I used to bring 2 of my cars here for road worthy services and they were way too excellent so I thought from now on, this will be the place for my car to be looked after at very reasonable price. Then my car got an accident and I bought my car there for fixing with insurance claim. They kept my cars there for months which led to the damage of my battery and they said it was the end of my battery. I just bought that car 2 months earlier from a giant car dealer in Melbourne so of course every single detail has been checked thoroughly even the battery. The car was in super good condition. I was overseas so my friend picked the car for me. My friend left his fone number there so they can call him to pick up the car. They never called. They sent me email. My friend didn’t notice there was a new dent on my car. He just came there and drove the car straight away without checking it. They did not ask him to check either which they should. My friend brought the car home (5 minutes driving from mechanic to his house), didn’t realise the new dent after a few days later. He didnt drive the car because he has 2 cars and my car was dead anyway. So he kept in the garage. The insurance has checked and confirmed the dent wasnt in the fotos of the assessor which means the dent was caused during the time my car being kept at Cramp Bros. Now Cramp Bros told my insurance that they did not make it and they had no proof to show me that. They should have pointed to my friend before and after the fixing so my friend can acknowledge the condition of the car. I am very angry with how they and the insurance approached this issue. Will never go here again Very unprofessional and irresponsible

I have been directed for repair on my Toyota Corolla by my insurer about mid December. My insurer texted me that I can go ahead with the repair work. I then rang Cramp Bros. Bodyworks on 23 December. As I have received no answer at all, I first thought that there was something wrong with their telephone, but then went to their workshop address and saw that the shutters were down and the place was completely deserted. I am completely puzzled that a business as such had no answering service and politely advised customers about their closure and the reopening of the business. I rang again on the 2nd January and there was still no answering service available. I will try my luck again on Monday, 6th January 2020. I am very puzzled about their nonchalance attitude of their answering service which should have wished the customers and/or the enquirers happy holidays and advise them of their reopening service. Overall I found Cramp Bros. to be very professional and appreciated the depth of knowledge and consideration. It was a pleasure doing business with them and we were very happy with the work and service in general from start to finish. From the initial phone call, to assessment and booking, right to the end Cramp Bros. were helpful, efficient and were easy to work with. The final result is that my almost new car looks and feels like new again! They are honest and transparent. After my accident I had concerns about the process and was feeling fragile but at my least my car was in good hands. Thank you!

I have been a customer for a long time but last two times I brought my car for a quote the lady at the reception was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful! All I got from her was: "we won't be able" "we cannot do" rather a pitty.. pushing customers away.But luckely I got another car bodyworks in town with another attitude: How can we help? We will try our best! Don't bring you car here unless you have no alternative.

Please do not give you are vehicle repair to this place, Allianz insurance will recommend this place to but trust me you don’t wont to give ur car to them. They won’t fix it they will make it worse, like they did to mine, and took them over 3 months to get it done right, but still not right, They don’t care about ur car, they destroyed my car seats, if you love your car please don't give to these guys.

Highly recommend. Repairs look great but it’s the organisation and professionalism of the office staff who make dealing with cramp brothers easy and streamlined. They do what they say and stick to their schedule. Great phone manner, really helpful and keep you updated.

Amazing people. We were in a hurry because we were travelling and we got a strange noise in one of the wheels. Simon check our car in the same day and he was super professional and polite. We strongly recommend this place!
