I really want to love this place and I’ve been a customer for years and spent a lot of money here. I will say that the services are usually great, which is why I gave 3 stars, but they expect their customers to value them more than they value us. I bought a package ($1000+) for laser hair service and I asked how it would work if I needed more sessions than the package. I was told point blank by the lady booking it that I wouldn’t need more services and it wouldn’t be an issue. Here I am now individually paying for additional sessions (3 additional so far). It’s a lot of money, but I didn’t put up too much of a fuss because I understand mistakes happen. Nonetheless that’s an expensive mistake and it has bothered me, but I decided to just drop it. I booked another laser hair session and a facial for this week. I called the day before and asked to reschedule because I’ve had some family things come up. I’m told that since I have 2 services booked then it’s a 48 hour cancellation policy which was not mentioned at the time I booked or in my confirmation notifications (it is on their website but who is checking for that if you spoke to someone directly and are going frequently?). I ask what the cancellation fee is and they tell me half the scheduled service costs (which would probably be close to $200). For a customer who has never complained, no showed or had to reschedule. I brought this up and was told I need to respect their time more. There have also been at least two instances where they incorrectly booked my services, which shouldn’t have been difficult because I just booked the same thing as the prior months, but they were not able to accommodate what I actually booked. I did not complain or make a fuss because mistakes do happen. But again, as a repeat customer spending increasingly more money there, I am expected to be understanding and show them grace when they mess up, but they can’t even work with me to RESCHEDULE (not even cancel) an appt the day before. Seems out of balance. I will miss some of the services provided but I am just done and will not be back.

I went here because I received a gift card for an 80 minute massage with tip already included/paid for. Skye was the one who was scheduled to massage me. I was scheduled from 11am until 12:20 pm, but the massage did not get started on time even though I showed up early. At around 11:10, I asked the secretaries why my massage was being delayed, and they told me not to worry because I would still get the 80 minute massage. I was finally called back at 11:20 by Skye, and the massage began at 11:23. I was expecting to be done at around 12:43 because this would be an 80 minute massage. But this was NOT the case. At 12:20, Skye told me the massage was finished. I was shocked once I checked the time, but once I realized it, Skye had already left the massage room. I then went to the secretaries to hand them the gift card and to ask about the massage. But as I was waiting in line, I saw my masseuse Skye bolt out the front door, probably to go to lunch. I find it completely wrong that my masseuse started my scheduled massage late, finish early, and then leave the premises before me. Also, the receptionist kept the tip for my masseuse when she clearly did not deserve it. If you desire to get a massage from here, DO NOT get one from Skye. She did not apologize for starting late and also cut my massage time. My fiancee recommends Brittany who did her massage.

I am updating this review after management was willing to "meet in the middle". I will be returning tomorrow for a massage and hope to return to the spa and have the same stellar experience with the technicians and a new one with management and customer service. The spa services I have received here have always been amazing, but European Skincare & Med Spa’s business policy and method of operation under current management is to acknowledge they made a mistake, but to expect their clients to pay the price. I purchased a gift card for a service on December 8th at their open house for which I received 20% off to be used at a later date. I was quoted a price, paid, and received a gift card for the service. I went in for the service at which time the technician checked what was paid for before performing. When checking out I was told that I did in fact order and pay towards that service, but because the person under charged me at the time of purchase I was expected to pay the difference of $150. When I refused she accused me of theft of services. We have ended our business relationship and I lost $300 in prepurchased gift cards that I am no longer able to use. Wanted to warn fellow spa goers of the business practices of European Skincare & Med Spa.

Beautiful Spa but lacking in customer service. I spent $100 for a mani/pedi with Shellac on the mani last Mon 7/14. I finished my service about 5p and it was lovely however I had the Shellac lifting on one of my nails that evening! I didn't have time to go back and get them fixed. By Wed another one lifted. Thurs another - so I went to a nail salon close to my house to see if they could fix them since I was at a conference Thur-Sat. I called European Skincare Institute to let them know I wasn't happy. Lilly was more concerned about telling me why there could be a problem "that yes, Shellac should stay on 14 days however it depends if you are taking medicine or other factors that could cause it to lift." OK - I'm not taking medicine and I did what the nail tech told me to do - no lotion for 24 hours. Lily then said what they could do is give me 50% off my next service of a mani? NOW WHY WOULD I WANT TO SPEND MORE MONEY when I wasn't happy the 1st time?! What has happened to customer service? I wasn't offered to have them fix the nails for me - no, come back spend money again with us and we're sure we'll make you happy -NOT!

I went in today for a consultation and as soon as I walked in was told I needed to have my temperature taken. STRIKE 1 After that I was ASKED BY AN EMPLOYEE IF I WAS VACCINATED. . . . as a business, you're not allowed to ask that. STRIKE 2 I told them I'm not sharing that information with you. Finally, I was looked at in disgust, the employee proceeded to grab a mask out of a bowl with tweezers and placed it in front of me saying I needed to wear it. . . .UHHHHHH NO, PER GOVERNOR ABBOTT, YOU CAN NOT DO THAT. I will be filing a complaint online today for this business as they are enforcing a mask/vaccine mandate that Abbott said they do not have the right to do. Totally Disappointed, this place looked so nice and is super close to my house.

I found this place just by chance today after walking out of another skincare place (bad experience) just down the street. I didn’t expect to get anything done but ended up with an appointment for a peel 15 minutes later! I had Valeria do my peel. She is very sweet and very knowledgeable at her job. I even pre booked with her for my next visit in 2 weeks. As someone whose worked in Spas before, this place is amazing. They aren’t pushy with products which is something they teach you to do in this kind of business and most people hate. Love love love this place.

Recently found an $80 gift card that had fallen behind my printer that my kids gave me for Mother's Day. It had expired several years ago but I felt if I called and explained that I just found it, that they would honor it, after all they took the $80 and have held it all this time without providing services. Unfortunately, I was told there was nothing they could do to honor this since it was their policy. When asked why they have this policy, again just received condolences. Very poor customer service.

I received the micropen treatment yesterday from Rachel. I know it seems crazy to have needles poked all over your face but it truly is one of the most amazing treatments and DOESN'T HURT A BIT. Rachel is AMAZING! She is always clear about what she is doing and why she does it. She gives tons of good advice all across the health/beauty spectrum so ask if you have questions. She truly is why I will keep going back. That, and the quality of equipment and products are top of the line.

I liked my facial and the staff. I had a couple of gift cards and I still had money on the second one. I saved it to get a manicure and when I called to book the manicure, I was told they were no longer doing manicures as of that day as they make more money on their other products, such as fillers and botox. I am left with an expired gift card with $36 that I have lost! I will not return and I have been a customer for a long time.

Had a facial with Rachel and it was lovely, she is SO knowledgeable, kind, and funny. It was a relaxing experience. So gentle and I felt like I was beaming inside and out when I left. The front desk staff so was polite, esp Yulita. She spent more than what would be considered a reasonable amount of time trying to redeem my gift certificate and was nothing but a smile the entire time. So sweet. Definitely planning to return!

I have been a patron of European Skincare for I believe 20+ years. I have always loved their services and the care their professionals take with you. It's always relaxing and and they stay on schedule. Best pedicures, but unfortunately they don't have that service an longer. Facials, massages, injectables, all have been great! Just wish they would let you use gift cards purchased when they offer discounts, on every service.

I informed the receptionist I would arrive for my appointment that she gave me on time and would pay for the services at that time. I was informed when I arrived after an hour drive that my appointment was not secured! These people are not here for customer service, only MONEY!!!

I had my first ever facial done by Rachel today and it was AMAZING! After a brief consult, we decided that the hydrofacial with dermaplaning would be a good place to start given it was my first time ever getting a facial. It was very relaxing and she explained everything she was doing to my face before doing it. I already cannot wait for my next visit.

Best facial in Fort Worth. No hard sell on any products...actually you have to be proactive if you want a product that they used. I like that. Beautiful atmosphere, convenient location, and great service. Brannan is my girl and she takes extra care with you. You receive pampering and also information to help maintain your best possible skin.

I hate to share Kristin and Rachels' names because it will just be harder for me to get an appointment, but you can't go wrong with either of them for your facials and waxing needs. Ruth does out of this world massages and body scrubs, too. If you need some pampering or just maintaining healthy skin this place is the best!

Valerie gives an AMAZING sports massage! I highly recommend for anyone with an injury or chronic pain issues. She was able to manipulate my hip with stretches that allowed her to get deeper into my problem areas, and this is the first morning in quite some time I’ve woken up pain free. I will definitely keep visiting her!

I booked a 55 minute facial and also a facial wax. Rather than "add on" my wax to my 55 minutes they included it in that time but charged me for both. My facialist was very nice and did a nice job but I feel I should not have been cut short for my facial because I had an additional procedure booked.

What a wonderful place for a spa day. I had the body scrub, body massage and deep cleansing facial. It was just what I needed to de-stress. They served us lunch from La Madeleine with our choice of drinks. Thanks ladies for making this a memorable and relaxing experience.

Do NOT go to Skye. She will cheat you on your time and does not know how to be prompt. She shows up late and leaves from a scheduled appointment early. I honestly loved the atmosphere of this place, but she ruined my experience. I recommend Birttany though!
