This is not a clinic but a slaughter house. They told me my cat has parasite and injected it some "medicine". The cat couldn't walk, meow nor move it's tongue. Took it to another vet they told me there is no injection giving for cat parasite and it's supposed to be a pill. The cat didn't have any chance as it was overdosed with a wrong medicine and died after suffering for 2 days. Such a disgraceful clinic and staff. The doctor wouldn't pick his phone up and when he did he told me I already gave it medicine and if the cat didn't improve it's not his fault and he refused to see it because he knows what he has done. All they care about is money and they overcharged me and made me pay 1800 to kill my cat

They killed my cat by overdosing it with a cows medicine. The cat's legs wouldn't move the next day and shortly after his whole body started shivering and died after 4 days. They charged me 2500 birr and after I told them of the situation they stopped answering my calls. I called with another number and they refused to admit they gave him the wrong medicine. They claimed it was the parasite dying and that it's normal. After calling them non stop with different number they admitted to giving it a wrong medicine and wouldn't apologize or didn't even feel sympathetic. Please learn from my mistake never trust this clinic. Very rude, arrogant and liars.

This clinic is not at all like it's review. My cat was healthy but didn't eat food. Called them and they came home, they told me it needs a 3 days treatment. They gave it some type of medication. The cat became lump and unresponsive the next day. I called them to come but they never did. I tried calling several times they wouldn't respond to my phone. It started getting weaker and weaker and died after shrugging and trembling. Never did I expect they would give my cat a killing dose of medication. It's very sad and unexpected. I hope it can be helpful for others not to get tricked and take their animal to a proper vet.

The saddest thing about Ethiopia is the medical system. It's very poor. The vets around in this case are very unprofessional. They don't know what they are doing half the time. No lab work. Is there even a lab available for pet care? Lots of guessing in their diagnosis, they don't respond quickly to critical emergencies. I also feel like they administer really high and strong doses to sick animals. They don't bother to check the animal's weight and size before medication. It's really sad. These kinds of things should change. Only highly professional doctors should be licensed to operate.

Good clinic with personal touch service. My dogs are vaccinated at this clinic and had them sterlised there too for both male and female.
