Rogue equipment on their upper floor, very good for power training. One of the only gyms in tainan to have a american style "power corner" gym. Dumbells are on the light⁶u side or this would be a 5 star. Clean and you can use chalk!! Also, dont get the day pass just get the card for 100 and use the other 100 for 100 minutes. Instead of 200 for the day you can get half off when come next! 100 minutes for 100 with the card you previously bought so you can train here once a week on deadlifts or what ever your favorite power lift is Then go to your commercial gym the rest of the time. Great power gym as far as Taiwan goes.

Good atmosphere and very friendly staff!! You need to pay a sign up fee but it's the best flexible option as you are charged $1NT/minute (~$0.04 CAD). Most of the nicer gyms in Tainan are contractual (minimum half year - 1 year contracts). Overall a solid 9/10 experience.
