Title: Exceptional Dining Experience with Stellar Service! Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of dining at Earls Test Kitchen, and I must say, it was an absolute delight from start to finish! The restaurant's ambiance was stylish and inviting, and the food was nothing short of extraordinary. However, what truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service provided by Colton, the bartender, and Dani, the manager. They went above and beyond to ensure our evening was memorable and enjoyable. Colton, the bartender, deserves a special shoutout for his remarkable mixology skills. Not only did he craft the most innovative and delicious cocktails I've ever tasted, but his vibrant personality and genuine passion for his craft shone through in every drink he created. Colton's extensive knowledge of flavors and his ability to suggest the perfect beverage based on our preferences truly elevated our dining experience. Dani, the manager, was an absolute gem. From the moment we walked through the door, Dani made us feel like VIP guests. Their warm and friendly demeanor was infectious, and they took the time to personally greet and engage with each table in the restaurant. Dani's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the evening. They effortlessly managed the restaurant's operations, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and that every guest felt valued. The food at Earls Test Kitchen was outstanding. Each dish was carefully crafted with a perfect blend of flavors and textures, showcasing the culinary expertise of the talented kitchen staff. The menu offered a wide variety of options, accommodating various dietary preferences and restrictions. From the mouthwatering appetizers to the delectable main courses and decadent desserts, every bite was a true gastronomic delight. What truly made our evening exceptional was the seamless coordination between Colton and Dani. Colton's cocktail recommendations perfectly complemented our food choices, enhancing the overall dining experience. Dani's genuine care and attention ensured that we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the meal. Their teamwork and dedication to providing exceptional service were truly commendable. In addition to the remarkable service, the overall ambiance of Earls Test Kitchen was remarkable. The modern and sophisticated decor created an inviting atmosphere, perfect for a memorable night out. The staff members were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, adding to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend Earls Test Kitchen to anyone seeking a remarkable dining experience. Colton's expertise behind the bar and Dani's exceptional management skills make this restaurant a standout in terms of service and hospitality. Whether you're looking for an intimate dinner, a celebratory occasion, or a night out with friends, Earls Test Kitchen is the place to be. I can't wait to return and enjoy another fantastic evening of delectable food, outstanding cocktails, and impeccable service. A heartfelt thank you to Colton, Dani, and the entire staff at Earls Test Kitchen for making our dining experience truly exceptional!

Fun party atmosphere! Service is excellent, very attentive from friendly hostess to servers to bartenders. It is a test kitchen so there are different things on the menu than other Earl's restaurants. Ahi tuna tacos super fresh and angry chicken lettuce wrap duo has really tasty seasonings. Good deals on the late night happy hour menu. The do have gluten aware pizzas. I tried the tropical thunder but found the sauce was so salty it ruined the pizza, and very little pineapple. With the $2.50 added for gluten aware I paid $16.50 for a personal size happy hour pizza, too pricey. My friend's kale mushroom pizza had a ton of mushrooms and kale on it, she loved it. They have some creative and tasty spirit free drinks. I tried the Italian spritz, sweet, but good, they put way too much ice in their drinks though. Restaurant has a wheelchair accessible entrance and large washroom.

This was my first time at Earls Kitchen + Bar and I had high expectations. On arrival we were quickly seated to our reserved table, we booked a few hours before as it was a Saturday night. Once seated, we waited nearly 45 minutes to be asked what drinks we wanted and then waited a further 20 minutes before our drinks arrived. I ordered a Pina Colada and it was quickly returned to the bar as it tasted awful. But after this long, frustrating experience, we were greeted with our food. I had the surf and turf and it was delicious. My prawns were slightly cold and under seasoned with garlic and tasted quite bland however the steak, garlic mash and vegetables were to die for. I would order again but next time I will ask if my prawns can have some more seasoning. I definitely recommend if you are in the market for some good food as this place can definitely provide that. Hopefully next time I won’t have to wait so long for my drinks and I may even ask for the lobster tail instead of the prawns.

Happy hour is the best hour when you're around your homies! We got a bunch of items to share and a white sangria pitcher to share amongst 7 friends. Highly recommend going for happy hour and save money! The food is 3/5. Typical expensive bar style food. The vibe is 5/5 because who doesn't enjoy friends for dinner? Here's what we got to share: - Non alcoholic pineapple cucumber mule: A tasty refresher if you don't drink! 5/5 taste - Crispy prawn sushi taco: Not really a taco. It's just a wonton wrap with sushi rice, mango, fried prawns, with spicy mayo. 2/5 taste - Truffle fries: Super addicting and delicious! 5/5 taste - Margherita Pizza: Hit or miss. Tomato sauce was on the salty side. 2/3 taste - Seafood platter: Extremely overpriced. 1/5 taste - Warm spinach + three cheese dip: Delicious! 5/5 taste - West Coast Prawn Pizza: A unique tasting pizza with prawns! 3/5 taste - Ahi tuna poke bowl: Tasted like any other poke bowl. 3/5 taste

Food was the quality I expected from Earl's. Nothing too fancy but not too casual at the same time. Overall very delicious. I'm not a fan of the use of truffle oil but otherwise everything tasted great. The atmosphere of the restaurant also is quite nice but could use some better lighting. I had a fantastic time during my visit to this location. It was my first time at the test kitchen and I plan to come back to see what new items they are putting out. Additionally our server was great. She was very attentive and made time at the end of the meal to ask our opinions on the test kitchen items. The truffled chicken parm with mushroom risotto was one item I really liked minus the truffle oil . The clam chowder is also a great choice on cold days although I believe that is a standard menu item.

I’m disappointed about my recent experience at this restaurant. I ordered a burger online and asked for extra crispy fries, but they didn't have that option. So, I went to the restaurant and waited for more than 35 minutes without any updates on my order. When I finally got my food, both the burger and fries were cold. I complained and asked for a refund, but they suggested that I sit down and make a new order instead. I insisted on a refund, but they tried to offer me a gift card instead. I can't tolerate cold food, waiting for no reason, and poor service. It was disrespectful, and they didn't make any effort to make things right. I don't think I'll ever go back. I recommend going to Relish on Nelson instead.

Came for Brunch, I ordered the chicken & Waffles and it was actually really good, way better than I expected; the chicken had some sort of Cajun spice which was the perfect balance of flavour along with the waffle and maple syrup. I ordered a coke to drink, and it took a really long time to bring it to the table despite the restaurant not being g very busy. The glasses they serve the drinks in are small and the fill the entire glass with ice which means there is barely any liquid inside the glass so a couple sips of the Coke and I need it refilled again. The server refilled it once and did not bother refilling it anymore. The fact that Earls cheaps out on drinks does not look good on them and is the one thing that would keep me from coming to their restaurants again.
You could be forgiven for assuming that this is just another Earl's - a chain where the quality of the experience can vary widely from location to location. Earl's Test Kitchen is definitely a cut above. The service for our meal last night was impeccable. The food - a pulled chicken clubhouse and steak & mushrooms was quite good. The elegant dark wood interior contrasts nicely with the ample natural light from all the windows afforded by this corner location. A bit pricey, but I felt that we got what we paid for.

This was my first time dining at the Earl’s Test Kitchen in Vancouver. The restaurant was too dim for my liking but wow, the service from the staff was amazing. There was this particular gentleman, Ali, he was my server and was such a vibrant and uplifting spirit! I felt excited selecting from the array of choices of food! He was very knowledgeable and enticing, I felt like I wanted to order everything!!! I came here right after watching a movie at the Scotiabank Theatre around the corner, and it was such a lovely way to end my night. Definitely coming back here before I leave back to my hometown!

Delicious steak, ribs, and Cajun chicken! Great environment and friendly customer service. A large location with plenty of seating but I recommend to make reservations. The drinks were also delicious and I would recommend grabbing at least 1 cocktail. It’s not a huge deal, but the kitchen got my orders wrong 2x. I asked to substitute my warm potatoes for mash potatoes. I informed the server, but told her I actually ended up enjoying the warm potato. I also ordered a poke to go and asked to replace the rice with greens. I didn’t check my order before I left and once I got home my request wasn’t granted which was too bad. Hope this doesn’t happen to others, but I will just have to check next time.
I love their salmon **update: 2 stars dripping, after one year I had a chance to be in this place again trying their happy hour. First spicy watermelon margarita was awesome! So we reordered but the second was has a different taste and wasn't good anymore, We told the servant and they said it's been made by another bar tender, which doesn't really make sense to us. Raspberry mojito was just okay The steak was super dry and I couldn't finish it . Our waitress was super friendly and nice Brunch update: well done iced Irish coffee and espresso , the only thing I found unusual was cold served egg Benedict!

The atmosphere was great and the staff are friendly here. I ordered the Chicken Biryani and unfortunately it was not actually a Chicken Biryani. It was Saffron Rice with Chicken Curry. Me being from South Asia, I’ve been around Chicken Biryani my whole life. It wouldn’t be too hard to alter the steps in the kitchen to ensure this dish is exactly what it’s supposed to be like. We also got the angry chicken lettuce wraps to share, and it tasted so yummy My friends said their food tasted pretty good as well.

We were in 2 vehicles and had to drive around for 20min to find a place to park. We might've been unlucky but on the other hand it was Saturday night in downtown, so should've expected that.
Nice lively atmosphere, good food and service. The chicken breast was tender and juicy, absolutely cooked to perfection, a hard thing to do. Thre only critique I have was the too much cream sauces to point that my mouth was just covered with lots of cream, had to keep wiping my mouth with napkins. Tropucal creme burlee was a hit, the fruits cut through the richness and balanced the dessert nicely. Temperature inside the dining room was a bit cold, forgot to turn up the heat ?

Great restaurant. Very nice interior and very good food. Food: Very good food. We enjoyed both meat dishes and salads. Portion size varied between dishes. Service: Friendly, however there was an issue with our reservation (which got solved). Ambiance: Very nice ambiance in a cool location. We enjoyed our time. Price: On the pricier side. Considering the quality of food the prices are ok. Other: Free Wifi Dish recommendation: Definitely the BBQ Spare Ribs they were very good. Conclusion: Great restaurant and woth paying a visit.

Visited this location for the first time on Thursday night; It started well with a super friendly hostess (Gracie); she was so helpful and patient with my friend's endless questions about the menu, and my fussy request for a table; she helped with all of our requests, and once seated we really enjoyed the vibe of the room; the service (sorry, can't recall her name) was equally good; I thought the food was delicious, especially the ribs; my friend was a little fussier-lol; I will definitely come back to this particular Earl's

I had a terrible experience in this place! I don't recommend it, we were waiting in the waiting line and as soon as we got a table a very rude manager arrived asking how long we would stay there because there was a reservation for that same table and we could only stay for an hour. Very poorly prepared manager did not give us a solution and approached us in a very rude way practically expelling us from the establishment.

My fiance,, myself and our 2 year old live upstairs and Wednesday steak nights are our absolute favorite in Earls Test Kitchen. Food is outstanding, it's not even fair, the service is next to nothing. Especially from that blonde irish girl who is extremely friendly and kind and a young English lad, another extremely friendly guy. They need to be recognized for their efforts. Love this place

Recently visited restaurant and had a culinary delightful experience. The food was excellent and the service from our waiter was first class. I tried there test plate the hot beef sandwich and would give it five stars. On the night of our visit all wine was 50% less in price which made our bill very reasonable. I would recommend this establishment for a great night of food and wine .

Thank you, Bella, for going above and beyond!

Fun atmosphere and overall food food. We loved our tuna bowl and dragon roll, tasted very fresh and the mango and radishes in the tuna bowl added great flavor. The steak was ordered medium/pink but was more medium, that said it was still flavorful. The chicken street tacos were a bit bland. Others in our group had the scallops and loved them. Staff was super friendly.
