Just a few contractive suggutions. 1. Should have all doctors' name somewhere people can see online, and their/office contacts like email and fax too. You wouldent even know they got other doctors unless you walk in to check. 2. I thought for medications if something wrong the doctor should see the patiant right the way, if Really not aviliable should have some other doctor see the patient Right the way instead... Since medications can't be stopped and it harms in many ways if can't correct right the way. Let patient wait for days even longer than a weeks for daily nessasary medications with harmful withdraw possibilities just simply not right.. 3. They got this online system for delivering the reports, but conversation is never aviliable to respond to it. Even for very simple questions you would need to make an appointment wait for days or weeks before you can get an answer. 4. May I suggest offering walk in options even only for existing patients in nessasary situations?

Dr. Zepic is an amazing doctor, and a very warm and caring person. She has been my family doctor for well over 10 years, and also the doctor for my dad and mom. She helped me so many times, often eill see my kids when tgeir dictor is not avaipable. She looks at the root of the problem, and takes the whole patoent and life context under consideration in making her diagnoses. I feel blessed to have her as my family doctor.

My father was a physician but he died. My mother & I were patients. She died. Dr Zepic dumped me because they’re not alive to advocate for me. I thought she was nice. I take it all back. Terrible woman who would not help her patient who’s entire family died.
