5 stars from me for this store in Romford Brewery. Took my 84 year old Mum there as she needed wider shoes due to swollen feet. Assistant was brilliant, spent some time with us ensuring Mum got what she needed. Really friendly and chatty, helpful without being condescending to an elderly lady. Mum remarked to me later how good she had been - so she must have been! Only sorry that I didn't get her name. Well done, Clarks, good job.

Dreadful service. Bought a pair of shoes 5 weeks ago and they are falling apart already. I tried to phone to see if I could resolve this issue but it seems like nobody works there or they have all died as they stick you on hold until you hang up. Very strange way to run a business in my opinion? Bad quality and non-existent customer service, what a joke.

Went in to get my little boys feet measured, there was a little bit of a wait, however they have a ticketing system which is quite useful. The staff were helpful. Choice of childrens shoes are quite good, but i think the prices are expensive. I had a brief look at the mens shoes, however they are quite boring and are designed for the older gentleman.

Hello, we were extremely pleased with the assistance we received by Rajna who was running up and down for what we wanted and gave us her opinion if we weren't quite sure about our purchase and at the end of our search for shoes she simply told us when we asked, that she was used to working under pressure thank you very much.

Visited the other day. The shop smelled really bad! We had to leave, as we couldn't breathe! We asked one of the staff, and he said they were aware but didn't know what it was. He said many people had complained about it! Couldn't get what we wanted. Haven't bothered going back!

Waited outside the store for over 10 minutes to be seen, so we decided to head in store. We asked for help and the moody sales manager replied with an abrupt 'what?' Walked out and went straight to Schuh opposite. Really can't recommend. They weren't even busy. Terrible staff.

Quick service without an appointment, fitting and purchase speedily processed. Female staff member was polite, smart appearance, friendly, informative and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended. A Very Happy Customer who will be returning as per usual.

Came in for a measure and fitting for school shoes for my son. The lady serving was fantastic and her interaction with him was absolutely out of this world. There was a very positive vibe and a really family feel in store. Keep it up!

Service was superb the attendant was absolutely she was selfless and very attentive,I believe the name of the Clark representative that served me is Theresa. Sales items were worth the price for sure. Will def visit again.

A massive thank you to Jameelah at Romford Clarks, who measured my feet and assisted me in purchasing my first pair of boots. She was very helpful and extremely patient as I tried on a few pairs in a couple of different sizes.

Not the most extensive collection for kids shoes but an ok amount to choose from. Good quality products and very helpful and friendly staff. My 4 year old loved the attention and got her magenta coloured shoes too!

Lovely friendly helpful staff, with my disabled mother in law. Shop floor very messy, not ideal for pushing a wheelchair, but that's clearly lazy customers, as the staff were extremly busy.

Bought myself a pair of very comfortable trainers. Shop was clean & tidy. I was allowed to try the shoes on with my socks & the staff were attentive & knowledgeable & very helpful indeed.

Very attentive staff who dealt with my purchase very well. Although Clarks are a bit on the expensive side they are top quality and I know the shoes I bought will last me a long time.

Clarks is my favourite shoes shop. Shoes are so comfy and very good quality. Just bought two new pairs of boots and I absolutely love them both!

They usually make you wait 30mins to get your shoe to try and then they tell you they can't find them and are sold out....frustrating.

Quality, good fitting shoes available here. There were not many variety of shoes, but the ones that were available were great ones.

Staff are always friendly and very very helpful. Love going here and will continue to do so because the staff go above and beyond.

Son managed to get perfectly fitting shoes. This is the only place to go to if you have large feet.
