre"
"It's a square with a decent variety of food with Little Caesars and A&W next to it"
"My small car bottomed out and scraped the front bumper on the way in and out"
Good for quick grabs, a couple fast food options, small grocery store, deli, and produce market. The parking lot is the only downfall, always packed. If you live close by it is convenient and if you have lived in the neighborhood for a long time, kind of nostalgic as they kept a portion of the old mall.
This plaza has everything - fast food restaurants (burger, pizza, Chinese, etc), produce stores, bakery, bank, library, liquor store, etc. It can get very busy in the weekend or early evenings. Parking can be difficult during that time; just need to wait patiently to get the parking spot.
I like to go to the greengrocer and hairdresser at this shopping centre. There is plenty of free parking, a coffee shop and a couple of fast food outlets. The parking lot can be a bit difficult to navigate with a larger vehicle, but not too bad as long as you are patient.
It's a square with a decent variety of food with Little Caesars and A&W next to it. As well as two groceries, one independent and another local farm Kim's. Do I recommend coming here? It's a square so I don't know how I'd do that, if you find a store you like go for it!
My small car bottomed out and scraped the front bumper on the way in and out. Poorly graded entry/exit to Kerr St.. Customers don't pay much attention to basic driving courtesy in lot area. Very busy, lots of near-misses, frustrated and confused drivers in the evening.
Nice little strip mall with decent parking lot. Handicapped parking stalls available throughout. A&W, Starbucks, Subway, Sushi, Chinese food, Kin's Market, liquor store, Shopper's Drug Mart, a Grocery Store, dollar store, H&R Block etc... Nice for small shopping trips
It is a great little shopping centre but the parking is quite tight. Has a library, grocery store, bakery, some restaurants, a liquor store, shoppers drug mart and a dollar store. The parking spaces are quite tight and the parking lot is usually very full.
I had a fantastic experience at "TEC-HUT" . The staff here are not only experts in their field but also extremely friendly and helpful. They were able to quickly diagnose and repair my mobile phone as well as laptop, saving me from a lot of inconvenience.
A nice little neighborhood outdoor mall with Independent Grocer, a BC Liquor Store, a Starbucks, Kin's Market, and an A&W as the larger outlets. I like how it serves mostly the residential areas around it so it never gets crazy busy but is
Other than a pub - which would be a great addition - Champlain Square offers everything needed to do regular shopping. The library is well run by friendly staff, the dry cleaner owner ( Paul) knows his customers by name, the Smokery sells
Great little neighborhood square with everything you need. The Independent is my go-to grocery store and the staff and service are always good. There’s enough variety at Champlain to be your 1 stop shop (Starbucks, Bonnie’s Bakery, BC
Bring your best driving skills when you swerve into this fragmented parking lot, not made for the faint of . A few smaller shops anchored by an Extra Foods store, with a good variety of products including meats and produce. Also,
Available liquor store, farm market, a&w, sushi and pizza, they also have supermarket and post office. Great for groceries, parking lot are risky since the space between cars are almost nothing, so use public transportation is better
It's a small but with everything you need mall. There's the BCLS, grocery store, Starbucks, dentist, dollar store, a few stores which sell breakfast, lunch and dinner and many other stores which are good to pick anything you need.
A great neighbourhood plaza with an Independent grocer, Shoppers Drug Mart, Starbucks and A&W. Inside the food court is a fantastic bakery offering western and eastern style pastries and baked goods!
Pitiful mall. Freedom Mobile kiosk remains empty for over a year now. Google won't remove the listing. I wouldn't be surprised if the mall is imploded and a highrise built in its place.
This place is extremely convenient for residents closeby as it got almost everything for one's daily needs. Unfortunately the foods here while with decent variety, taste extremely
I love ❤️ Subway! Definitely my first choice. Rarely is there a lineup. I like the fact that it's a healthier option. Makes me feel better than eating a greasy fatty burger.
Quench your thirst at Liquor store and get the snacks for independent store and other food offerings around. For these coming days is time to stay cool. Pantry check!
There is a Chinese cafe here. Food not bad and they offering a good deal on a $50 spent a dish of lobster on rice at $36. For four persons dining, it will be awesome.
There is a library which I have to go back to. The bakery in front of the Independent grocer doesn't sell coffee (boo- hoo) for their fresh baked goods.
Barry is always so helpful to just go out his way to help me evertime I'm there and have seen him do the same for others you have a great employees in barry
Love this spot for the Independent Market and Kins Produce store. Both have great selection and Kins has the best produce prices.
You will get a lot of food and delicious ready to eat soup and chicken. Internet for free and polite employees. Great p
Has the necessities...but very poorly designed parking lot. One must remember to keep patient while parking here
Nice place to sit down if you're getting your shopping done. Has a bakery and best priced chinese takeout .
Newly discovered interesting and neat looking Square stone throw from 49th Ave East.
Not very crowded and lots of small stores where you can buy.
Parking can be a nightmare but it's a great shopping hub.
A decent place to get all your household needs.
