It has huge variety of groceries, food items and other things that are needed for everyday use. But their service is ok and they do not offer any promotional discounts or offers made on purchases. Plus the prices of the items are higher than other supermarkets which makes it expensive and it has a lot issues of overcrowding as sometimes few cash counters are open or sometimes 1 or 2 are being used which really makes it stressful and tiring to wait for so long

Almost everything is available, but the problem is basement and untrained staff. There is no ventilation in basement, I personally can not stay there longer. More cosmetics and jewelry can be added. In basement staff members are usually found busy in a conversation with themselves which is unprofessional. There is discount. This place is not high end but a luxury for people living around as everything is available :)

Diamond Super Market - this place also known as Machchi Market is a beautiful and ideal place to shop things like fruits, vegetables, stationery and books, things related to photostate and printing as well as the gift shops are here also for some extent. Ideally located and a variety of the said things.

It isn't a bad place but I really find it useful to get products of need and everything but sometimes you run into extremely rude staff who can't help but reply stupidly but it's fine I've met many helpful people there as well. But I found products which I couldn't find anywhere so thumbs up for that

Representative are not so much supportive and also there isn't any guideline map, sometime its difficult to find products. Comparatively the price of few products are higher than other supper markets and some of the products aren't original it's local like shampoo, face wash, Milk pack and etc.

Good but things have short expire date.. Please maintain for future , I have been observed since the Diamond mart opened.. But this is first time they anouced luck draw on purchasing of 3000pkr that a good straigety to take a lead in current market.. overall good and coprative staff.

Compared to other supermarkets it is expensive and price mentioned on the reck of product is different from the price they charged you and when i asked about it they said that price changes daily in the system. If this is the case then why the didnt change the price on reck daily.

Worst customer service. There staff is not trained. Staff doesnt know how to talk to their customer. I have been shopping from clifton diamond super market for approximately last 2.5 years and have stopped going there because their customer service is gone from bad to worst.

A bit congested. The street is also narrow so if you r going there via car make sure you park in adjacent streets where you can easily take it out as well. Provides a large nmber of things. Staff is friendly. Overall an ok experience

Your one stop mart for everyday essentials, however there are 4-5 checkout counters and most of the time 2 are closed. Spaces for counters are tight which makes long lines during peak hours.
