Rang Dub doc last night girl took details,waited over two hours, rang again I was told I missed an appointment, wrong I was told, I would get call back, eventually got one @ 9.30pm. suffer with diverticulitis, had colonoscopy in march this year, confirming, gave doctor every detail, told me to go to A&E I had no bleeding, vomiting, high temperature, he totally contradicted himself, had same flare up February this year, my own doctor medicated, mentioned to the doctor length of time I would be there, he said yeah maybe till Wednesday, totally dismissed me conversation I had with him, he's no medic,least to say I didn't go to A&E, receptionist,are awful no clue,

Was waiting an hour for the call to be answered . And 5 hours for a referral to a&e dept. It’s not a free service and it is essential so I don’t understand this. A receptionist took the basic details and informed me a nurse would call back. Ok. 2 hours later a lovely nurse called me back and took my details and said a doctor would call me back. The doctor called an hour after closing time. I was asked to explain all the details again. I got a letter to arrive at a&e 5 hours after I called . Receptionist, nurse snd doctor were all very nice and professional hence the 3 stars for each one but clearly they are short staffed. So disappointing in this day and age.

The doctors and nurses don’t care!! I'm 36 weeks pregnant, they prescribed a medicine that is not used in Ireland. So dangerous, the doctor doesn't know what he was prescribing, I wonder if he knows what he was doing, he probably prescribed something that wasn't t suitable for me. I rang them five times or more, and they said that they would send the new prescription on to the pharmacy, but they didn't. On the last call, a different doctor rang me saying that he couldn't help, and said "the best solution is to give birth" like what? Easy like that. The worse experience of my life, pregnant and in pain.

Shocking. You arrive here with twins. One of them has conjunctivitis which is highly contagious. Drops given for this twins eyes. Nothing given for the other twin because "she doesn't have it yet" They share a room and play together so it's obvious it will transmit. Now we are unprepared for when it happens and the child will suffer unnecessary. Idiots. Avoid this place if at all possible. If my business treated customers this way I would be out of business in no time.

I was quite ill recently and my own gp never have any available apps so I called the dub Doc. There was a 20 min call wait which I didn't mind. Once I got through the receptionist was lovely and very understanding of the situation I was in. I got to see a doctor and he was so pleasant and dealt with my issues so professionally. I want to pass on my thanks to them as I'm slowly on the mend

If I could give zero stars I would. No help no care. You’ll be 20 mins waiting to get through. The doctors here are no help, and further more they don’t care !. You can really tell that they’re unhappy about being there on the weekend. They most helpful person I spoke to was a lovely receptionist who gave me more information and help then the actual Dr did.

Excellent service have used them several times as our gp is never available when you need them always ring me back very promptly and have never been rushed off the phone even though they must be extremely busy thanks again for providing excellent health care to my family

Rang them up to book an apointment for later that night and they asked me where my family GP was, my GP was out of Dublin so they instead sent me to Jervis Street medical centre. I went to Jervis Street medical centre and they were closed. Appalling service.

They never answer the phone,when you are in the waiting room the girls do be talking while the phones are ringing they just don't like to answer the phone and the girls are very rude

Incredible service. Only 3 minutes to get through at Christmas on the weekend, probably the busiest time of year - and got seen probably quicker than my own GP. Very happy.

Very fast and great service, called around 11am and I was in and sorted by 5:30pm same day. Ladies at reception very friendly and the doctor was great. Highly recommend.

Always found them good- never had to use them for anything else but fevers colds/rashes, sore throats for kids or myself but for that this option is a life saver

Sometimes it’s hard to get appointment but other than that service is good
