This store has possibly everything you need in your day to day life and in household. You have to submit your bags and purses at the entrance itself. Now coming to the the offers they mostly have Buy 1 Get 1 on most of the items in grocery section or 6% off on items on MRP which makes customer spend more than necessary. They have good offers but not on every product.I have seen some products at much much cheaper prices at smart bazar, more, etc. Dmart prices are not as affordable as advertised. Please compare prices with other stores as well. Suggestion- Don't limit urself to a single store while shopping for groceries or household items. Explore local stores or online stores to compare prices, quality & offers. Be a smart customer and for that u have to go beyond advertising promises, to find a balance between price, overall value & quality. Please make informed choices and shop wisely after all it's your hard earned money. Do not fall prey to misleading marketing facts.

Didn't accept non Indian bank card. Although I have used my UK Mastercard in here numerous times before ?? Staff attitude was nasty looking at me like I was stupid and dodgy!? All because I tried to pay with a card l successfully used before !!! Had to leave shopping and go and get cash from ATM. When paying with the cash vile female employee scrutiny over the cash, I handed to her was laughable and pathetic!! Holding the notes in the air... looking for the watermarks and then passing to another employee to inspect!! All for the grand total of 1000 Rupees !!! Be warned if your paying with a foreign bank card , you might want to have cash on you just incase. Can't expect much when dealing with Indians!

D mart supermarket Karol bagh is a nice place for shopping. At prime location in front of Prem dhaba and changezi chicken shop. You can get great deals on groceries, clothes,toys,garments, household needs etc .they have in campus parking facilities for 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler. The staffs are also very cooperative polite and friendly.they also have facilities for keeping your baggage.building is equipped with lift,stairs,ramp ang escalators. They provide you with trolley and bags for your shopping convenience. So if you want a great shopping experience then you should obviously visit D MART Karol bagh.

Today on the date of 30 July, we went there in this dmart and accidentally we picked up a wrong product which was way expensive than the product which we wanted, it was about 10:20 pm and closing of the dmart was being processed , we felt there that we picked up a wrong product and we want to return now and everyone was saying to come there tomorrow because it was closing time, We are thankful to the manager/supervisor who was there on shift , he just initiated our refund and processed the product return, and I really appreciate his service and am thankful to him..

After visiting here, I understood how other merchants even Reliance market cheating us in pricing and quality... I decided this will be my Shopping preference forever... Best place for a middle class person to shop for their monthly Ration and almost all house hold needs. Only thing you need is patience. And if you are free on weekdays try to avoid going on Sunday as it is almost crowdy on that day. There are many food outlets, outside D'mart, are there where you can have your lunch can have a coffee and other things at reasonable rate.

Illeterate staff . A person asked for 9 cold drinks 2 litre pack . Even a stupid dmart employee denied him that they are not selling pack or box of coldrinks, I mean how a business not want to sell things in bulk . Some poor and illeterate employee ruins entire repotation of a company .so dmart should take some test to ensure behaviour and understanding of employees

Security system is not much good. If you are carrying laptop with you, should open and switch ON and show them. I didn't understand what they mean from it. Shopping experience is also not much good. Second and third floor entry is only through lift. When one carries trolley with them, no one can enter. Takes almost 2 hours for a small shopping.

It's a pity that Big Bazaar shut down in that area and this store opened. D-mart has to be one of the worst Mart I have visited in recent years. There was selective options available and the Mart was not kept clean. Being inside the Mart felt so unappealing. Couldn't spent more than 10 minutes inside the Mart.
