After suffering a life altering injury at an industrial plant over 24 years ago I had a difficult long recovery. I tried over a dozen clinics but was discouraged because I didn't feel like I mattered. I almost gave up until I stumbled on Complete Care Physio and decided to give it a try. I couln't believe the difference this clinic made, the level of care is top notch. I 'm receiving massage treatments and Chito and Luciana have a passion and really listen to your needs and I'm also receiving Physiotherapy with Azmina and she genuinely cares about each person's situation and has the ideal treatment plan to really help make you try to have a better quality of life. It is important to commit yourself to the treatment because you will see and feel the results. Once you are able to find a clinic that really cares about helping you strive to reach a healthier quality of life all you have to do is SHOW UP. Take it from me, I have went through too many clinics and I finally found the clinic that has it all. From the minute you walk through the door Edina makes you feel welcome and then once you are in you feel like family well taken care of. I have been coming to Complete Care Physio for over 5 years, it's the place that gives you their all!!!! One last thing no other clinic compares, I'm so grateful and happy I found Complete Care Physio, I have treatment 5 days a week because they make the difference. Amazing! I sustained a work injury and chose to start recommended treatments here initially because it was a comvenient location...I've CONTINUED coming here because of the superb staff and care. I have felt nothing but support and care on my visits here (twice weekly) Rimpy, María, Edina and the other staff are extremely welcoming and they perform their jobs perfectly. They also go above and beyond to create a very compassionate and encouraging environment. You don't feel like they are just trying to get you in and out, they listen and offer sound and helpful advice to aid in recovery. Many physical issues cause emotional distress and they are very understanding and comforting. I highly recommend them and this location. 100/100 for overall experience.

Dr Rimpy is my physiotherapist. Staff is amazing, highly professional and the exercises are so beneficial and easy to do. Love the IFC machine. I injured my knee and thought there was no hope for it to ever get better. As last resort I sought out physiotherapy. Glad i chose to come to Complete Care. The treatment by Dr. Rimpy and Maria are outstanding!!!!! Please don’t suffer in silence!! You owe it to yourself to give Complete Care a try!! I’m so glad i did!!!

I have been attending this location to see Abhi for physiotherapy. He does a fantastic job at explaining the causes to my complaints and what has to be done to correct them. He is very communicative on the therapy he uses and recommends aftercare following each session. I have significant improvement from only a few sessions. I am very happy with my results and will continue to see him. Also, the receptionist Maria is very personable and accommodating!

Just an all around amazing clinic! A quiet, Calm environment.. (With just a little white noise lol..) I just love the staff !! Since June to August 2022, I had been receiving physiotherapy treatment for my lower and upper back problems. My physiotherapist Rimpy as well as all other staff at Complete Care Physio - Hamilton Mountain provided excellent treatment and care. I came in with a knee pain that I had for months after some work done and cupping my pain was instantly relieved, also has been repairing an injury I got 8years ago that I had neglected. With some acupuncture and electro acupuncture and a few more of his techniques he has given that issue great relief as well
