Some people might just use sale tactics to sell you things and you walk away not really with what you needed, not Zara, I gave her the most vague description of a problem I didn’t understand and she was able to kindly and patiently talk me through exactly what to use and how, which could only stem from someone thats genuinely good at their job. Both tactics in the story might seem the same to the boss, but from a customer’s perspective it’s night and day different. In reality I really don’t think an Xmas bonus or some lame cliche employee of the month gold class tickets and so forth would really make the cut. If she doesn’t deserve a pay rise or a promotion then Zara is most certainly undervalued, so look after the good ones or else someone else will definitely offer them a better position.

I wish I could give them less than one star. I have never experienced such a greediness by any owner and full of shameless corruption behaviour. These people ask greedily $2.50 to sign each document for attestation purposes. People talk about corruption around the world I believe it's happening black and white here in Melbourne in front of our eyes. And to protect their shameless act their staff mentioned about another pharmacy which charges $5 for each page. I am sure they must be your own relatives running this selfish greedy business within our community. Shame on you.

I understand the world under staffed but there is no excuse to ignore someone when ur clearly doing nothing, it’s not hard to take a prescription or if I put it in 2 hrs ago it should b ready, the pharmacist are great there but a lot of the staff there jus walk around and pretend to work so they don’t have to deal with customers, u shouldn’t have to wave ur arms in front of someone to get there attention, I’ve had 20-30 mins wait there for no reason, hold ur staff to a higher standard

if i could give no of the stars i would.horrible staff. horrible service. not a organised store at all. you have to wait a long time in the queue and once you get there having to hear that they run out or can't help them after wasting my time.not happy with them at all. pharmacist and staff need to improve on how to treat a customer. very disappointing.

Don't worry about being served in rotation as the script goes in some people get to jump the cue after you have been waiting. Booked 5 days before in for covid no 3 got conconformation and was told we had no booking and no vaccines left. Don't bother using this chemist as theirs not registered with work safe.

Great new look! I always had a good experience at this pharmacy, and now with the new look and the way the shop is structured, it seems much easier to find what I need. Mina the pharmacist has always been helpful and he spends the time explaining everything.

Ahmed has been super helpful since day one with my son. Not only gives appropriate advice however refers a range of networks for further opinion and management. Appreciate it soo much! Would like to see more of him in primary health care.

Went into the store today and was approached by Patrick, he looked after me and gave exceptional service. He gave helpful advice and had great knowledge on variety of products. Highly recommend this place!!

Effortless and excellent customer service, in terms of coming for professional document certification. Also, the space is easy to navigate and find products, with helpful & friendly assistants in store.

There really is a location tax. Things have 1 price in Berwick and a much lower price in Hampton Park. This pharmacy is significantly cheaper than 5ks over in Berwick. Highly recommend it.
