I have a lot of things to say and let's break it down for everyone to understand if they should try or not. This is an honest review and I have tried it several times that is why I came up with this rating. Pros: 1) Website - it was okay. It is easy to navigate but still lost in some areas such as order status, cancellation, and support. There are a lof of things to improve to make it more responsive and better GUI experience. Thet should improve their website and make it more reliable. Overall: 3/5 2) Menu/Food choices - I must say there are variety of food meals depending on your fitness journey. From Muscle Gains all the way to Eat Well choices. Overall: 4/5 3) Taste - If you are a health buff you know the taste that it will not as tasty with the normal meal. For me it is still tasty and they have tried to incorporate to the palate of mostly locals here. I have my personal favorites. As a foreigner here in KL, I can tell how tasty the food is here (that is why I gained weight since then! ). The portion of the meal is quite a normal. Overall: 5/5 4) Service - Okay, this part I have a lot of things to say. I am very particular to the service and handling it. First, what's the point of choosing the timeslot if cannot fulfill? What if the customer is expecting it as promised? Let's say they notified advance for delays but will you stretch out the patience given to you by your customer? My 2 cents here is that even though you messed up, ry your best to achieve the best possible satisfaction you can give. Saying sorry is becoming a norm lately. Don't wait the customer to be agitated and irritated. Plan ahead and have a solution how to mend the issues regarding the late delivery and low customer service. Rate: 1/5 Anyway, will I recommend them? Yes, but they need to improve.

Been using their meal plan service for a while now and i used to have a positive but for the negatives - No action on their management to remediate these issues - so this will be my last time to order and I highly suggest DO NOT ORDER from them if you want a peaceful life - they add stress and frustration to your life which is not a good thing. FOOD : Packaging were ok and easy to use, taste is an acquired taste for a longterm guy on a diet plan like me and as I prefer semi-bland foods as what they offer ( if you are not frequently dieting you will find their food disgusting ). DELIVERY : Chose this kind of service as my time is valuable and getting my pre-packed meals should be the solution to my problems but then This is the downside, they NEVER ARRIVE ON TIME . Delivery is always late and as someone who have a hectic and tight schedule , I always plan my calendar and time ahead - This delivery service is a failure as they never meet the desired time estimates ( THEY ALWAYS REASON OUT THAT DRIVER GOT ON ACCIDENT - this is not once instance that happened to me ,multiple times already same reason so i pity the driver being on accident all the time)

I ordered Sunday and product arrive on Monday. The rider was abit later but communication was good with their customer support WhatsApp to inform. Product arrived in good condition. I was abit hesitant about how it looked because it was in vaccum pack but the taste was good. I love the dory with cauliflower rice. Balanced taste a with great texture It's perfect for lock down period as I dont cook and am looking for healthy-ish meal. Similar meals on grab food ,food panda will cost about 17-20 rm plus and additional rm 5-7 delivery. And diet monsta cost about rm 15- 16. Will reccomend

one of the best options for healthy meal delivery in Klang Valley. food taste is good. delivery for mine was done by lalamove so maybe order early/the night before if you want it to arrive on time. packaging is great with the details of the nutrients is stated. to know more about the meals have to go to their social media page cuz the website doesnt offer much descriptions regarding the food altho their names are pretty self-explanatory. recommended for those who need balanced meals and at affordable price.

Tried Diet Monsta recently and it has become my no. 1 preferred meal provider. The meals (Black Box) are fresh and the portion size is just right for people who are trying to go on a calorie deficit diet. I also love the fact that they have various meal plans so you can choose to go with one that suits you - Muscle Gain, Weight Loss (no carb), Weight Loss (low carb), and Eat Well. Just received 10 meals today and will be ordering 10 every week for lunch & dinner.

I've been using the service for several months now and I love the convenience of it! I usually order on Sunday and receive Monday afternoon. Saves me soooo much time with cooking my meals for the week and I've even recommended it to loads of people, 3 of whom have actually started using it too. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that previously in the set meals packs, the beef meals were inclusive of the total price but now beef and fish is extra cost :(

Been ordering from diet monsta few times but the recent order i encountered a very rude rider from diet monsta using rude/vulgar word on the phone just because he unable to contact me due to bad phone service. On top of that the delivery was an hour late than scheduled time with no courtesy of informing. and he left the package at the security table just like that. This was a bad service from diet monsta and you should hire a better rider!!

Wow! I order from them for the first time. The food is really delicious, less oil, sugar and salt. I also know how much calories for the food I order because they already stated in their website. Although there is a small problem while making payment online, but the food is really delicious. I like the food I order. I will definitely order again. The delivery guy also very good attitude. That's why I give 5 star.

Just received my order of 10 frozen meals from DietMonsta via Lalamove - Delivery time selected was 11am to 1pm and they called at 12.40pm to inform that delivery will arrive at 1.30pm but in the end it arrived at 2pm. Supposedly frozen food was thawed and it is disappointing that the temperature was not maintained with either dry ice / ice box. Food looks good though from the package of it, haven't tried yet.

I have been ordering food from dietmonsta few times. My only complaint about the raider/food delivery boy taking a photo of the customer without consent. It is not good. The management should advise the raider not to snap a picture of the customer. Please take my complaint seriously. Oh yes, ask the raider to delete my photo from his mobile device. Unfortunately we found the food VERY bland... for us it was virtually inedible without adding seasoning which was just totally missing. Every meal left us wanting something more - not exactly ideal... We've since found other (better) options. Delivery was quick (not easy as their website was broken at the time).

Taste so bad we were so exciting when we first got our delivery.. but……. everything is almost tasteless & very dry.. me & my husband used 2 months to finish 21 means.. very regret with our order. Every time we ate, we feel like wanna cry.. I’m serious …

Wouldn't purchase again. Have had 2 meals out of 15 purchased and they've both been so disappointing. The gravy smelt off and chicken disintegrated upon microwaving. 13 more meals to endure! What a let down.

Love the menu varieties. Tastes good. Chose Dietmonsta for its healthy pre-packed meals, really convenience & time saver! My preferred choice of healthy meals. Kudos for the splendid customer support :)

Ordered Dijon mustard tilapia dish and came without Dijon mustard sauce. If you don’t have the Sauce please don’t put it on the menu. Won’t order again, waste of money
