A great gym, run by likeable, friendly professional Rob Thornton. Rob knows his stuff and has helped me tremendously with my lower back issues. Setting programs and exercises and personally supervising and guiding to make sure I’m getting full benefit from my workout. With his help I’m feeling a whole lot better now. Thanks Rob. I can highly recommend this gym to anyone of any age

EFM McLaren Vale is a very friendly club with professional staff who provide help and advice to reach your individual goals. If you are someone that likes a smaller gym with lots of support this could well suit you.
