Valet service pried our car door open, damaged our family vehicle, and management has yet to do much about it. Several weeks ago we stayed at this location. Due to a key mix-up, the valet retrieving our vehicle was unable to unlock the door. Instead of trying to find other solutions, the individual used his fingers to pry open the door enough to unlock it (he showed me how he did it). Upon driving the vehicle to the front door, once the car was put in park, the security alarm started blaring. Of course it did; the door had been pried open and the vehicle thought it had been broken into. The alarm sounded for five to ten minutes before we had to disconnect the battery and figure out a way to circumvent the alarm system. We noticed that the driver's door did not fully shut anymore. There is a decent size gap along the top of the door where the valet attendant pried the door open with his hand. We reported the damage to management who took photos and made the report, assuring us that someone would reach out to us to follow up. It has almost been a month, and no one has initiated communication with us. So, we trusted Embassy Suites with our car, and they returned it to us damaged. It is no longer air tight while driving, it leaks water when it's raining, and our security system is deactivated because the alarm won't turn off. This is our only family vehicle. We are very busy, and our stay at Embassy Suites has only added work and complication to our lives because we are having to initiate everything regarding this situation with them.

I spend 200 plus days a year on the road staying in hotels, AirBNBs, and others. So when I am taking time off and staying in a hotel, I tend to be a bit picky. Embassy Suites is my go-to for many vacations, especially when the kids were home...cannot beat the complimentary cooked to order breakfast, or two hour managers open bar and snacks, not to mention a two room suite.... ok, this Downtown Embassy in the heart of Fort Worth is the best. Remember, great service and people beat out all others! They have absolutely the best service, from the moment you check your car to the moment you leave service is amazingly friendly and professional. The area hosts some of the best restaurants all within a leisurely walk, life music in the park just two blocks away. The best add in the special touch of the hotel manager welcoming you to the hotel with generous hospitality and recommendations for everything from the best steak to the best Old Fashion. Love this hotel. The only negative was rooms are a bit dated, but super clean. I love clean. Have fun

We love Embassy Suite's and also try to stay at one when we travel and we travel a lot. This one by far is the worst hotel experience we have ever had. They said they upgraded us. we said that's fine as long as we are not on the street side, guess what we was on the busiest street in Fort Worth. The room did not have hot water, and you could only take a bath because the plug in the bath was broken. We called on the first day and no one showed. Then on the second day we was told they was working on it, later that day when it was to late to check out we was told a boiler was broken and wouldnl have limited hot water. The hotel restaurant was out of 3 different kinds of drinks and 2 of our meal choices. The Manger said they would comp. our parking. They did have the best parking attendees. We would have been happy if they told us up front about the water to have went some place else but was never offered and was looked at funny when we said something about leaving.

If it’s available I stay at this hotel every time I’m in downtown Fort Worth, it’s always clean, staff is friendly & it’s within walking distance to almost anything you might wish to do in downtown. This hotel is a solid 4 or 5 stars but this time when I arrived & eventually made my way to the managers reception which I always look forward to because it consistently has various wines which my wife prefers but most importantly it always has Shiner Bock my favorite beer on tap & usually an alternate like a Miller product or similar lite beer on tap. This time I was sorely disappointed the only beer on tap was Budweiser & Bud Light. I’m pretty sure Anheuser- Busch gave these kegs away & Embassy/Hilton took them up on the offer. I mean really, the only product on tap are bud products? I sure hope they are not doing this with intent to show inappropriate support instead of providing a Texas made beer who supports Texas American values…

I know exactly where I left a bracelet, my fault for forgetting it, but I know where it was. Submitted a report the same day of checkout, and they’ve done NOTHING to find out what happened. There’s no way a room was properly cleaned without finding the bracelet. There’s not a doubt in my mind it was found and not turned in. This breaks my heart considering how long I, and my husband, have been loyal Hilton stayers, so much so that we bought into Hilton. I know exactly where it was, it holds not just monetary value, but sentimental value as well. Not a single human could take the time to call me about this, despite numerous reports, and one phone call where I was directed to where I could file a report. I called and was literally brushed off. Filed multiple reports with no success or follow through. Again, I know exactly where it was left, would have been easily found, should have been turned in, and never was.

Our room had 2 tvs and neither one of them worked and we only stayed for 1 night and they couldn't get it fixed until the next day so we didn't have anything to do in the room while we stayed there. We couldn't order room service because the phones didn't work. The pool was very small. Didn't expect it to be 3 feet deep. I wish they would have advertised the phones wouldn't have worked and about the pool. They didn't offer another room nor did they offer a discount or anything. For 1 nights stay plus a 32 dollar valet parking because we didn't have a choice to park anywhere else. It costs us a little over 300 dollars. Every time we needed something we had to keep going down stairs because we didn't have a phone. We definitely feel like for over 300 dollars we should've been able to have everything working and we are very disappointed.

There are a few reasons for this low rating. Number one was checking in was not provided at 4 pm as promised and we were told that it was due to short staff in housekeeping. This was unacceptable since the hotel was aware of a very popular concert that was taking place nearby on Friday and Saturday. The hotel stated they could cover our valet parking for the inconvenience but it was still a huge inconvenience. Also, once we were checked into our room, I called the front desk and asked for another blanket and I also spoke to the front desk as we were leaving to attend our event as a reminder for someone to leave a blanket in our room. Needless to say, I never received the extra blanket. Lastly, when we tried to get ice on our floor the ice machine was not working. The service at this hotel was very disappointing considering the location and cost.

The property is located within a convenient walk to downtown restaurants, bars, the convention center, and train station. The rooms come with a mini fridge and a wet bar type sink in the living area. I give three stars for service due to the following: 1) The towels that were in the room (as well as the ones that were replaced during housekeeping), we're very worn out and pretty rough on the skin. Might be good for exfoliating but not for drying. 2) Although they have a little breakfast Cafe area, it does not open early enough for the business traveler that might have a meeting early morning. I would stay again at this property but I would plan breakfast/ coffee accordingly, and probably bring my own towel.

I am extremely disappointed in Hilton/Embassy Suites’s booking practices. They quoted a price of $264 for a 2-night stay over the phone. When I reviewed the confirmation email the total was actually $623 despite me confirming with the representative that $264 was the total for both nights. In addition, the representatives will tell you your total “plus taxes and fees” but do not readily give you the amounts despite having access to those totals. I spoke with numerous representatives and asked them to review the phone conversation at booking, but I never received a call back, so I canceled the reservation. It appears as though representatives quote customers a nightly rate to swindle them into booking a room. I expected more transparency from a Hilton-associated property.
The hotel staff very nice and pleasant. They only have valet parking which is $25 per nite. I have stayed at a lot of Embassy suites. This hotel was outdated. The rooms were too tiny for a suite. The bathroom extremely tiny. The toilet sits next to the tub and the sink is outside the bathroom. Carpet was old. The indoor pool poorly and not attractive at all. The breakfast was good. You can have pancakes or omlets prepared or eat at the buffet. This was not worth the price I paid for on a suite.

Prior to my trip, I was notified that there would no AC due to emergency maintenance the morning of 5.31. When I first arrived, I was greeted by Davy, one of the valet drivers. He was so incredibly kind and pleasant. I then checked in. When I went to my room (14th floor), the hallways were really warm. My room was fine. I thought it would have been a little nicer. The hallways were darker, no windows. My room only had one small window. The happy hour reception was hopping, the food was good, people were friendly. The location was excellent! Overall, I’d probably stay again; however, based on the cost and valet fees, I would also be willing to explore other options.
I could not say better things about our stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton. The room was spacious enough and clean. My older kids shared the sofa bed and said it was comfortable the next morning. The free buffet and made-to-order breakfast was great. Along with the free cocktail and hors d’oeuvres. If you ever need to stay in Fort Worth for business or pleasure I highly recommend this hotel.

We paid full price for the hotel (no points, or discount from third party websites) but the room we were assigned (room 811) looked inside the building wall and other windows. The bed linens were so wormed out, it was discussing. The room had an unpleasant smell, almost like mildew. The shower pressure was too low and the hot water was non existent. No complimentary water bottles. The only good thing about the hotel is the coffee person, Ali, that made really good coffee each morning for us and was really pleasant.

Customer service was excellent, great hospitality and professional! We had an issue with our vehicle not working and was in the lower level of their parking garage, while we worked on trying to find the right tow company to get the vehicle. Their valet crew went above and beyond with reaching out to services and to assist us in our time of need. Hotel staff was very understanding and patient with us. If you ever had an issue they got you covered!

Out first room didn't have hot water. The air conditioner smelled terrible. They moved us rooms and we had intermittent hot water and the air conditioner was SO loud. When we left, the valet couldn't get out key to work so he BROKE INTO OUR CAR, damaging the driver side door. The manager on duty said they would file a claim with their insurance, but we haven't heard from anyone and now there's water damage inside from rain. We're Platnum Hilton members. This trip was ridiculous.

We had a bit of a rough time at this hotel. When I travel, I like to stay at Hiltons because they’re generally good. This hotel wasn’t. We had no hot water, the AC in the bedroom part didn’t work, but the living room part did. The couch and the bathroom were extremely dirty, and we had no soap or glasses. I wish I could recommend this hotel but I can’t. So sorry Hilton. This one is a flop!

The customer service was great. The location was great, I actually found close street parking and didn’t have to valet. The breakfast was on point. Make sure you tip Kevin and Naomi on the grill. I gave 2 stars and not 5 because the indoor pool looked dingy, I wouldn’t stick my foot in it. The hotel overall was clean but our bedding had a big big stain and it took hrs for them to change it. I wish they made it a priority.

My room had a bad smell, stained sheets, in 5 days they only went to clean 1 day. There was broken furniture in the room. The breakfast was not of good quality. During my stay I had an incident with a person trapped in the elevator, and it took them an hour to get someone to open the door. As the person pleased for help, at the front desk they refused to call the fire department. I found it very inhuman of him. I would never really stay here again.

One of the worst stays I ever had in a Hilton property. From the loud ringing sound occasionally coming from the hotel next door, the smells in the room, outdated facilities, poor service. On a 4 night stay my room was only cleaned once and I had to call them at 4pm for them to do that. The water in the shower was cool the whole time. Definitely do not recommend.
