Visited this shop today. So glad we checked the sizes of both shoes. One was size 7 and one was size 8. Still want to charge full price? It was not obvious to me that they were being sold as odd sizes. Perhaps they should keep all the odd

Sutton Deichmann was excellent customer service, i had an issue with the hounslow branch and croydon branch as they lied about changing or refund the shoes. After serious complaint this branch changed the shoes no issues.
