I attempted to determine the credentials of the person who would be treating a member of my family. I was directed to their website and I could not find any information. The "chat person" I spoke to online directed me back to the location. It seemed strange that I could not find out the qualifications of the physiotherapist and so I cancelled the appointment. I also suggested they not communicate in "texting slang" over the internet as they were representing a company and business. The company told me I was rude on the phone (which I was not) and told me in writing they would never treat me. Yes, screenshots exist because I could not believe what this company was saying. Ultimately, they could not provide me with the qualifications of those who would be treating my family member and they treated me poorly for no reason. Be very, very careful with this company. If this is how they treat prospective clients, imagine the disregard they could show toward your treatment plan!

I have been very happy with this establishment! I have been having some issues with my shoulders.....which I didn't even realize was stemming from my shoulders! I was having a lot of discomfort in my bicep areas and so I was very surprised when Azmina explained, following an extensive examination, that it was all originating in my deltoid muscles. Azmina was very thorough in explaining it all to me, complete with showing me posters of all the muscles, etc I went here about a year ago (or more) for a different issue and was very impressed with the level of care I received and the success I had; so when my shoulder was bugging me, I had no hesitation to go back here.

I have been coming to the clinic for just over two years after suffering an injury that will sadly follow me for life most likely and I am always greeted by the most professional caring and compassionate staff they always make me feel welcome and they are very good at what they do. I feel so much better after a visit and would highly recommend to anyone who is suffering from pains to go and get a massage from Luciana or physio treatment from the ladies you will be happy you did.

I am so thankful for the Physiotherapy treatment I received by Tilak in helping me with my sciatica nerve pain down my leg. His professionalism, treatment and guidance assisted me in gaining me back my mobility without the nerve pain. Also Yana the Assistant in the office was wonderful in submitting my medial claims to the insurance company and accommodating my requests for appointments. Very professional and friendly office, it was a great experience and highly recommended!!

I'd like to start by saying thank you Tilak. I came in with a swollen knee that wouldn't go away no matter what I tried and within 3 weeks I was good as new. He was very professional, but also very friendly and it was apparent that he genuinely cared about me getting better. I can't thank you enough Tilak, I will be recommending you highly to anyone I know that may need your help.

I have had an excellent time here over and over again. From the moment I step in, Allison at the reception is such a sweet and caring person who made me feel at ease. I have standing sessions with my Physiotherapist- Azmina, Chiropractor - Dr Rahim and my Massage therapist - Luciana. They make me look forward to the next appointment. I would recommend them 1000%

I have rehabbed my shoulder at Complete Care after labrum tear surgery in February. My physiotherapist Tilak has been exceptional ! He is very knowledgeable and effective . Under his guidance and treatment my shoulder is feeling great and I’m ready to hit the links again . Thank you so much Tilak and all the staff at Complete Care Stoney Creek !

I was having pain in my neck and shoulders. Tilak was able to identify the cause of the pain due to my rotator cuff and after a few weeks of physiotherapy and an exercise program the pain gradually went away. He was very knowledgeable and got to the root of the problem quickly.

I had excruciating sciatic pain and was on 3 meds. Azmina assessed my problem quickly and professionally ( unlike my doctor) and my pain was reduced by half after the first treatment. I no longer needed pills to sleep! I am so grateful.

I have been suffering from bursitis and shoulder impingement for over a year when I finally decided to go to physio. After 5 sessions my mobility has increased drastically and the pain has mostly subsided. 10/10 would recommend Azmina.
