Hi, I was refused cash payment at this branch, 2 days ago, I happened to be in another branch they offered cash payment to me today. I rang this branch, some one claiming to be manager, said again to day that he is not offering cash payment. When I ask for reason, he does have one he asked why I am asking this question.

They always forget something!! We paid for 1 medium pizza and 2 sides and we received only pizza without sauce and 1 side. We called back and she said she will bring our second side in 15 min but she never camed. That was not the first time. The food is good but the service is really bad. They disrespect the customers.

Although dominos is a good brand, they should train their staff. I received a pizza with hair cooked underneath the cheese. A so called manager was rude enough to give me my money back. Three weeks later I received an apology not from the store but the company with a voucher for one pizza while my order was a meal ...

Horrible service. 90 minute wait, they claimed the driver had been but our doorbell didn't ring. They then claimed an extra hour would be needed to get the pizza to us. Awful service over the phone as well, claiming food was late due to traffic, which seems to be a common complaint from other reviews.

Pizza from here used to be good but over the past 6m the quality has deteriorated. Texas BBQ with little chicken and too much pepper and no sauce, pepperoni passion not much pepperoni and too much cheese. Add to that delivered cold. Sort it out Dominos, it not like you’re cheap!!!!

So, I deviated from my usual Pizza Hut and what a holy mistake !!! 40 minutes to deliver once pizza has "left" the store. That too a cold pizza. Guess the driver came walking to deliver this. Else it's a 5 min drive. Use Pizza Hut or anything else, avoid this one like a pandemic

Shocking customer service. Asked for a delivery "ASAP" ...pizza turns up one hour later after 3 drop off before me. Hideous conversation with the manager saying if you don't want them he'll call the driver to not delivery and I ll get a refund 7 days later. NEVER AGAIN.

Waited over an hour from time of ordering, to receive. When tracked on the app, you could see the driver was making multiple deliveries. When the food eventually came, it was all squashed and ruined. No apology and no one was answering the phone in store.
