They are friendly and the place is clean and well kept. Rental process very easy. Location very convenient. I would have given 5 stars but they jacked up my rent from $200 to $280 all at once like WOW!! So it basically forced me to get rid of some of my stuff so that I could downgrade to a smaller unit. They are shameless. So now my unit is affordable but the office guy told me that they routinely raise people's rent and that I should look out in the mail for the notice in 4-6 months. I would have moved my stuff to a different storage facility but I am temporarily unemployed and can't afford to hire a mover. I just pray the increase won't be as huge as the last one.

Am renting here for the first time. Was impressed w/ the cleanliness of the facility, ease of access, and security seems good. Andrew was very helpful, patiently answered my millions of questions, showed me different-sized units, and walked me through everything, including making sure I was comfortable working the lock on my unit. The next day as I moved a few things in, Andrew and James were both there and both very helpful; very grateful for the carts provided at the facility! Just wish it were a little less costly and am a bit concerned about other reviews mentioning rate increases after just a few months, so I guess we’ll see how that goes, but pleased so far!

I searched for a unit size that would be perfect for me and a price I would also be comfortable paying. Andrew returned my call inquiring if he could be of any assistance and I told him I was actually on my way down to check out the unit. When I got there I was greeted by Andrew he was very friendly very helpful and very informative! I’ve rented from several different storage units in the past 10 years and have found this particular location to be outstanding! Extra Space Storage is a great place to store your belongings. Very clean and well managed. All the employees are very knowledgeable. This was my third time storing my belongings with this company, twice in Tucson AZ and once in San Antonio TX. Extra Space Storage is very consistent with their brand and the prices are reasonable.

Just finished setting up a storage space rental and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Their toll-free number representative was super helpful in making a reservation with the desired unit, and meeting the local manager and looking at the rental unit was excellent! The place is extremely clean and spacious.

I’ve rented units many times in the past with Extra Space Storage and it has always been an easy process. This recent time was the same, great location and very clean. Update: just closed my storage today and transferred closer to my home. Again, staff is very knowledgeable and professional, always will recommend.
