Unfortunately, they don't understand English very well, they want to deliver your clothes as soon as they can. I asked to take me at 6:30pm they called me at 9:00pm and I was in a meeting and I had already told them to go at the time I would be home. Even because the time is chosen by the customer, not the company, I'm the one paying for the service, my right is to choose the time!!! Anyway, I don't recommend it.

I gave my Hermès Sweatshirt for dry cleaning last month. They have not delivered it yet. Its been 20 days now and they sent the sweatshirt to me damaged. They are not agreeing to compensate also they don’t have any solution to it. We are calling their owner, the owner is not responding to us as well he is not responding any calls of his staff. We are suggesting to boycott this laundry shop. They harass people.

Think twice before sending personal items. They ruined my carpet after I told them it needed to dry cleaned, they put it in the washing machine. Then they claimed they would fix it and kept it for a month. When they delivered it, they tried to stich the carpet with pink thread and my carpet is orange! Seriously unprofessional and always lying.

My curtains came back quite faded. I've dry cleaned them multiple times and they've never faded, till this service. My other set of curtains came back with most of the eye rings broken, never happened with previous dry cleaning.

Hi guys i am from Canada. I used Rain Drop laundry. SERVICE WAS FANTASTIC! pick and delivery right to my Hotel ,timely and significantly cheaper than my hotel's laundry service. Will definitely use them again next time.

Service is good but I'd advise to not give your carpet for dry cleaning. They keep it for 10 days, and you have to constantly follow up with them while not getting a reply on time. Best to just give your clothes only

that laundry in JLT helped me a lot. like doing ironing and washing and helped to fix my broken clothes and very tough stains. literally i just loved their shoes cleaning services. absolutely remarkable.

No idea how is the overall rating is higher than 0 They literally ruined my pants, ignored me for days, and I had to threaten them with consumer protection complaints to get things done, never again!!!

Always excellent service and polite staff. They clean and deliver on time even when you stop by to collect they deliver everything to your car. Price are reasonable 30 AED for double duvet cover

Excellent staff with quality service. Very good time Management and professional staff. Helped me a lot. Specially in shoe cleaning and dry cleaning always does a fabulous job.

They are very famous and notorious at a time either they're very FAST and Excellent or they are very lazy nothing in between. But they are good with affordable prices.

Work is done very professionally, only when they deliver cloths in plastic covering is like full of promotion. U can't see which cloths are inside.
