If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a simple poutine. I asked for half the gravy from the lady behind the counter. I got double the gravy, not noticing until I got home so I went back; asking for cheese covered fries and a side of gravy instead. He brought up saying "Whats wrong with it?" I said "Thats not a poutine. Poutine gravy flows over the fries and cheese, not sinking to the bottom. If your customers like it, okay." I said "But I, personally do not." He turned and started talking to the lady and I interrupted saying nevermind, I'll just take a refund. HE REFUSED MY REFUND so I asked to speak to the manager and he YELLED at me "I'M THE MANAGER" (really yelled in my face) then I said I'll contact the better business bureau and I will.. I know what I ordered. He said it wasn't what I ordered. Pretty sure I know what I ordered. Another customer walks in at this point, his whole demeanor changed. Instantly calm, as if it didn't even happen. So what if that customer was in the store the whole time?! Would I have been treated differently?! That's just wrong. Oh and our pound of dry ribs we ordered, were just that, withered and dry. Severely disappointed with the customer treatment of this establishment. You'll be hearing from me. Remember my name.

This Chicken Delight location is the absolute BEST! I called the night before to place an order to be picked up first thing in the morning. The owner’s son took the order and was very professional, respectful and thorough. He said he would call his father immediately to make sure my order would be ready as requested. My order was hot and ready when I arrived at 10:30am. The owner was very kind and friendly. He said his wife wouldn’t let him sleep in because he had to get up early to prepare my food! When I mentioned I was taking this food one and a half hrs out of the city to my parents for an early Mother’s Day lunch, he threw in a mini cheesecake for dessert! At 12:30, the food was still quite warm! The chicken was delicious, the fries were crispy yet not overdone, and the gravy was very tasty. We were tickled pink to find an extra drumstick in the box because the drumsticks were on the small side. This particular Chicken Delight offers the small town hospitality that I grew up with 50 years ago. Thank you for this amazing customer service. We will be back!

We ordered over $70 of food….the chicken was dried out and over cooked, the fries were undercooked and soggy, the gravy was completely cold, and the pizza had a very sour/spoiled taste to it AND the crust was burnt……I’m not usually the type of person to complain about food but every single item in our order (besides the 2L pop) was beyond horrible and completely inedible. After calling and talking to someone about it, all they offered was a free pizza and refused to do anything else despite the fact that our entire order was not even edible and complete garbage (which is where the food ended up because even our dogs wouldn’t touch it) And don’t even get me started on the feathers still attached to some of the chicken pieces in our order! Clearly the owners don’t bother with quality control and don’t want to keep their customers around. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted by this location and its lack of good customer service.

I had called to place a delivery order at 6:17pm. After approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes had gone by, I called back to find out why my order hadn't arrived yet. They told me it was only 72 minutes which was less than the 1 hour and 45 minutes that they told me it would be and that it would be 20 more minutes. The fact is that they never told me a wait time. I didnt ask because up until this time and the last, it usully takes a half hour and they tell me if it will be longer. This is the second time this has happened now. I called and cancelled the order. I am very dissapointed and do not believe I will be ordering again. I wrote a complaint to their head office and didn't get a response. Chicken often tasted like it was old and reheated.

Food is usually good (although this time the fries were overcooked and food wasn't hot) however experience with the Chicken Delight app / delivery ensures that I will most likely be ordering using Doordash or Skip. The driver this location uses speaks with a VERY pronounced stutter (and seems to like to engage in what feels like very long / awkward conversations), and for some reason insists on ringing the doorbell to hand off the delivery even though I put specific instructions to leave it at the door. Also has become quite expensive so we don't order food from here often. App is the chicken delight app

Dishonest about pricing on their in store menu, told they didn't have time to change the prices on the board but they already have flyers that have the new pricing. But those aren't posted. I'm pretty sure it takes less time to put a piece of tape over the menu so they aren't advertising false prices than it does to order all new print materials. I understand that "prices subject to change" but they have obviously known the price has changed for some time and have chosen to leave the board as is. Check your receipt.

I would really like to be higher with this but i went the other week. How hard is it to make a 2 piece meal with a side of small gravy and condiments? Well apparently very hard. I mentioned on my original order that I wanted all the basics. Forks, napkins, salt, pepper.. the man working handed me my bag said everything was in there. Well no gravy. So i went back in and got this. Started to drive away and pulled stuff out to eat once I got to my destination. No fork, no napkins, no salt, no Pepper. Man things are definitely not the same as they used to be.

In all the times I've been to this location, the chicken has never been cooked using fresh oil which would result in a nice tasting, light golden brown slightly dry on the outside and juicy on the inside chicken. Instead, I've always been served dark brown oil-soaked chicken with a slight rancid oil taste, with the fries not being much better. I often times wonder if they re-fry cold chicken, because that's what it sometimes tastes like to me.

This is my go to place for chicken and pizza and whatever. The owners are the sweetest and most caring people I've had the pleasure of meeting. They have always gone above and beyond to make the customers happy. Theyrr great food and clean store is bar non. They are very friendly and love the conversations with them. They will forever have my business and I highly suggest going in and saying hi. They will leave you smiling and full

I drive past 2 chicken places on my way to the city to go to this Chicken Delight. Generally they are very good. Well tonight i picked up the usual.... 10 pce with fries,gravy and large coleslaw and the chicken was absolutely disgusting. I think its was in the warmer oven since they opened this morning. Dried out and hard as a rock. Sadly I guess I'll be finding a new chicken place.

We went into chicken delight to order for my daughter's birthday dinner, and the ladies were so kind and friendly. I mentioned it was my daughter's birthday today and they were so kind and gave her a mini cheesecake for her birthday! Definitely always have great service and delicious food. Thank you for being such a great place with amazing people working there.

Went here for New Years dinner! The quality of the food was good. The order was made up in a timely matter. Just they kinda couldn’t find it when I got there. A lil frustrating to see other customers come and go and I’m still waiting. I think they just had to many people in charge and the person didn’t know where the other put it!

I always order pizza, but for the first time I tried their chicken. It was very good. I only ever order from KFC so this was a nice change. The white meat was actually quite moist, not dry at all. KFC white meat is always so dry. The batter was nice and crispy. Not too greasy. I will definitely return.

The wings don't taste original at this place!! I have ordered afew times thinking they have the original chicken delight tasting wings. Nope! Never order from here again. Not original tasting. Seriously chicken delight should investigate to make sure their product is selling right.

I haven't ordered from them for six months or more...now I know why...my chicken bites and French fries were cold...also 2 little pacs of honey dill were open and leaking all over the bag.I normally won't say anything, but when you pay $55.00 just for chicken it should come hot!

I don't know what happened to this franchise over the years.use to have lots of breading (used egg wash years ago) and now chicken peices are the size of a pigeon.When my breading comes dark I know that grease hasn't been changed for awhile .never again

Pairing service with a smile and warm, comforting chicken that is prepared fresh with local farm fresh ingredients. I always see the truck dropping off the meat and the owners are wonderful, hardworking, and honest people. Definitely worth supporting.

I didn't expect a chicken place to have good pizza, but I was wrong. It was the cheesiest pizza I've ever bought. The sauce was good. The price was sharp. My only complaint was that the mushrooms seemed to be canned and not fresh.

Used to be very good but now I’m starting to find that this is very greasy and their portions are small as in the size of their chickens but they do have onion rings that is an upside but never as good as A&W

We have never been disappointed with the food at this location. The benefit of good food is having it made and served to you by the nicest, pleasent owner this lady is a gem and always is considerate.

Chicken is okay, so is their pizza. Buying their cold chicken is a nice price, gravy is a bit over the pricey line. All together, it's a nice little take out location, and is a pleasure to walk in.
