Cluster Truck has become a staple in my life and I do not order from Grubhub,UberEats etc. I love and trust the Cluster Truck business model. High quality, freshly cooked meals not started until you order and one of the best features are their delivery people who do receive your whole tip. I am a pet sitter and have delivery to many different homes within the Broad Ripple location delivery area. The food is always hot upon delivery. Cluster Truck has saved me for dinner so many times when I am rushing from my full time job to the pets I care for and don’t have time to stop at the grocery. They keep expanding their menu without losing quality of their core items. I finally tried the pizza last week and it was delicious and the crust was actually done! Using the app is easy, you earn real points to use on future orders. The only one thing you can’t do is customize certain items, which I understand. Keep up the great work Chef! Thanks

I love my job but often end up working 10-14 hours/day, meaning I don't even have the energy to go get takeout when I get home, much less cook. Delivery from Clustertruck Broad Ripple has saved me on those nights more times than I can count! They almost always get my food to me in about 30 minutes (just enough time to walk the dog and get back home to meet the driver), and every time I think I've found my favorite, I try something new and IT becomes my new favorite!! Just writing this review has me thinking about ordering their pork tenderloin sandwich....or the chicken sandwich....or one of their amazing burgers... actually, the only thing I DON'T like about Clustertruck is that they aren't open 24 hours/day to bring me their yummy food whenever I'm craving it :)

We were visiting our daughter in Broad Ripple who recently had a baby..wanted something quick to bring in but not fast food!!! Our daughter recommended we order online from Cluster Truck and we are so glad we did! We had pizza, the Buffalo chicken wrap, and the chicken tenders and side salads between the 4 of us! The food was wonderful! In fact, the kids will order from there again soon as they wanted to try the pizza my husband and I shared! Great experience! Wonderful option anytime but especially with the pandemic!! Try it!! You won’t be disappointed!!!

We are always happy with ClusterTruck! I am a vegetarian, we have a 6 year old and my husband is an omnivore so sometimes finding the perfect place to make us all happy is tough. Being a vegetarian, the make your own burrito bowl is my go to :-) I love that the ingredients are transparent, my son loves the chicken fingers and fries and my husband loves the burgers. Most of the time when we order it is under a half an hour to get to us. I love that I could just walk out to the curb and do the exchange safely.

Pretty nice. Delivery is always fast and the food is always good. The fries are killer. The only thing I would ask for is for them to add more or different vegan options. The chickpea wrap and curry is okay but having a vegan option definitely seems like an after thought. I’d like to see a nice junk food sandwich and not something so mediocre. I will continue ordered from Clustertruck! Edit: Thanks for the reply! Brining the impossible burger to the Broadripple location would be great. Or something like a tempeh BLT.

ClusterTruck never disappoints. It’s the best food delivery service in Indianapolis because the food is always amazing, projected delivery times are always met and the price is right. I’ve never had a bad experience. On one occasion there was a minor error on my order and ClusterTruck more than compensated for that. If you haven’t ordered from here, you’re truly missing out. We rarely order from secondary food delivery anymore. You can’t beat having the kitchen and delivery service all in one. CT is the best!

We have ordered out twice from here in the past week, and everything was delicious. The Roasted Chicken Green Goddess Salad, Poke Bowl, and Pork Tacos are among our favorites, and our children love the kids’ menu....and have ordered a cheeseburger from the adult menu too. The ingredients all look fresh, and there are some truly healthy choices. That being said, the fries are to die for. We have received our order within 20-25 minutes each time. We will be ordering again soon!

Every item I've ever ordered has surprised me with how amazing, flavorful, and unique it is. Their order accuracy, taste, and delivery cannot be matched. They have a menu that can please ANYONE in your group as it is so varied and still so delicious. The food was exceptional. I've had several friends rave about how good ClusterTruck is, but I had never ordered from them until recently. I was part of a "group order" that made it easy for multiple people to add to 1 delivery. Despite all the good reviews I was a little hesitant to order a burger because delivered burgers sometimes have soggy buns, but not from ClusterTruck! Now that I'm in their new delivery area where I work, I'll definitely be ordering there more often!

We were recently introduced to ClusterTruck by some friends, and we have already ordered several times in just the last few days. The website is easy to use, the variety of the menu is unsurpassed by any single restaurant, the service (delivery) is consistently on time, with the food well packaged and delivered warm and noticeable fresh, and the quality of the food is consistently at least good and sometimes truly outstanding, What more could you ask for?

Hubby’s burger & fries combo—I understand that’s one of your fave menu items—was scarfed up w/ nothing left over. My taco salad was fresh, delicious, and an ample portion. Wonderful dressing, and the queso sauce had an awesome kick!. Order arrived on time and was appropriately warm/cold. Wish I could supply photos of ordered items, but items looked too good to wait! I've used ClusterTruck more than a few times and I've always been impressed. The food is safely delivered to your nearest curb (or driveway) by a friendly person. They roll down their rider side window and hand you your well-packaged food, which is fresh, hot and delish. I think it's a ingenious system over all. I recently enjoyed a yummy hamburger and tots. The menu has a lot to offer. I do recommend you give them a try!

Our delivery came within 20 minutes of ordering and it was absolutely delicious. We could not have been more impressed with the ease of ordering and efficiency of delivery. The food was hot and fresh. With many delivery services it takes so long to get there that the food is soggy but the speed and efficiency of their kitchen and driver ensured that our food tasted amazing. I found out about this through my sons school they donated some of their proceeds to helping Purdue poly tech which was fantastic. And not to mention their food is delicious and the variety that they have is wonderful. I used to love ClusterTruck but I’ve noticed that the quality and portions have suffered over the last several months. I was hoping that the few times I’ve had bad experiences were just one offs but I just had another disappointing experience. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap that was mostly lettuce and minimal chicken and in general pretty “eh”. Definitely not worth a total of $18 (taxes, tip)

Fantastic! Food is delicious. The burger, chicken strips, sidewinder fries and chicken & rice bowl are delicious. Something for everyone on the menu. Drivers are always friendly. The company cares about their staff and customers. Great communication style, feedback driven and passionate about providing a quality experience. App is super user-friendly. I never would have thought that Clustertruck would vary so much between locations - but the Broad Ripple location is awful. Our Mac & cheese was delivered with the sauce spilled out into the bag, soggy, not baked with a nice crust like the downtown location does, and watery. Save your money. Just about any restaurant is going to be both cheaper and higher quality, not to mention quicker.

One of the only places I have eaten where everything on the menu is delicious. My husband and I joke that it takes us an hour just to decide what to order because everything is so so good! The food is always fresh and the service is phenomenal! We have ordered from this location many times and have never been disappointed! So happy that this came to Broad Ripple, keep up the great work!!

I’ve ordered from ClusterTruck about 5 times now and I can’t be more impressed. The delivery times are accurate and in several cases my food was delivered to my driveway in less than 20 minutes. My fries and egg rolls are always hot and crispy which is hard to get with delivery. So far everything I have ordered has been great and they have options for everyone. Would highly recommend.

The whole experience was great! We loved that the whole family could find something they would like, ordering was a breeze (love all the ways you can customize), delivery was fast and most importantly: THE FOOD!! We had this last night- for the first time! Wow! The ordering was simple, lots of choices and our food was delicious! I appreciated the constant updates in location, so it was easy to see when the driver did arrive! Grabbing food at the curb from the driver was EASY! I recommend the Ceaser salad, quest dip and chips, pork tacos, and tenderloin! We can’t wait to order again!

So fresh, fast and fantastic! The quesadilla is really good. The salad is a meal. And I'm positive I am going to crave these chips and queso all the time. Let me not forget the cheesecake brownies. My favorite dish off the truck is the arroz con pollo. I've had a few other things but that is the best. I did try the garlic and dill potato salad with chicken tenders and it was good, different but the combination and balance of flavors was especially nice. The Truck has been spot on time wise, food is still hot, and the delivery personnel has been very courteous.

I ordered a burger and fries at around 10:50, and it was delivered hot and fresh no more than 25 minutes later!! Completely impressed with the speed and quality of the food! This is a PERFECT option for people who want great food delivered quickly whether at work, or even just to get out of cooking at home! I will certainly be a regular customer from here on out!

Cluster Truck always delivers (pun intended). It doesn't matter what the menu item is, it's always good. Fresh ingredients, combined with outstanding flavors, will always have me coming back. The addition to Broad Ripple was amazing to hear. I had Cluster Truck 3 times in the last week alone and they have only been open maybe two weeks. Highly recommend.

First experience was a good one. Phad Thai had nice range of flavors, Red Curry had rich sauce and aggressive spice profile. Both items arrived quickly and arrived hot in very sturdy packaging. I like building the tip into the bill at time of ordering vs fishing in my pocket for the cash for the delivery person. We will definitely give CF another try.

I was very impressed with my first order with ClusterTruck a few weeks ago while I was doing some work at a friend's house in the delivery zone. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. Because I love Cluster Truck while at work downtown, I just had to try the one by my home in Broad Ripple. I received the email that the pizza had changed and We love pizza. I just had the slight hiccup of the veggies a little too black and when I let you guys know you immediately made my order correct. So in the end we are happy customers.

Hubs and SIL loved the cheesesteak sandwiches and Daugher loved her crispy chicken Caesar wrap, I got the wrap as well but think I would enjoy it with ranch even more. Everything was hot and fresh. AND then I forgot to order my grandson's grilled cheese and quickly placed a second order, which was very quickly made and delivered. Awesome!

I love having a ClusterTruck in Broad Ripple. I worked Downtown and used it a ton there especially pre-covid. Since they opened in Broad Ripple I have ordered a decent number of times and they are always quick and consistent. Even if there has been an issue they are responsive and quick to resolve anything. The egg rolls were fantastic, a good portion size (two large ones) with a sweet chili dipping sauce. The bbq chicken wings were flavorful and tangy, though would have liked a bit more food with them. The delivery was about 30 min and it was packed well in containers and warm. Great first experience for me with the CT.

These guys are FAST! The menu covers a little of everything, prices are fair. The food is hot when it gets here- can not imagine it has had time to cool. I ordered a range of things, and everything rocked. Everything had its distinct flavors (the wrap stood out - the tomatoes and cucumbers in the Med wrap were amazing), and was so fresh. The pork egg rolls were crispy and flavorful, not oily. And the mac & cheese - heavenly. This will be my go-to spot, easily.

We LOVE Cluster Truck and all their various options. We actually cancelled Dash Pass with Door Dash since this is our one stop shops for food. The food was on time and hot. We got the build your own pizza; we love the thin crust. We also ordered the breaded tenderloin and it as actual pork and not a fritter. It was still crispy when it arrived. Also order the spring salad which was very fresh. We ended up having leftovers.

While the food is always delicious, the tech and customer service could use some help. There has been some times it has been more of an inconvenience to order due to lack of flexibility on their part. My office and I adore them, but wish a few changes could be made.
