One of the better Cols stores I’ve been to! Love the selection and found things I’ve never seen before in other Chapters stores. However, a staff member who was working there the first time I made a visit really ruined the store for me . During a routine return she treated me in a condescending/power trippy way which I found strange because I have never been treated with disrespect in a Coles/Chapters store by a staff member. They are some of the most friendly retail workers out there. Regardless of my experience with this particular staff member, I would definitely suggest this location to anybody in the Hamilton area!

I Haven’t bought a book in years, recently found one I was really interested in. Called the store pretty close to closing not only did she help me locate the author!I was told I could place a pre order online so when it hits Canadian shelf’s I can get it delivered right to me! Super nice very helpful I would recommend anyone to shop here for books, was my go to store when I was in school. Thankyou so much!!!!!

I admittedly have a soft spot for bookstores and this one is no different. It may not be enormous but it does boast a fairly sizeable collection of books ranging across all ages and reading comprehensions. Very well organized and maintained, and the service was superb.

Great selection of everything you'd expect at a book store. Which unfortunately is more knick knacks then books these days. But still a good selection and I found what I needed
