Worst experience ever! The ATM here gave me 8 faulty 100$ bills that were burned and broken (almost falling apart)…and when I asked the man who worked in the branch to help me he Locked the door in my face and said they were closed. It was 5:10pm. I then knocked on the glass door begging him to help because the money was not good, he told me to recycle it back through the machine as a cash deposit and maybe it would give me better bills. He saw how damaged these $100 bills were. So I did as he instructed and deposited MY $800. The ATM machine then said, “bills not readable” and did not return my $800. I immediately told the man behind glass door (because he wouldn’t come out to the ATM to assist me), and he began to yell at me and tell me he already tried to help me and there is nothing he can do. I was appalled the way I was treated and spoken to! He then told me to call the # on the receipt from ATM. Essentially I left the Chase livid and mortified. Chase bank is investigating and I called the 800 number and got a credit for the money I lost but this branch was abhorrent in how they handled this unfortunate situation!

Attention check thieves! Do you have stolen checks that you want cashed? Would you like to open checking accounts with stolen money without ID or verification? If so, then this branch is for you. If you want your crimes expedited, offer the bank employees a percentage and they will get you your hard earned, stolen money to you quickly. This branch allowed $400,000 (no, that's not a typo $400,000 is correct) to be stolen from me and never even tried to contact me after they discovered the the theft. And, they are making it extremely difficult for me to get my money back! Community banking my a$$.

Very difficult to get questions answered!!! My main question is how can I order checks for my checking account. A representative referred me to the app. On the app I have, I can find no option for ordering checks, I was told someone would call me, no one has called yet. This is a very busy area in Atlanta and yet this branch at any given time will have one teller open and only one banker present!!! I think I made a mistake choosing Chase!!!@@

Was very slow and I asked the Manager if he could get them to stop talking and hurry up so I wouldn't be late for work, told me "I'm on the phone right now " and I was trying to open a new account for 1500.00 never dealing with chase again especially that one smh horrible

UPDATE: 8/15/18. The ATM is not working again... 2 days now. This convenient location... is no longer convenient. :( ATM is not working here after hours. It's been down a couple of days now.

Had an 11:30 appointment scheduled for business service, 12:30 rolls around… still waiting. Brutal. Figure I’d make this review while I’m bored waiting. Can I leave 0 stars?

Barely made it there just before 6pm, their closing time, and the branch manager stayed beyond their opening hours to work on my request. Appreciate their customer service.

i mean idk why this location even bothers. It’s either temporarily closed or the atm is not working. don’t bother with this location it honestly shouldn’t even be open.

Posted hours were till 2pm, got there at 1:15 and they were already closed. ATM in the lobby ate my cash deposit and after the claim was resolved, I lost $228 dollars.

Standing in line here and that's only one teller for a five window and one drive through place. No one seems to be present at the chase private client offices either.

Brandon was an excellent employee.. he walked me through everything on the phone and helped me in person as well! I wish I can give him more than 5 starts!!

I can see why this branch has horrible reviews. Waited 10 minutes at the drive thru window and was never served.

Chase is a reliable bank. They are in big cities. They need to expand their borders to small towns as well.
