We go to chik fil a all the time, basically whenever we don’t want to cook. The food is good and their allergens are well documented. The prices are cheap and the rewards program points accumulate quickly enough to get a free sandwich every few visits. I like that the music inside the store isn’t merely the top hits or greatest hits. It’s quiet instrumental music unique to chik fil a that doesn’t distract from conversation.

Let's be honest, Chick-Fil-A has a stellar reputation and is ALWAYS above standard on everything, however, today, I got to witness the kind of kindness that give you hope in humanity. As I was dining, I noticed a young lady heading to her car with food in hand. It had just rained and she slipped and seriously wiped out (I'm very surprised she got up so quick honestly). In that process we busted her drink wide open, but got up quickly and headed towards her car. The manager, seeing what had happened ran outside ALONG WITH 2 OTHER EMPLOYEES to help this lady out. There was no discussion or mention of everyone helping, they just up and ran out ON THEIR OWN to help in a split second. The manager appeared to ask her if he could get her all new food and a drink and it looked like she declined the food, but welcomed the new drink. He quickly ran inside and brought her a new one. In our polarized, selfish world we are living in right now, I could not be happier to have seen such a display of respect and care, with no ulterior motive, but helping a lady out. Thank you for making amazing food and being amazing people!

I always have a good experience here. Even if the food is off and I have to go back for something they’re always really nice and willing to fix it.

My husband, friend and I went though the Chick-fil-A last week. Everything was fine, then, when we went to pull forward, the lady in the drive-through next to us completely rushed to cut us off and almost hit us. We said some fowl language because we were just in a car wreck and have PTSD. The women working the drive though said WOAH in a very disgusted voice. We felt horrible but then when we got to the window to pay, she wouldn’t look at us, had someone else throw our food at us and shut the window. No hello, no acknowledgement no My pleasure. We didn’t even get a chance to say sorry or explain. This is unacceptable for such an establishment that always has amazing customer service towards everyone.

Slowly but surely dwindling away with poor customer service and food. The quality of food has gotten terrible over the last 6 months or so. Knowing the quality that Chick-fil-A should be serving, you all are know where close.. The chicken and fries have been lukewarm and old, definitely over the holding time. You all should be reaching out to Mark over at Paseo Del Norte, that is where I will be going in the future.. I dont always leave reviews and I always try to give the benefit of the doubt but this is ridiculous. Every single time I have gone here and given this place a chance they mess up my order. Last time it was giving me the wrong nuggets entirely, I ordered grilled they gave me fried, the time before that it was forgetting my fruit cup and not putting cheese in my deluxe sandwich. This time, despite them asking what cheese I want specifically they still forgot the cheese and this time they forgot the bacon and tomato too, it's just chicken and lettuce like guys please I'm not asking for a lot I just want what I asked for. Today I ordered on the app expecting my order to be ready when the get there, however, after waiting in the drive thru lane for seemingly forever, Leo the manager on duty directed his employee to make me drive around the building to receive my order. I proceeded around the building where an employee was literally outside waiting for me. The craziest experience was I’ve ever had here. I called and spoke with Leo where he explained that ordering on the app absolutely does not expedite your order what so ever. That’s the only reason I order on the app. Very very disappointed. Good thing Canes’ is opening soon. The best way to improve service is a competitor. Thank you Leo you made it easy for me to fire you.

Horrible customer service. Took a long time just to get 2 milkshakes. One of the female workers there had the audacity to go out of her way to immediately grab one drink for a customer who had ordered that alone. And she was the same lady who took my order and was supposed to grab my milkshakes. Then someone else that I had to ask went to get them because I checked up on why it had been taking so long. And the girl who supposed to get them had given them to us acting like she hadn’t messed up or she was the one who made them. I expected better from chick fil a, this was terrible and I shouldn’t have had to wait that long.

I came in the morning and ordered 2 chicken biscuits and a half unsweetened ice tea, the person who was talking my order then tried to correct me in a snarky voice saying I meant sun joy and not what I said. A Sun Joy has lemonade and sweet tea, I know what I meant and that’s literally not I said. After all that they forgot the second biscuit I ordered because they were to distracted trying to wrongly correct me. I’d go to a different location entirely if they’re just going to be rude and miss things in the process.

This place is so sad. We go to las estancia location all the time and we were on the east side of town... So we went to the San Mateo & Montgomery location and they refused to make my sandwich with the crispy chicken because it was originally made with grilled chicken. They said the OPERATOR would not allow it because it took more time to make. Let me remind you all they say is everything is "my pleasure" well that's crazy they act like I was asking for beef instead of Chicken. I will never take my money to this location again.

The manager, a tall, attractive brunette allowed the staff to indulge in humorous interaction so necessary to work demeanor while maintaing a customer-first mandate. The food is great and the prompt, polite service is as well. We only go to this location because it is the closest and most convenient, BUT I always receive the wrong sandwich, I got the wrong drink yesterday and the cashier wasn’t helpful and I was charged extra for the wrong drink . The young boy that took my order got everything wrong. I ordered two chick-fil-a deluxe sandwiches one with pepper jack cheese and one with American cheese. I'm surprised I'm giving a 3 star when I usually give a five, but there were two negatives. I was given the wrong order in line and when I came inside to share what happened, they didn't apologize, I had to wait a long time and it seemed like an inconvenience. The second negative was the chicken sandwich surprisingly had fat in it. Not a lot, but it was a bad cut.

I went to this chik-fil-a & waited 15 minutes for a chik-fil-a deluxe meal. I was there during breakfast but was told it would take some time. I waited all that time just to get a raggedy sandwich with pickles only. Where the heck is my lettuce & tomato? Plus tje meat was cjewy & dry. Weak. I love chik-fil-a but today was a disappointing experience.

There were at least 10 cars in front of me in the drive thru...I was out in 6 minutes! Deluxe Spicy Chicken Sandwich was AMAZING! I also got grilled nuggets and Mac and cheese. I wasn't thrilled with either, so next time I will just stick to the sandwich. 5 stars because they are so damn fast...and the customer service is OUTSTANDING!

Chick-fil-A is always good. The staff is always so friendly, and I don't think there is a restaurant in Albuquerque that is more efficient during lunch time. It's a miracle, it's obvious God's on their side, because they serve so many people at lunch and such efficient amount of time that amazes me, and the food's always great.

So this is my first visit and I had ordered through drive thru at like 1:14pm. The food was great and the girl who took my order was super nice and attentive. But as soon as I got to the window the girl who gave me my order rolls her eyes because I asked for a straw that wasn’t in the bag. That surely made me uncomfortable.

Quick service given with a smile. The attendees outside grabbed my order quick and sent me off. My order was made quickly and correctly and everything tasted great. Would definitely come back again if I was in the area and wanted some chicken.

I am revising my entire review because I've come here a lot recently (because it's on my way to work) and it has shown great improvement from my initial visits. Could have been a Staff change or just a handful of fluke incidents. Either way this location is GREAT and I HIGHLY recommend.
