This is a store to go for very limited items you want like paper products and snacks here or there. It's never organized with stuff thrown all on the floor. Usually only 1 checkout person so very slow. Its not super crowded but I don't like how this dollar tree look compared to others.....guess location location location.
The associate was very helpful. They had cute holiday decor for Valentines, Easter and Mardi Gras. Best part was seeing the garden seeds out in December. Awesome seeds. Just in time to start growing in doors and have strong plants to evict by March. I hope they get the bigger pots that are a few bucks more.
This is the absolute worse $ tree I've ever been to. The lines are usually very long with one cashier and the manager just sits her tail in that office and won't even come out to help. Junk all over the floors and empty containers where people are stealing items, smh.
This store carries a variety of items. Although I did enjoy the variety over my local store their cleaning products were at a bare minimum. Also, the craft section was so overly stocked that you had to sift through things in order to find anything.
I was so excited they put one close to me but my joy soon faded because they have turned out to be just like the others....poorly stocked with lots of empty shelves. Customer service is good but I guess they can't keep up with supply and demand.
I was excited to learn we had a DT in the community. Today was my first time to visit, but upon my arrival, I learned the store was closing 3 hours early, 6pm instead of 9pm. The clerks, in preparation for the 6pm closing, locked the doors
Visit this location Friday 4-8-22 shopping. My sister join my it was around 4:00. So we looking around picked up some items my sister have to use the bathroom. She goes up to one of the employees ask if she could use the key to go to the
The two Heavy set women night time workers are rude and lazy. They always close the store 20 minutes before the listed closing time. When you ask them why and what are their new store hours because apparently google and the “store hours”
They just opened about 1 month ago. The store looks empty. I'm hoping they get more stuff in soon. I've gone a couple of times and I haven't found what I'm looking for. But the store is clean and great customer service.
Rude! Rude! Rude! Didn't get her name unfortunately but a cashier really had a short/ bad temper all cause I was asking about their cleaning tools and I didn't understand since she wasn't really explaining to me. SMH
I looked on online. To see their hours. It said they closed at 9 p.m and when i got there. They had a sign saying they close at 6 p.m so i made a trip for nothing. They need to update their hour's.
This is the worst dollar Tree store in this area I know we are in the hood but don't tell me you can't find good managers not hoodrat managers there always have issues and raicist towards hispanics
I parked to walk up to the door, squint at a “Sorry for the inconvenience, we are temporarily closed,” sign and then hear an employee shout from across the parking lot, “we’re closed!” -
It’s 3:40pm on a Tuesday and the store is “temporarily closed.” Apparently this is a common occurrence. Confused because the hours on the door actually say m-s 8a-9p & Sunday 10a-8p.
They are definitely an asset. To a person, the staff members are always unfailingly kind and polite. They work very hard to keep the stores appearance up. Nobody sits around idle.
RUDE , I wish I would of gotten her name but the cashier was super rude to my daughter and myself . I will not be coming back . I rather drive out to a different location.
Customer service was good. Cashier gave a slight grin when I approached the counter. The shelves were empty, but the crew was working on filling the shelves.
It’s always a mess in there. I couldn’t find all the items I was looking for on this trip. Just because it’s in the ‘hood doesn’t mean it has to be a mess.
It's 7 pm and the store is CLOSED when the sign says that they close at 9 pm. I don't see the point of having opened this store if it is always closed!
Used to go to the one in west gray but this one is much bigger and clean. I love the peaceful environment and the staffs attitude …
I don't understand why this location keeps randomly closing. The doors are locked during business hours for weeks at a time.
UPDATE: 8/28/2022 Store still not open. Open the store or just close it down. Not sure what the problem is.
This store has been closed for over 3 weeks now. The sign on the door says temporarily closed.
Always good to shop at Dollar Tree. Just what you need right now at a reasonable price!!!
Wellllllll, at least a store exists here. I’m giving them E for Effort.
The staff was super friendly. The store itself seems a little messy.
It's OK for quick meals and snacks wish they had better food options
A good option at Old Spanish Trail.
