"This location has two cell phone stores, a Kroger, two hair places, and two churches"
"I am so hurt that my childhood playground has gone down to NOTHING! The owner should be held accountable for this landmark wasting away like this"
"Salon 31 in Devington Plaza is one of the best barbershops in Indianapolis"
"At times it can be clean, peaceful, and good flowing (with driving); but lately it has been dirty, there is a lot panhandling as well as men just sitting in the parking lot trying to pick up women"
"If you love big abandoned unsafe parking lots than you're in luck cause the devington plaza has got your back"
This location has two cell phone stores, a Kroger, two hair places, and two churches. The people drive fast and only stop about 60% of the time at the STOP sign. There are people near Kroger selling CD's and cat calling. HD Wireless does sale Bit coin, repair phones, and they truly try to help. That is a plus about this plaza.
I am so hurt that my childhood playground has gone down to NOTHING! The owner should be held accountable for this landmark wasting away like this. This is NOT a BAD neighborhood. This brings the Northside down. I am going to speak to someone about this.
Salon 31 in Devington Plaza is one of the best barbershops in Indianapolis. Professional service with a family friendly atmosphere, and they do any hair service you could imagine. They even do eyebrows and eyelashes, amazing place! Check them out!!
At times it can be clean, peaceful, and good flowing (with driving); but lately it has been dirty, there is a lot panhandling as well as men just sitting in the parking lot trying to pick up women. Other than that is conveniently located.
If you love big abandoned unsafe parking lots than you're in luck cause the devington plaza has got your back. A Graffiti artist dream located in very shady and deceptive town of Lawrence on on ne side of indy next Arlington high school
Kroger in devington shopping center is a very very old store. This store needs to be brought into the 21st century like the others around town. Most times you walk through the doors and it smells like rotten food which is very very
There's nothing here, really, since Kroger closed. Straight trash though... People dealing drugs, smoking weed, hustling CDs and DVDs, asking for cigarettes and fifty cent (cent without the s because I guess that's too hard to say).
I Used to both manage and work in this shopping center way back when there were a lot more Tennant's. Back when I helped manage this shopping center it looked more alive and thriving. It seemed like it had "life" still in it. I
Most stores have been closed in the plaza except for 4 sores family Dollar, Chicken and shrimp restaurant, Bryan's beauty supply. , Dragon Inn, and a barber Kroger's grocery store use to be there, now it's a food desert.
Used to be a vibrant shopping area for the neighborhood, but now declining due to stores are leaving. Kroger grocery store leaving was a huge hit with it's leaving, now area is a food blight.
After the loss of an icon store "Kroger" in the Devington Plaza everything has went down plus there will be other shops that will be leaving in the future. Another food desert.
Berrington area is a very good place to go and they bring it back up so the neighborhood the people around the neighborhood have some place to shop close by them
This place is dead. Like a ghost town. Someone please develop this strip mall. The community would love it and there is plenty of opportunity here
This place has become a ghost town, like the 38th street Value City, except Devington Plaza is like a giant alley... …
Every since they've closed down krogers it's been dead over there, highly disappointed that I have to travel further to buy groceries.
Since Kroger close there is no bright lights in the night and the other stores get a lot of crime. We need more lights and security
LOVE THE LOCATION. HATE THAT THEY CLOSED KROGER GROCERY, IT'S A REAL SHAME WHAT THEY DID.. THEY NEED TO BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES
Poor strip mall that used to be the staple of Devington. Kroger has gone and soon the other shops will follow. I will miss it.
I'm making this review solely because of the people talking about they don't like the area. So how about RATE the place.
Beauty Supply Store in Davidson they're super cool and they have good products and good prices and nice customer service
Grocery shopping and eating and family dollar store and the bank and restaurants quiet neighbors Hood friendly resident
What happened to the Devington plaza? OMG. Why did Kroger have to close? Its like tumble weeds every where, ghost shop.
Ran in. Got what I needed in less than 5 min. Bought. Ran out. In the meantime the place was clean. It felt like home.
Has a Wal-Mart Marketplace and a Great Clips that I frequent often. Both have good people and are both usually busy.
Too many people out there trying to sell stuff don't feel safe don't know who legit and who looking to rob you
Pretty much a shell of a strip mall now. I would say less than 40% of the available retail spaces are empty.
Went to the Kroger's in the air very few shops are left open crowded parking lot rough payment
Not enough attention given to this plaza. Lots of business but not enough help at the Kroger.
The parking lot is a pothole maze with standing water. The buildings have really gone down.
There is no reason to go to this shopping place, Kroger closed and the building are dumps.
Visited the Family Dollar store. Got just what I was looking for. Fast courteous service.
VA Clinic in Terre Haute. I don't have to drive to Indy every time? Hell yes I like it!
This place is run down. There is not much left in here. It needs alot of improvement
Not safe and always a dirty parking lot people standing outside saling or begging
Has everything you need from cvs to Dollar general to Kroger subway Chinese food
A lot of places are closed, but this is spacious. Great to start a business.
Pretty good Kroger store. The employees are friendly, nice and helpful!
It's shameful how this once thriving strip mall has become a desert.
Needs a whole lot of work.. potholes, cleanliness and atmosphere
The life of church was very welcoming and asked me to come back
They seriously need to put a grocery store back in this area.
Sad to see it go vacant over the last 30 years... Ghost town.
It's a rundown old shopping center lacking an anchor store.
No grocery stores, no covered seating at bus stops.
I don't hate this place, I shop here often.
Love this place, now we have no Kroger.
There are many stores currently closed
Cool shop, clean cloths and reasonable
Good taco place over here at Primo's!
Nice selection of items
