I have used cubit several times, and have generally found that the company delivers on what it promises. However, after a discussion with an agent about compensating for an issue, and being told that I would be, I was told after my credit card was charged that there was nothing they could do and it would not be refunded. I felt a bit cheated.

From sales to wrapping up the three month transaction, the agents made it easy, were accommodating and efficient. Both agents sounded like they wanted to do their best and had such great attitudes. The pricing was very fair after having done some research. It was a great experience overall.

Our family is very happy with Cubeit services and their help with our move to the new house. Punctual, efficient, professional, patient and overall good communication, the price is right, the container was carefully placed as per our direction, the drivers are skilled. Highly recommended!

Had to rent a storage pod for Reno's wonderful customer service and very accommodating as the renovations took longer than usual would definitely use again and recommend . Pod was very clean and arrived when arranged.
