I find it generally a weird canadian culture ? when i was talking to some one the staff couldnt stop stearing :) I was talking the person in need of money etc etc and she had no clue what this guy is going though he needed some help instead the lady that work there was stearing and couldnt stop stearing , very weird sense of culture and i think they like to see some one talking to himself ? And i am not sure what is going on ? please find a solution for this ridcouus ways of behaving when you see 2 humans engaging and talking ...mind your own business and focus on your job :) :):) what i see here in albreta is every one is individualised and alone most of the time untill they die :( zero culture but pure arroganice and luck of knowlege in that sense .

please don’t forget your library card otherwise you will get a lecture how you can do this and that and also they will pull other people’s names and give you another lecture about your late fees and when you explain maybe this not the same name and maybe this is not the right person they will say but that is the number you give us this with out checking address, birthday there are many people who have the same name he kept saying but her name is this right, this guy I deal with this morning was arrogant and rude. Other staff was helpful and polite previously.

I loved this library ever since I was little. Listen. It's small, it's simple, but it's honest. You know where to get your books. The staff will help you. You know where programs are. You go to see the fish. A visit to woodcroft is a comfortable routine. Woodcroft is an old friend who's there to help you in times of need. 211 doesn't seem to know their social worker isn't in right now, but that's not their fault. They gave me a granola bar and water and that's more than any other Stanger would.

It’s not the biggest library but I felt it was well maintained. I was greeted right away and when I mentioned it was my first time there I was offered a tour, which was so nice! I went on a Sunday and the place was pretty busy, and had a nice energy. There wasn’t much for parking in the lot but you could easily park in the Westmount mall lot and simply cross the street.

Nice little library though staff are not always the friendliest. Parking is sparse though. More spots should be reserved for library patrons, with staff parking located elsewhere. I was told by an employee that staff need to park close to the library because the neighbourhood is "not safe." That is quite stigmatizing and is an unfortunate way to describe the area.

They don't look happy when you ask them to help attending to check out borrowing books. No smiling, bad print out of receipt, and It took too long for someone to come help even when they knew you were there waiting for them. One of their 2 express self check-out machines continue without working properly, and it seems they just don't care.

I really enjoy this Library!. The customer service is great the people who work here are great!. I have not had a negative instance and I have visited for more than 3 yrs!. If you live in the area and are young old with kids without. Go check out the library. Computers quiet place to read or do school work rent movies games music books!.

Place was sad, disgusting and unsafe.. lots of homeless people and could smell urine at the computer desk and the bathroom smelt disgusting, could smell it From the doorway might, As I wasn’t walking in that bathroom. Computers having issues, n printers. Customer service was great though. Hope they get paid well!

The staff here are great. This location recently got a computer update. Clean bathrooms and always packed with people of all ages - from toddlers to seniors which is really great to see. I am a HUGE fan of the staff picks and hits to go that I pick up once a week. Only wish the hours were a little longer!

The staff here are exceptional except for two of them . One male and one female . Do not like to go beyond the obvious duty . It is so disheartening bc everyone else wants to willingly assist you . I take this to heart bc I always go above and beyond to assist …

Amazing library for the book lover. Here we can read all the stuff. I had ready so many book here all were really awesome.The book were properly placed in a sequence.The library was neat and clean. The environment outside the library is very calm and positive.

Nice place but I almost lost my personal Laptop and I was informed by staff that you should always go around with any of your belongings, even if visiting the restroom. Only safety concerns. I think there are Cameras but it takes a long police process.

Friendly and helpfull staff with easy access and bus stop right infront, crossing the street, small parking lot beside west side, but lots of room crossing street in Westmount Mall parking lot, enough computers and good children reading space.

It's alright but if your an og like me it gives a lot of weirdos the opportunity to get close to you. Proceed with caution otherwise there's little fishies in a fishtank u can socialize with if u have no friends.

The library is good but terrible parking. How do you reserve the same amount of spaces for staff (at a small location) as you do for visitors. For a library geered towards young families the parking is terrible.

It's a good balance between freedom and harnessed Liberty. You can do as you like. But the phone calls!!! To loud. The ladies do take it upon themselves to ask people be quiet. I like it.

Joanna in EPL Westmount provided excellent solutions to my queries and advise on books. As a new comer in Edmonton, it was an excellent experience. EPL is a great place to add learning

Still no personal entry. Drop off returns at front door return chute. To pick up loans call tel. no. posted large print at West door window. Staff will bring loans to you at West door.

Excellent Library the staff is VERY VERY helpful they helped me setting up my account and everything! Love the way you can order book from another EPL locations. I love it!

good library. you can park infront of mall parking. you need cross the road. that is not a big problem. you can find so many books or you can hold. they will find fast.

I signed up with Donavon and had a book in mind. After speaking with him he directed me to a free online training available. Very knowledgable and friend.

A bit busy place and small as compaire to other EPL libraries but it was kept clean limitied amount of people to allow as of covid19 measures in affects.

I've never had anything but a great experience there although I waited for the manager to call me back for a non-complaint and he never did.

I wish a staff would take the initiative to advise a group of kids to tone down their voices while playing games in the computer.

Small facility but it has everything to cover your basic, and entertainment needs. Staff are polite and friendly which is a plus.
