I have been to this country bar a number of times, usually have a good experience If the line isn’t too long. Last Saturday was no exception, except when I tried to get my coat from coat-check (which I paid for). I was literally the first one in the bar, so my number for coat-check was number one. When I went to get my coat and sweater back, I was sheepishly told by the staff that they lost my coat and I was given a number to call to retrieve it for when they found it the next day. So it was -10 out and I had no coat for the night. When I called the number which was labeled by the name Amanda, she did actually pick up Sunday morning and said she would mail my coat and sweater to me with priority shipping, and to just text her my address. I did that. It’s now Wednesday. I still don’t have my expensive coat or sweater, with no communication if it was shipped or not. If you go to this bar, which I will unfortunately not be anymore, DO NOT use coat check. They will lose it and you will be out of luck. I also wasn’t offered a refund for the coat-check fee, so I paid to have my coat lost. Avoid this bar if possible.

Fun for everyone. Attached to "club 77", and "the underground". I got on the guest list for $5 off cover before 11pm and access to all 3 venues. Was a diverse crowd in 77 (club mix) and Underground (alternative, house), more mature 30's-50's (country, top 40) in Dirty Dog. Lots of variety in the music genres, i guess it depending on your vibe. Average drinks/ prices, washrooms and staff. Grub food available. Super busy on 1st Saturday night "frosh" week- back to school party people. Would recommend to anyone, a vibe is so individual.... so i suggest that you try it out, you won't know if you don't go!

Did the guest list and then was told I didn't and basically called a lair , then had to over pay $40 to get in , to only be there for an hour and get kicked out of the club 77 side, because it was overcrowded and me and my friends just wanted to get back to dirty dogs as we were getting pushed around by people and then told we were the ones pushing and we needed to leave and weren't allowed back in , was one of the worst experience I've ever had there and any night club, will not be returning

I was not thrilled with dirty dogs, after purchasing multiple drinks I asked for a cup of water and was charged 4.50$ for a small plastic cup of water. This was very frustrating as I have never been charged for water anywhere else. It promotes unsafe drinking. Secondly the cover was 20$ which is very high, other clubs such as big Texas charge less than 10$. It was very expensive and a poor experience

Got guest list the week prior to going to the bar as i had friends come out of town because it clearly states guest list gets you “line bypass”. we showed at 10 when they opened and got in the guest list line. we waited in line for over an hour only to find out they were letting general admission in before all the guest list people. go to hess village, you’ll have more luck.

I'm am curently trapped in the super dancy music room. They won't let us leave, which I'm sure is cause of fire code or whatever, but I am literally trapped. Unless I claim emergency, no one is getting through. Do not come here unless you want to be separated from your friends and loved ones. You won't see them for hours. It will feel like you are lost at sea. Bring a book.

I had a good time at Dirty Dogs. The ladies washroom had a flooded toilet so we had to go use the bathroom downstairs. Which wasn't a problem besides the fact that the ceiling was leaking and everytime you walked up and down the stairs you got wet and by the end of the night you were walking thru puddles. Some maintenance is needed but all that aside I had fun!

I would much rather sit at home than enter this establishment ever again, Very sad and VERY miserable people that work there. Entitled bouncers who think they know everything. You're typical overcrowded and overhyped club where the average age is probably less than 19. If you have matured at all in life i suggest you stay far away from this place.

If you like over priced drinks, places so crowded you can't even walk to the bathroom, expensive coatchecks, overpriced cover and no dancing except for on top of the bar then dirty dogs is for you! In all seriousness though, dirty dogs does offer a unique experience and even though its pretty terrible you always end up having fun somehow.

Used to love the place was great country music and good country crowd but now they are mixing the clubs to much that don't even feel the same and people bouncing from one room to the next not the same atmosphere any more so don't think i will be going back there any time soon disappointed they lost there touch.

It is a cool bar, being attached to club 77. i mean you get both the country setting and the club scene. but its nothing special. people who arrive at the bar are already in groups. it is hard to find people who are willing to meet new people. everyone wants to be with there friends. kinda lame.

I went in there Saturday night with three (all white) other friends. I was the only one who was asked to show my ID and I was the only one who they stop and search and asked to empty my pockets. My three friend could not believe how racial discriminatory the start there was.

whiskey river is the band playing tonight...they are so awsome...making mt christmas....they found my brother-in-law's cheque he lost and found a way to contact him and returned it ...MERRY CHRISTMAS FELLAS...THANKS...they deserve a drink and a toast

Atmosphere and drinks were good but I was kicked out for getting water or at least that was what it felt like cause I was kicked out after ordering water

Kicked me out after one beer because they believed I was to drunk. Obviously won't give me a saying at the time because it will just give them a better reason to believe I'm drunk. Thanks for the labor day long weekend. Classic.

Worst management I have ever seen. Over 3 hour waits to not get in, allow people to skip entire lines disregard for time and money. Not worth even visiting. Tried 3 times and every experience has been horrendous.

As dirty as the name implies. Full of hipsters and country fakers. DJ is not so good, too many times where the music stopped and there was dead air. Definitely better places to go in Hamilton

Too small which made it very crowded. 15 dollars to get in. Way too many people on the bar dancing. The only good thing was a bucket of beer was only $21. This is hardly a country bar.

They play a lot of Taylor Swift here, I don't think it's Taylor's version though. Great atmosphere, you can wear Jean shorts here and that's all I need to be happy. Hell yeah brother

$20 cover for an empty bar, no thanks. I realize the owner can’t control the population but this is the ONLY bar in Hamilton that charges so much.

Bought advanced tickets and had never got in they only let ppl who paid bottle service or if u paid another 20 bucks to get in

Friendly staff and cold beers. Certainly an experience to be had if you're looking for something to do at the end of the week.

Overpriced and the rules there are kinda favorable towards girls, to each there own but I wouldn't recommend going here.

They charge $3 for water or give you a cup to fill up in the bathroom on top of $20 cover.

Fun environment, friendly staff. Extremely popular so arrive early to beat the lineups.
