When my Father passed away 3/17/2022, I was beside myself. This funeral home and the owner are terrific!!! I have taken my time to grieve, and now it is time to give credit to this establishment. The owner was patient, kind, and he went above and beyond fore even at times when my grief had me lashing out. He truly is one of the nicest and most respectful men I have ever met. Thank you, Church Angels. Your costs are beyond unbelievable. I cannot recommend your services enough. Thank you for all you did for my Father and for us who lost him way too soon. For the two negative reviews, had you called that you cpmomgnrhere, I am positive they would not have went to go grab lunch. And Iyself got a little frustrated about the wait for the destg certificate and Dwayne was so kind to get it to me the minute he had it. He brought it to my HOME the very day he got it. A true professional. He didn't try to upsell us. He was patient, and extremely professional. Should realize that the negative review lies with the ones who are a bit entititled and did not confirm they were in office before arriving. The staff has to take a break during the day, and if that long of a drive was involved, it is on you to set up an appointment, not just arrived and have everyone at your beck and call. There are many places around there to grab a coffee to wait. Hurting someone's business because of your own error is really sad. If a phone call was taken during your meeting, that I highly doubt even happened, sometimes simply cannot avoided in this line of business, someone DIED besides your loved one. The call had to be taken, and knowing Dwight, He ended it very quickly. Please, do not lie on here about him. I know I was frustrated myself at a few things, and did not hesitate to tell him. And he responded with respect and did not take it personally, as it truly was not directed at him anyway. I am sure he knows that and my HONEST review is well deserved. He is fantastic, offers the best price point out of ANYONE, and he deserves the respect of honest reviews. This is not a place to air your poor behavior. If you have a lost a loved one, the owner will bend over backwards to assist you with ZERO attitude or disrespect.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!! Dwayne was VERY kind and understanding & helped me solve the HORRIBLE pain & misery I went through with Global Mortiurary (they had mother’s body sit out for OVER 2 weeks & because of that we could not donate her organs!! They literally just let her go to waste, they are disgusting.. couldn’t even find her name in the system for a solid 30 minutes and had to have someone call me back. Goodness sake!!!). I came and met with Dwayne and a sweet lady (I can’t remember her name) but they helped me immediately. That same day they went and picked her body up & are having her cremated as requested. They’ve FINALLY help put her to rest & I couldn’t be more thankful!!! Thank you Church Angels!!!! THANK YOU TIMES A MILLION!!!! If you guys have a choice PLEASE COME HERE! You won’t regret it. They CARE about you and your passed loved ones. Genuinely.

Extremely insensitive and not professional. My grandmother passed away and I took my mother to fill out paperwork etc... He did not greet us the way one would expect to be greeted in this situation. No "I'm sorry for your loss" or anything of that nature. Just strictly business (which I understand, but come on, show some compassion in this line of work) He had the wrong file in front of him and asked "who is Jan?" That's the name of the deceased!! He would have known, had he had the correct file in front of him. He also was taking phone calls during our meeting. Another customer who was waiting told us she had been getting the run around for months. He also overcharged my mother and had to refund her, which took a while. My advice, Go somewhere else where they might at least act like they care and not just about $.

I arrived to the at the funeral home at 10:20 a.m.to pick up cremains of a dear friend, only to find out that they weren't there with a note saying they'll return shortly. I called to see what time shortly would be considering I drove from Dallas and they informed me another employee will be pulling up no later than 20 minutes. Needless to say that was a 45 minute wait, two other people drove up trying to take care of some business and after I informed them of the time frame they would return they decided to wait as well. After 20 minutes passed they drove away just as frustrated as I was but I wasn't about to drive back to Dallas so I had to sit and endure it. I've never witness anything like this from an establishment.

Dwayne and his entire staff were incredibly supportive, helpful, and on the ball with everything during such a tough time for my family. We were able to pay tribute to my father in a way that was beautiful and meaningful to his legacy! I would not have had it any other way. These are good people and they really do care. I highly recommend Church Angels to anyone that's looking to honor the life of a loved one first and foremost. A lot of funeral homes are in my opinion predatory and focus too much on profit. You will never feel this way with Dwayne and his staff!

Dwayne and his staff were wonderful and so incredibly kind and generous to our family in our time of need. We never felt pressured to add on extra products or services and they respected our wishes to have a simple yet beautiful final rememberance. Church Angels was a God send to our family. They were super professional, informative, quick to listen to our concerns and gave us what we wanted and did not try to impose more. Upon calling them, they arrived within the hour, extremely caring and professional in the transport. The follow through afterwards was efficient and kind. I highly recommend them! Church Angels came recommended by the Social Worker with Heart to Heart Hospice in FW, we used who was also amazing.

My brother passed suddenly and I had no idea how to plan a funeral. From the first phone call church angels was very helpful and kind. It was obvious they cared. The pricing and funerary options were straight forward and easy to understand. I chose the cremation with a memorial; it was a beautiful service. Church angels did everything to make sure it was a comforting and beautiful funeral. This is the best place in town.

Dwayne and his staff sacrificed so much to help my family with services for my mom. He went above and beyond to give us a beautiful service, coordinated with another funeral home out of state, and dealt with the airlines so I wouldn’t have that added concern. I can’t speak highly enough about their hearts to care for the hurting. And the church they meet in is cut from the same cloth. Great people!

Im not a person that can deal with death so easily face to face. But I want to thank this place so much for making it easy on me. I thought in my grieving, i was going to have to deal with so much and see my mom gone, but Church Angels did everything and allowed me the time and space to accept my mom being gone without so much pressure on me...They the best!

I had to call and ask them to release the death record which they should have done. Their lack of action has caused me a delay in getting death certificates from the county.

They have provided a good service, and have been very patient while I have been trying to deal with the nightmarish bureaucracy of my late wife’s life insurance.

Dwayne was very nice and helped us go thru the loss of our loved ones.He has done two funerals for our family. I would highly recommend him.
