Getting my hair done at Drip was the best thing I could've done after a year of self sabotaging my hair during COVID. Without saying much except that I wanted to keep my length Kaitlynn was able to give me a whole refresher in both cut and colour while maintaining the illusion of still having long locks. She chopped in the perfect places to give my hair body and volume while respecting my request for keeping length while placing the right tones of blonde in all the right spots to highlight my features and keep my face looking warm, whether I wear it curly or straight. Without a doubt I'll be returning again and again, and spreading the word to all of my friends and family. Thanks Kaitlynn- 10/10!

{2 years later-> I am still going to see this hairstylist and still strongly believe in my review, she's the BEST and only gets BETTER... she does weddings, events and has since going to see her become a best friend of mine and my familys.} Don't waste your time going anywhere else, I guarantee you will not be disappointed with the service you receive. I myself am brunette and Kaitlynn makes my blonde so beautiful. She can do extensions and my men her braids are out of this world. Highly recommend ! 5 Star service.

I have been going to Ella Vive for almost 2 years now for colour and extensions. I cannot say enough great things about Kaitlynn! She really takes her time to listen to what you want. She has helped me on my hair journey immensely.. from correcting my hair colour, recommending hair care products and extensions. My hair has grown SO much with her extension method and I am so happy with my hair every appointment. Anything you want- she can make it happen, all around great hair stylist!!

I absolutely adore this beauty parlour! Kaitlynn creates such a comfortable and chill atmosphere to be in! She is passionate about hair and is amazing at what she does! I received a colour and cut and was blown away by the quality and care that was put into my hair. She was so attentive and was able to create the exact colour and shape I wanted for my hair. Will be coming back here as a regular from now on, I am so happy to have stumbled across this gem!

It was my first time at Drip Beauty Parlour and I’m so happy that I have finally found my forever hair dresser. Kaitlynn took her time to make sure that I got exactly the look that I was going for. She is extremely professional but easy going and very easy to talk to. The time flew by. The salon is very modern and beautiful and clean. Conquering my post Covid hair was a challenge, but Kaitlynn nailed it! Can’t wait to come back!

Kaitlynn is an absolute pleasure. She is enthusiastic about her profession and it shows in the quality of her work. Very personable and also honest with what colour and cut would be best. She takes time to do a superb job and doesn't overprice. You won't feel rushed or like just another customer in her care. It was a great pleasure meeting her and am hoping to have her as a stylist for years to come.

Love the studio! It’s burlesque style which is so different from any other salons I’ve been to. Adds character! Kaitlyn is an awesome hair dresser, she takes her time and it goes by extremely quick with her upkeep of good conversation. She keeps the place fun :) She got my hair from black (years of box dye) to honey color. Totally recommend!

Just moved to Hamilton and was weary about trying someone new, but I'm so glad I booked in with Kaitlynn! She did a great job on my balayage and cut. Kaitlynn is so personable and welcoming, it's clear she loves her job and treats her clients like family. So lucky to have found this gem!

Honestly she does the best braids ive gotten and iv braided my hair last 10 years. As a caucasion man, hard to find a braider who can work with my thick hair. Other braiders end up twisting the ends, knoting them causing them to break off. She braids them straight and true.

Have been going to this salon for over a year now and keep coming back every 10 weeks for my hair touchup! I’m always so impressed with Kaitlynn’s work and she definitely listens to what you want and gives helpful advice. Will keep coming back for as long as she’s around!
