Very happy with the service we received at Seven Hills today. Right from walking in the door to walking out. We were greeted with a smile & directed straight to a person that could help us with our very specific request in which was to have a large sum transferred to another bank account for the settlement of our home loan. An alternative option to the one we thought we would have to go with was provided to my partner & I & the team at Seven Hills were very understanding & respectful of our circumstance & needing it done in a timely matter which allowed us the opportunity to have the funds deposited into our other account instantly instead of later that day as we were made aware. After many sleepless nights worrying about sorting out my deceased parents accounts, I walked into the Seven Hills branch and was assisted by Aparna Gholkar a Customer Service Specialist, from that moment on I was given the best advice and assistance. She was friendly and helpful and greeted me politely when I was unsure of something she would talk through it with me until I knew what I needed to know. We had recently applied for our first home buyer loan through Commonwealth Bank Seven Hills Branch. We would like to thank Jasbir Khanchi for all his help and service throughout the process. He has been professional and always provided quick responsive action. It was a great help and he gave us confidence in the decision which helped us to go ahead with the purchase. Worst branch ever they should shut down this branch I never reviewed anyone before it's my first review as with business operators they are really annoying I have been in business in seven hills but they never helped. Whenever you go there they give you one weeks time to get your work done . Even there's no customers standing there such lazy staff .. will never go there to do my banking again with tellers .

Carolyn must be the most helpful front of house staff in the country. She is always happy and has a vast knowledge of all things banking. She is always willing to go the extra mile to help customers. From personal banking to business banking and everything inbetween. A true asset to the company. The branch itself has everything needed for day to day banking, but the service makes the difference.

Visited CBA Seven Hills after long time and was amazed to experienced best level of service. Customer service representative Carolyn is an asset of the branch/CBA. Her level of service and the way she speak and care for her customer is outstanding. Coin deposit machine is faulty. It didn’t count all my money because the rest were just hanging there so I couldn’t continue. Then the transaction got cancelled. I was told by the person inside to come back today at 09:30. I’m working. The problem now with Commonwealth Bank, it takes forever for them to answer calls and their opening hours is inconvenient for working people.

I always love going into the CommBank Seven Hills branch. The staff are always so lovely and helpful no matter how busy they are. I was there a few weeks ago and Aparna and Carolyn provided amazing service. They assisted me with all my enquirers promptly and professionally, showing genuine care and interest. Had a very good experience working with the lending expert. Had the most friendly Home Lending Executive Mr Jasbir Khanchi helping us choose the right package. He was very approachable, patient and quick to respond back. Highly recommend Mr Jasbir for any Home Lending services.

I received a lot of help from the clerk. The clerk used Google Translate to tell us not to worry, I will help you complete the account opening, which made me feel more at ease. She also assisted us with a lot of business and app teaching. I appreciate your help very much.

Very bad experience . 1 hours wait . Senior most person is roaming around and giving tickets with asking people to come in 1 hr as compare to responding to customer queue. I am sure you can hire some with with basic skills to do this as compare to most experience staff !

Worst customer experience by Cynthia. She was very racist and rude at first place before she booked us. After booking us, the customers who came after us were attended first and she was ignoring us. Very bad customer service.

Poor service unreliable equipment as change machine keep my $200 and after that i have to wait for more then hour to get consultation regarding it as its their fault so they should solve this issue ASSP thumbs down
